ATTACHING THE WRENCH Your Nike Golf STR8-FIT driver comes with an custom Nike Golf torque wrench (Fig. 1a). This wrench is to be used to properly loosen and tighten the shaft from the clubhead.

WRENCH USE: To properly engage your Nike Golf torque wrench, place wrench jaws onto locking nut (Fig. 1b). The wrench should completely cover the locking nut and should be at a right angle (90 degrees) to the shaft (Fig. 1c). Failure to properly seat the torque wrench to the locking nut (Fig. 1d) could cause damage to the shaft and driver, and improperly connect the shaft to the head.

LED indicator light (1e) and sound indicator (1f) will both signal when locking nut is fully secured.

REMOVING THE SHAFT To remove your Nike Golf STR8-FIT shaft from the Nike Golf STR8-FIT head, please complete the following steps.

1. Grasp the sole of the club head with one hand and place the torque wrench over the locking nut with the other hand.

2. Make sure the grey side of the wrench with the writing “THIS SIDE FACING GRIP” is facing the shaft and grip.

3. Turn the torque wrench counter-clockwise to loosen the locking nut (Fig. 2a).

4. Completely unscrew the locking nut until free from the top of the hosel.

5. Gently remove the shaft from the club head (Fig. 2b).

WARNING: Use only on Nike Golf STR8-FIT clubheads. Nike Golf STR8-FIT clubheads and shafts are not mechanically

compatible with non STR8-FIT products. Do not attempt to adjust STR8-FIT with any other tool or device, or exclusively by

INSERTING THE SHAFT1. Insert the shaft back into the head (Fig. 3a) in the desired position, by

lining up the desired ferrule mark with the mark at the top of the hosel (Fig. 3b).

2. With the shaft in the hosel at the desired position, begin to tighten the locking nut by hand until tight, then . . .

3. Engage the torque wrench to the locking nut as previously outlined and continue to tighten the locking nut (Fig. 3c) until the torque wrench’s sound indicator and LED light indicator signal the shaft and adapter are fully secured.

Notes: For best use, keep hosel and shaft adapter free of any debris. WARNING: Do not add lubrication to hosel or shaft adapter threads as this

may affect performance and security (safety). The STR8-FIT drivers from Nike Golf conform to the USGA/R&A rules of golf, therefore, the golf club SHOULD NOT be adjusted during a competitive round of play. Rule 4-2a: “ . . . the playing characteristics of a club shall not be purposely changed by adjustment or any other means.”

CHANGING THE BATTERY

Your STR8-FIT wrench comes with a long-life Lithium battery to power the sound and LED light indicators. When you need to change the battery, simply remove the cover as shown (4a), replace the battery and replace the cover (4b).

Remove battery for recycling before adding a new battery. Substances contained in this product and/or its battery may damage the environment and/or human health if disposed of improperly.

Please be responsible and take it to your nearest recycling collection point to ensure it is recycled. To locate your nearest collection point, contact the retailer where you made your purchase or your local municipality.

レンチの取り付け Nike Golf STR8-FIT ドライバーには、カスタムメイドの Nike Golf トルクレンチが付いています。（図 1a) このレンチは、クラブヘッドにシャフトを、適切に取り付けたり取り外したりするためのものです。

レンチの使用： Nike Golf トルクレンチを適切に使用するには、レンチジョーをロックナットに合わせます。（図 1b) レンチは、ロックナットを完全に覆う状態で、シャフトに対して90度の角度を保ってください。（図 1c) ロックナットに対して、トルクレンチが不適切な位置にある場合には（図 1d）、シャフトやドライバを傷つけたり、シャフトとヘッドを不適切な形で接合する恐れがあります。

ロックナットが完全に固定されると、LED インジケータ・ライト (1e) と、サウンド・インジケータ (1f) が、固定された状態を示す信号を発信します。

シャフトの取り外し Nike Golf STR8-FIT ヘッドから Nike Golf STR8-FIT シャフトを取り外すには、次の手順に従ってください。

1. 片方の手でクラブヘッドの底を持ち、もう片方の手でトルクレンチをロックナット上に固定します。

2. “こちらをグリップ側に向けてください”と表示された、トルクレンチのグレーの側が、シャフトとグリップに向いていることを、確認してください。

3. トルクレンチを反時計回りに回してロックナットを緩めます。（図 2a)

4. ロックナットがホーゼルから完全に外れるまで、レンチを回します。

5. クラブ・ヘッドをシャフトからそっと外します。（図 2b).

シャフトの取り付け1. ヘッドにシャフトを再度取り付けるには（図 3a)、希望のフェルールマークを、ホーゼルの一番上に合わせて位置合わせをし、シャフトをヘッドに挿入します。（図 3b)

2. シャフトがホーゼルの所定の位置にあることを確認し、ロックナットを締めます。 . . .
