This survey was conducted to study about Stressed control of Mothers in Vietnam

Methodology: Online survey

Fieldwork time: 5 days (13/03/2017 – 17/03/2017)

Marital status : Married & had children

Occupation : Except Pupils/ Students

Geography : Vietnam - Nationwide

KEY FINDINGS

1) Child Raising Background• 79% are both working full time and raising child at the same time• Although 41% consider themselves becoming more positive after having kids, still 46%

sometimes feel more stressed

2) Stressed Control • Methods of education (25%), Time (21%), Nutrition for baby (20%) are the top 3 stress

for moms raising kids• Discussing with husband (61%) and Asking for experience from relatives, friends (60%)

are top 2 solution to stress releases• 66% says husbands play a vital role in supporting them during parenting time• Discuss with husband (44%) and Relax with fun, hobbies (39%) are top 2 solutions

when being stressed • Financial resources (28%), Responsibility share (26%) and Maternity health (18%) are

top 3 things they wish to have prepared more carefully
