Minority students, including financially challenged (from lower income families), differently abled, aboriginals and students from remote communities

“Multi-Stars” Project: initiated in 2007, the project intends to balance the uneven resources given to urban/rural areas, and give more opportunities to the elite students in the underdeveloped areas.
