Derive from zygote

Can develop to pluripotent stem cell

Pluripotent stem cell

Found in blastocyst

Derive from totipotent stem cell

Can develop into 3 layers and many cell types

- Ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm

Not develop into extra embryonic tissue: placenta

ทารกคลอด จากนนแชแขงไวท -196 C (umbilical cord

blood stem cell)

เกบจากกระแสเลอด : สภาวะปกตจะพบนอย ใชยากระตนใหออก

จากไขกระดกเชน G-CSF จากนนจงเจาะเกบโดยการเจาะเลอดและเกบ
