防潮包装
■被封装吸收后的水分由于焊接热导致气体膨胀致使贴片型LED发生界面剥离,有可能会使 LED的光学特性发生劣化。本公司为了将制品的吸湿量控制在最小限度,实施了防潮包装。铝制防潮袋内的硅胶干燥剂吸湿后会由蓝色逐步变为红色。
Moisture Proof Package■Absorbed moisture in SMT packages can vaporize
and expand during soldering, which can cause
interface delamination and result in optical
performance degradation. Products are packed in
moisture-proof bags to minimize moisture
absorption during transportation and storage.
Included desiccants change from blue to red if
moisture had penetrated bags.
储存
■将铝制防潮袋开封后,请在下面条件内进行焊接工艺。请将剩余未使用的LED放入含有硅胶干燥剂的密封容器进行保管。我司同时建议将剩余 LED放入本公司提供的原始防潮袋后重新密封保管。
开封前:30℃以下,90% RH 以下 交货后 1年内 开封后:30℃以下,70% RH 以下 168小时以内■超过保管期间或保管期间内硅胶干燥剂的蓝色消失时,请在下述条件内实施烘烤处理。烘烤次数为1次。 烘烤条件:65± 5℃ , . 24 小时以上■为了避免温度急剧变化所引发的结露现象,请在温度变化小的场所保管 LED。
Storage■After opening the moisture-proof bag, the products
should go through the soldering process within the
range of the conditions stated below. Unused
remaining LEDs should be stored with desiccants in
a hermetically sealed container, preferably the
original moisture-proof bags for storage.
Before Opening Aluminum Bag: 30℃ , 90%RH,
Within 1 Year from Delivery Date
After Opening Aluminum Bag: 30℃ , 70%RH,

■After the “Period After Opening” storage time has
been exceeded or desiccants are no longer blue,
the products should be baked. Baking should only
be done once.
Baking Treatment: 65± 5℃ , 24 hours
■To prevent water condensation, please avoid large
temperature and humidity fluctuations for the
storage conditions.

■Proper grounding is required for all devices,
equipment, and machinery used in product

※产品不同所推荐的回流焊条件也不同。※上表中虽然提示了焊接时的推荐条件,但是为了保证制品的品质,我公司推荐将回流焊时的峰值温度降低。※请逐渐将峰值温度降低避免急速冷却。
■贴片型 LED可使用无铅焊接。■使用大气回流焊法时,由于回流焊时产生的热量及周围环境的影响,可能会使 LED的光通量发生低下。■焊接工艺完成后请不要进行修改重焊。有必要时请使用双头焊烙铁进行修正。
(如果对于某些制品不可以使用焊烙铁的时候,推荐使用热板进行操作)■回流焊工艺最多为2次。■焊接时请不要向 LED施加任何应力。■焊接后请不要弯曲印刷电路板 (PCB)。

■All SMT LED products are Pb-free soldering available.
■Nitrogen reflow soldering is recommended.
Air flow soldering conditions can cause optical degradation.
■Do not repair LEDs after soldering.
If repair is necessary, a double-hand soldering iron should be
used. (Hot plate should be used if the LED which double-
hand soldering iron is not recommended.)
Prior to repair, please confirm that the LED characteristics will
not be damaged.
■Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times.
■Do not apply stress to the LED when/during soldering while
the LED is hot.
■After soldering, do not warp the circuit board.

发热
■使用 LED时,请注意发热现象的产生。通电时,芯片的上升温度会由于装配用电路板的热阻及 LED的分配状态不同而发生变化。为了避免热量的集中,请注意 LED周围的环境条件不要超过其最大额定值(TJ)。在必要的场合,对放热现象实施处理。
■根据 LED周围温度条件(TA),确定使用电流,实施散热处理。
Thermal Management■Absorbed moisture in SMT packages can vaporize
and expand during soldering, which can cause
interface delamination and result in optical
performance degradation. Products are packed in
moisture-proof bags to minimize moisture
absorption during transportation and storage.
Included desiccants change from blue to red if
moisture had penetrated bags.
清洗
■请使用异丙醇(IPA)系列清洗剂。如使用其他清洗剂,洗剂可能会渗浸至封装及树脂部分,请务必确认在不会发生问题的情况下进行使用。(全世界禁止使用氟利昂系列清洗剂)
■请不要使用超声波进行清洗。如果需要,请提前确认超声波装置的震动功率及电路板的安装情况,以免影响 LED的正常使用。
■部分产品不适宜上述清洗方法。请确认各产品规格书。
Cleaning■It is recommended that isopropyl alcohol be used
as a solvent for cleaning the LEDs. When using
other solvents, it should be confirmed beforehand
whether the solvents will dissolve the package and
the resin or not. Freon solvents should not be used
to clean the LEDs because of worldwide
regulations.
■Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended since it
may have adverse effects on the LEDs depending
on the ultrasonic power and how LED is
assembled. If ultrasonic cleaning must be used, the
customer is advised to make sure the LEDs will not
be damaged prior to cleaning.
■It is not recommended to use isopropyl alcohol as
a solvent for cleaning on certain LEDs. For more
information about proper cleaning methods of each
LED, please refer its respective specification sheet.

Eye Safety■In 2006, the International Electrical Commission
(IEC) published IEC 62471:2006 Photobiological
safety of lamps and lamp systems, which added
LEDs in its scope. On the other hand, the IEC
60825-1:2007 laser safety standard removed LEDs
from its scope.
However, please be advised that some countries and
regions have adopted standards based on the IEC
laser safety standard IEC 60825-1:20112001, which
still includes LEDs in its scope. Most of Nichia's
LEDs can be classified as belonging into either the
Exempt Group or Risk Group 1. High-power LEDs,
that emit light containing blue wavelengths, may be
classified as Risk Group 2.
Please proceed with caution when viewing directly
any LEDs driven at high current, or viewing LEDs
with optical instruments which may greatly increase
the damages to your eyes.
■Viewing a flashing light may cause eye discomfort.
When incorporating the LED into your product,
please be careful to avoid adverse effects on the
human body caused by light stimulation.
