    Performance Linked Reward / Variable Pay

    Annual payment based on Individual performance & SBU / SSD Performance. Payable subject to being on the rolls as on 31st December of Finacial Year

    (and 31st March for exiting Employees). Employee's Individual Performance need to meet the minimum performance for eligibility. The figure mentioned in

    the Compensation offer sheet is indicative on an assumed performance Rating ofA+ in the previous year. It is to be understood that the actual payment is

    dependent on the Performance parameters mentioned above.

    Perks for Construction Site Personnel :

    Payable after completion of one year. Employees can choose upto 2 months basic as Leave Fare Concession per annum. This amount is taxable. However,

    exemption can be claimed for 2 years in a block of 4 years.
