ในรอบป2561 เศรษฐกจโลกและสถานการณการเงนโลกมความผนผวนคอนขางมากซงมหลากหลายปจจยทกดดนตลาดเงน อาท ผลกระทบจาก สงครามการคาระหวางสหรฐอเมรกาและจน การปรบขนอตราดอกเบยของธนาคารกลางสหรฐอเมรการวมถงของประเทศไทย ซงถอเปนปจจยหลกทมผลกระทบตอระบบเศรษฐกจโลก โดยในชวงระหวางป2561 ปจจยดงกลาวสงผลใหตลาดทนทวโลกสวนใหญปรบตวลดลงดชนตลาดหลกทรพยแหงประเทศไทย ปรบตวลดลงจาก1,753.71 จด ณ สนป2560 และปดป2561 ทดชน1,563.88จดลดลง189.83จดจากตนปหรอลดลงคดเปนรอยละ10.82

ส�าหรบป2562คาดวาสภาวะการลงทนและเศรษฐกจโลกยงมความผนผวนอยคอนขางสงเนองจากปจจยหลกทสรางความกงวลใหแกนกลงทนตลอดในป2561 ยงคงไมเปลยนแปลงไมวาจะเปนขอพพาททางการคาระหวางสหรฐฯและจนทยงไมสามารถบรรลขอตกลงทเหมาะสมไดทศทางของเศรษฐกจโลกทชะลอตวลงปญหาการเมองในยโรปและการถอนตวจากการเปนสมาชกสหภาพยโรปของสหราชอาณาจกรหรอBrexitการปรบลด GDPทคาดการณโดยธนาคารโลกและรวมไปถงการก�าหนดนโยบายอตราดอกเบยทงภายในและภายนอกประเทศอยางไรกตามยงพอมปจจยบวกภายในประเทศเรองการเลอกตงปลายเดอนมนาคมและการลงทนในโครงสรางพนฐานภาครฐซงนาจะท�าใหภาพรวมการลงทนภายในประเทศดขน

ป2561 จากสภาพเศรษฐกจและปจจยดานตางๆ ขางตนทมความผนผวน บรษทไดปรบกลยทธ การจดตงและบรหารจดการกองทนเพอรองรบผลกระทบดงกลาว ท�าใหบรษทยงคงมผลการด�าเนนงานทเพมขนโดยงบการเงนรวมของบรษทในป2561ไดแสดงใหเหนวาบรษทมรายไดรวม913.94ลานบาทเพมขนจาก ป2560 ทบรษทมรายไดรวม908.57 ลานบาท เพมขน คดเปนรอยละ0.59 ขณะทคาใชจายรวมป2561 อยท706.25ลานบาทลดลงจากป2560ทมคาใชจายรวม720.03ลานบาทลดลงคดเปนรอยละ1.91สงผลใหในป2561บรษทมก�าไรสทธ168.08ลานบาทหรอเทากบ1.34บาทตอหนเพมขนจากป2560ทมก�าไรสทธ142.68ลานบาทหรอเทากบ1.15บาทตอหนเพมขนคดเปนรอยละ17.80อยางไรกตามเมอเปรยบเทยบผลการด�าเนนงานเฉพาะของบรษทส�าหรบงวดป2560และป2561บรษทมก�าไรสทธหลงหกภาษลดลงจาก187.52ลานบาทเปน168.82ลานบาทโดยลดลงจ�านวน18.70ลานบาทคดเปนรอยละ9.97

ในรอบป2561บรษทไดจดตงกองทนใหมทกประเภทกองทนรวมทงสน49กองทนระดมเงนได26,876.6ลานบาทท�าใหตลอดทงปบรษทมกองทนภายใตการจดการทกประเภท254 กองทน รวมมลคาทรพยสนสทธ463,753ลานบาทประกอบดวยกองทนตางๆดงนกองทนรวม112กองทนมลคาทรพยสนสทธรวม241,398ลานบาทกองทนรวมอสงหารมทรพยและกองทนรวมโครงสรางพนฐาน12กองทนมลคาทรพยสนสทธรวม41,389 ลานบาทกองทนส�ารองเลยงชพ36 กองทนมลคาทรพยสนสทธรวม152,442 ลานบาทกองทน สวนบคคล93กองทนมลคาทรพยสนสทธรวม28,012ลานบาทกองทรสตเพอกจการรวมลงทนซงบรษทเปนทรสต1กองทนมลคาทรพยสนสทธรวม512ลานบาท

นอกจากนกองทนรวมโครงสรางพนฐานเพออนาคตประเทศไทยหรอThailandFutureFund(TFFIF)ซงบลจ.เอมเอฟซและบลจ.กรงไทยเปนผจดการกองทนไดเพมทนจดทะเบยนโดยเสนอขายหนวยลงทนสวนเพมทนใหแกประชาชนทวไป เมอวนท28 ตลาคม2561 มทนจดทะเบยนหลงเพมทนจ�านวน45,700 ลานบาท โดยไดน�าเงนทไดจากการเพมทนไปลงทนในโครงสรางพนฐานของภาครฐเพอเพมขดความสามารถทางการแขงขนของประเทศ

Dear Shareholders:

In the year 2018,worldeconomicandglobal finance situationwerehigh volatility by influencingfrommanyfactors,suchaseffectsfromtradewarbetweenU.S.andChinaandtheincreaseofinterestratebycentralbanksofU.S.includingThailand,allofwhichweremainfactorsaffectingworldeconomics.Duringtheyear2018,thosefactorshavecausedadeclineinadjustmentoftheglobalcapitalmarketsmostly.SETindexwasdeclinedfrom1,753.71pointsofyear-ended2017andclosedat1,563.88pointsatyear-ended2018ordecreasedby189.83pointsfromtheyearbeginningorequivalentto 10.82%lower.

Fortheyear2019,itcanbeexpectedthatthesituationofglobalinvestmentandeconomicsarealsovolatilehighly,sincethefactorsthathavecausedconcernstoinvestorsduringtheyear2018stillexist. ThesaidfactorsincludetheunsettledtradedisputesbetweenU.S.andChina,globaleconomicslowdown,EuropeanpoliticalproblemsandBrexitissues,theexpectationofWorldBankinaGDPdeclineandadeterminationofinterestratepolicybothinsideandoutsidecountry.However,therestillbeapositivedomesticfactorpertainingtotheupcomingelectionattheendofMarchandinvestmentingovernmentalinfrastructurewhichmayenabletheoverallinvestmentinsidethecountrybetter.

In2018,duetotheeconomicconditionandotherfactorsasmentionedpresentingavolatility, theCompany,therefore,adjustedstrategiesforfundestablishmentandmanagementtosupportan incurredimpact,whichresultsinanincreaseofCompany’sperformance.ItcanbeseenintheCompany’s consolidatedfinancialstatementfortheyear2018thattheCompany’stotalrevenuewasatBaht 913.94millionincreasingfromoftheyear2017,thattheCompany’stotalrevenuehavingatBaht908.57million,orequivalentto0.59%higher.Meanwhile,theCompany’stotalexpensesintheyear2018,whichwasatBaht706.25million,islowerthantheyear2017,whichwasatBaht720.03million,orequivalentto1.91%lower.ThisresultsintheCompany’snetprofitintheyear2018beingatBaht168.08millionorequivalenttoBaht1.34pershareincreasingfromtheyear2017,whichhadanetprofitatBaht142.68millionoratBaht1.15pershare,whichwasequivalentto17.80%higher.However,whencomparingtheCompanyperformancefortheyear2017andfortheyear2018,theCompanyhasthenetprofitaftertaxeslowerfromBaht187.52milliontobeBaht168.82million,whichwaslowerbyBaht18.70millionorequivalentto9.97%.

During2018,theCompanysetup49newfunds,intotal,foreveryfundtypewithacombinednetasset valueofBaht26,876.6million.Overall, throughout theyear therewere fundsunder managementinthetotalof254fundswithacombinednetassetvalueofBaht463,753millioncomprisingof112mutualfundswiththenetassetvalueofBaht241,398million,12propertyandinfrastructurefundswiththenetassetvalueofBaht41,389million,36providentfundswiththenetassetvalueofBaht152,442million,93privatefundswiththenetassetvalueofBaht28,012million,1privateequitytrustwhichtheCompanyactsasTrusteewiththenetassetvalueofBaht512million.

Additionally,ThailandFutureFund-InfrastructureFund(TFFIF)managedbyMFCAssetManagementPLC.andKrugthaiAssetManagementCo.,Ltdhasbeenincreaseditscapitalbyofferingtheunitsoftheincreasedcapitaltothepublicon28October2018.TheFundhasitsregisteredcapitalatBaht45,700millionaftercapitalincreaseprocess.Moneyderivedfromthecapitalincreasehasbeeninvestedin infrastructureprojectofgovernmentsectorsinordertoenhanceacompetitivecapacityofthecountry.


บรษทยงคงด�าเนนนโยบายดานการพฒนาและมสวนรวมตอสงคมบรษทไดด�าเนนการเผยแพรความรดานการเงนการลงทนและการออมไปสภมภาคอยางตอเนองผานทางสาขาของบรษทในภมภาคทง7สาขาและรวมมอกบธนาคารออมสน จดสมมนาใหความรเกยวกบการลงทนผานกองทน การวางแผนทางการเงนและ การลงทนทเหมาะสมกบแตละบคคล นอกเหนอจากการสนบสนนดานความรแกสงคมแลว บรษทยงจดสรร ทนทรพยสวนหนงไวเพอบรจาคเปนสาธารณกศลแกบคคลผดอยโอกาสนกเรยนและผยากไรในถนทรกนดารเปนประจ�าทกปอยางตอเนอง

บรษทไดน�าหลกการบรรษทภบาลเปนแนวทางในการด�าเนนธรกจโดยไดก�าหนดไวในกระบวนการท�างานและสงเสรมความรความเขาใจดานการก�ากบดแลกจการทดใหกบพนกงานอยางสม�าเสมอ นอกจากนตงแตป2558บรษทไดรบการรบรองเขารวมเปนสมาชกแนวรวมปฏบตของภาคเอกชนไทยในการตอตานทจรต(CAC)และตอมาในปปลาย2561เปนทนายนดวาบรษทไดผานการรบรองการตออายสมาชกแนวรวมปฏบตของภาคเอกชนไทยในการตอตานทจรต(CAC) อกครง เปนระยะเวลา3 ป แสดงใหเหนวาบรษทมนโยบายและการด�าเนนธรกจทมการก�ากบกจการทดไดมาตรฐานสากลมความโปรงใส

ในป2561กรรมการทครบวาระมจ�านวนทงสน4ทานคอพลเอกเลศรตนรตนวานชนายพชรอนนตศลปนายน�าพร ยมนา และนางสาว ประภา ปรณโชต โดยทง4 ทานไดรบการแตงตงกลบเขามาด�ารงต�าแหนง อกวาระหนงกรรมการทลาออกระหวางปมจ�านวนทงสน2ทานคอนายชาตชายพยหนาวชยและนายพชรอนนตศลป กรรมการเขาระหวางป คอนายเทอดธรรมสวชาวรพนธ แทนนายชาตชายพยหนาวชย คณะกรรมการขอขอบคณนายชาตชายพยหนาวชยและนายพชรอนนตศลปเปนอยางยงทตลอดระยะเวลาด�ารงต�าแหนงกรรมการไดปฏบตหนาทอยางดเยยม

อนงเมอวนท13ธนวาคม2561คณะกรรมการไดมมตอนมตการแตงตงนายลมชองบนเดนนสซงเปนผมประสบการณอนยาวนานในธรกจจดการลงทน เขามาเปนกรรมการผจดการรวม กบนางสาวประภา ปรณโชตและส�านกงานคณะกรรมการหลกทรพยและตลาดหลกทรพยไดใหความเหนชอบเมอวนท28ธนวาคม2561ซงนบวาเปนการโอกาสทดทบรษทจะไดขยายธรกจทงในประเทศไทยและในระดบภมภาค

นอกจากน คณะกรรมการขอขอบคณผถอหนทกทาน คคา องคกรภาครฐและเอกชน ผถอหนวยลงทนของกองทนตางๆภายใตการจดการของบรษท และหนวยงานก�ากบดแล ทใหการสนบสนนธรกจบรษทดวยดตลอดมาและขอขอบคณฝายจดการผบรหารและพนกงานบรษททกคนทรวมมอกนท�างานและพฒนาใหบรษทเจรญเตบโตกาวหนาอยางมนคงและตอเนอง

Intermsofcorporatesocialresponsibilityanddevelopment,theCompanyhascontinuallyeducatedindevelopingandeducatingknowledgeoffinance,investmentandsavingthroughtheCompany’s7 branches.Also,theCompanyhascooperatedwiththeGovernmentSavingBankinarrangingatrainingonthefundinvestmentandthefinancialandinvestmentplanningforindividual.Apartfromsocialeducationalsupport, theCompanyalsocontributesapartoffundforpublicdonationtosupportstudentsand people-in-needinthefar-flungareaseveryyearcontinually.

TheCompanyrecognizedanimportanceofoperatingincompliancewiththecorporategovernanceprinciplebyspecifyinginitsoperationalprocessandeducatingknowledgeofgoodcorporategovernancetoemployeesregularly.Additionally,theCompanyhasbeencertifiedasamemberofthePrivateSectorCollectiveActionCoalitionagainstCorruption(CAC)bytheCACCommitteesince2015.Then,attheendof2018theCompanywascertifieditsCACmemberre-certificateforaperiodof3years.ItcanbeseenthattheCompanyhasitspoliciesandbusinessoperationwithgoodcorporategovernanceinlinewith internationallevelandtransparency.

FortheYear2018,therewere4directorsretiredbyrotationasfollows:GeneralLertratRatanavanich,Mr.PatcharaAnuntasilpa,Mr.NumpornYommanaandMissPrapaPuranachotewhereby4directorswerere-electedtobeasdirectorforanotherterm.However,duringtheyear2018therewere2directorsresignedfromhisposition,namelyMr.ChatchaiPayuhanaveechaiandMr.PatcharaAnuntasilpa,whereby Mr.TherdthamSuvichavorraphanwereelected tobeadirector in replacementofMr.Chatchai Payuhanaveechai.Inthisregard,theBoardofDirectorswishestotakethisopportunitytothankMr.ChatchaiPayuhanaveechaiandMr.PatcharaAnuntasilpaforhisgreatcontributionofexcellentperformanceandwellsupporttotheCompanyduringhistimeactingasadirector.

Inthisregard,on13December2018theBoardofDirectorsapprovedanappointmentofMr.LimChongBoonDennis,whohasaprolongedexperiencesininvestmentmanagementbusiness,toactas co-presidenttogetherwithMs.PrapaPuranachote.Also,thesaidappointmenthasbeenapprovedbytheOfficeoftheSecuritiesandExchangeCommissiononDecember28,2018.Thiscanbeconsideredas agreatopportunityfortheCompanytoexpanditsbusinesslocallyandinternationally.

Finally, theBoardofDirectorswishestothankourshareholders,clients,businesspartners, unitholdersofthefundsundermanagementoftheCompany,includingthegovernmentalandprivatesectorsaswellaslocalandforeignfinancialinstitutionsfortheirsupportandtrust.Moreover,theBoardofDirectorsalsowishestothankourManagementCommittee,executivesandalsoallemployeesfortheircriticaldevotioninbeingasakeyfactorindrivingorganizationforthestableandcontinualgrowthoftheCompany.

TheBoardofDirectorsconsistsofexpertsbeingacceptable innational levelandalsohavinganimportantroleinstipulatingtheCompany’spolicies.Indoingso,theBoardofDirectorshavetoworkcloselywiththeseniorexecutivestofixoperatingplansforbothshortandlongtermaswellasapolicyonfinance,riskmanagementandorganization’simage.Additionally,theyalsohaveasignificantroleinsupervisingandassessingperformanceoftheCompanyandofthe Company’sseniorexecutivestoensurethateverythingisinlinewithplans,independently.

การมสวนรวมของคณะกรรมการ

ในสวนของคาตอบแทนกรรมการ บรษทไดก�าหนดนโยบายคาตอบแทนกรรมการไวอยางชดเจนและโปรงใส โดยคาตอบแทนจะไดรบการกลนกรอง และทบทวน โดยคณะกรรรมการสรรหาและก�าหนด คาตอบแทนซงจะพจารณาถงความเหมาะสมและสอดคลองกบขอบเขตหนาทความรบผดชอบของกรรมการเปนส�าคญและรายงานไปยงคณะกรรมการเพอเสนอทประชมผถอหนพจารณาใหความเหนชอบตอไป

Monitoring, Assessment, and Remuneration

Forthedirectors’remuneration,theCompanyhasspecifiedthedirectors’remunerationpolicywithclearlyandtransparently.Thedirectors’remunerationwillbescreenedandreviewedbytheNominationandRemunerationCommitteewhowillconsiderofappropriationandcompliancewiththescopeofdutiesandresponsibilitiesofthedirectorsincriticalandwillalsoreporttotheBoardofDirectorsforproposingthesametotheapprovaloftheshareholdersmeetingfurther.

Forperformanceevaluation,theCompanyhasprovidedannualself-assessmentoftheBoardofDirectorsinordertosupportthedirectorsofreviewingworks,issues,andanyamendmentsduringthepastyearalsooptimizetheperformanceoftheBoardofDirectorsaswell.

คณะกรรมการบรษทจดใหมการประเมนระบบการควบคมภายในของบรษทโดยคณะกรรมการ ตรวจสอบไดด�าเนนการประเมนระบบการควบคมภายในดงกลาวประกอบดวยสาระส�าคญ5สวนไดแกองคกรและสภาพแวดลอมการบรหารความเสยงการควบคมการปฏบตงานของฝายบรหารระบบสารสนเทศและการสอสารขอมล และระบบการตดตาม นอกจากน บรษทก�าหนดนโยบายการก�ากบดแลกจการเกยวกบการใชขอมลภายในไวในอ�านาจด�าเนนการของบรษทโดยถอเปนหนงในจรรยาบรรณการท�างานทพนกงานผบรหาร และกรรมการตองยดถออยางเครงครด โดยก�าหนดให ในกรณทกรรมการบรษทหรอผบรหาร คนหนงคนใดมสวนไดสวนเสยกบผลประโยชนในเรองทก�าลงพจารณาจะไมเขารวมประชมหรองดออกเสยงเพอใหการตดสนใจของคณะกรรมการบรษทและผบรหารเปนไปอยางยตธรรมเพอผลประโยชนแกผมสวนไดเสยของบรษทอยางแทจรง

บรษทยงมงสรางภาพลกษณทดขององคกรดวยการเปนองคกรทมความนาเชอถอและโปรงใส โดยมงเนน ไปทการสงเสรมนโยบายดานการตอตานการทจรตคอรรปชนในทกรปแบบไมจายสนบนเพอผลประโยชนทางธรกจไมใหความรวมมอหรอสนบสนนบคคลใดๆทท�าธรกจผดกฎหมายหรอเปนภยตอสงคมและความมนคงของประเทศ

บรษทไดก�าหนดเรองการตอตานทจรตทกรปแบบไวในจรรยาบรรณพนกงาน ซงกรรมการ ผบรหารและพนกงานตองยดถอปฏบตอยางเครงครด

นโยบายการปองกนการหาผลประโยชน ในหนาทโดยมชอบ

นบตงแตป2558 บรษทไดประกาศนโยบายการปองกนการหาผลประโยชนในหนาทโดยมชอบและก�าหนดเรองการตอตานทจรตทกรปแบบอยางชดเจน และไดจดท�านโยบายตอตานการคอรรปชนเปน ลายลกษณอกษรขนเพอเปนแนวทางการปฏบตทชดเจนในการด�าเนนธรกจพรอมทงเผยแพรนโยบายและการปฏบตตามแนวทางดงกลาวและชองทางการแจงเบาะแสและรองเรยนไวอยางชดเจนในเวปไซตของบรษทและถายทอดแนวนโยบายและการปฏบตตามแนวนโนบายดงกลาวเพอใหพนกงานในองคกรไดรบทราบดวยการน�าประเดนเรองการปฏบตตามแนวนโยบายตอตานการคอรรปชนนไปบรรจอยในหลกสตรการอบรมพนกงานประจ�าป เพอใหมความรความเขาใจทถกตองและสามารถน�านโยบายไปปฏบตใหเปน รปธรรมไดอยางเกดประสทธผลทงนผฝาฝนหรอไมปฏบตตามนโยบายจะไดรบการพจารณาโทษทางวนยตามระเบยบหรอขอบงคบเกยวกบการท�างานทบรษทก�าหนดและอาจจะมโทษตามกฎหมายโดยในป2561บรษทไมไดรบการรองเรยนในเรองการกระท�าทจรตคอรรปชนทไมชอบดวยกฎหมายหรอฝาฝนตอหลกในการปฏบตตามนโยบายตอตานการคอรรปชน

นอกจากน บรษทมนโยบายสงเสรมใหพนกงานมความรความเขาใจในเรองดงกลาว โดยการจดสมมนาหลกสตร “นโยบายการตอตานคอรรปชน” ไวเปนสวนหนงของการอบรมประจ�าปของพนกงาน โดยในป2561 นอกเหนอจากการอบรมเรองนโยบายการตอตานคอรรปชนในการอบรมประจ�าปของพนกงานแลวบรษทยงไดจดสงพนกงานเขารวมการอบรมหลกสตรทเกยวของกบการปองกนการทจรตคอรรปชนทจดโดยสถาบนตางๆ เพอศกษา ทบทวน และพฒนาการเปดเผยขอมลเกยวกบการตอตานทจรตคอรรปชนของบรษทพรอมกนนบรษทยงจดสงพนกงานในหนวยงานทเกยวของกบการตรวจสอบและตดตามความเสยงจากการทจรตเขาอบรมในหลกสตรทเกยวของกบการตรวจสอบและตดตามความเสยงจากการทจรตดงกลาวซงจดโดยสมาคมสถาบนการศกษาธนาคารและการเงนไทย รวมกบ สมาคมธนาคารไทยและชมรม ตรวจสอบและปองกนการทจรตอยเสมออกดวย

Code of Conduct TheCompanysetstheissueofanti-corruption,inanyform,tobeincludedinacodeofethicswithwhichthedirectors,executivesandstaffsmustcomplystrictly.

Anti-Corruption Policy Since2015,theCompanyhasdeclaredthepolicyonprotectinganycorruptionandsettheregulationregardinganti-corruptionclearlyincludingtopreparetheanti-corruptionpolicyinwrittenforusingastheguidelineinengagingbusinessanddisclosesuchpolicyandguidelinetogetherwithchannelofwhistleblowingandcomplaintontheCompany’swebsite.Bytheway,asconcreteevidence,theCompanyalsoconveystheaforementionedpolicyandguidelinetoitsemployeesbyincludingthetopicofacomplianceofcollectiveactioncoalitionagainstcorruptiontobeoneofcurriculumintheemployee’sannualtrainingfortheiraccurateunderstandingandimplementsthepolicyefficiently.Ifanyemployeeviolatesordoesnotcomplywiththesaidpolicy,suchemployeeshallbeconsideredthedisciplinarypenaltyaccordingtotherulesorregulationsasspecifiedbytheCompanyandmaybepunishedbylaws.However, in2018,thereisnoanycomplaint regardinganycorruptionactivitiesorviolationofthespecifiedanti-corruptionpolicytoberaisedagainsttheCompany.

TheCompanyhasthepolicytopromoteitsemployees’knowledgeoftheaforementionedmattersbyorganizingtheseminar “Anti-corruptionPolicy”whichdeemedasapartofannualemployee’sseminars.In2018,inadditiontobeingapartofannualemployee’sseminar,inordertoeducate,reviseanddeveloptheinformationdisclosureoftheCompanyregardingtheAnti-corruptionissues,theCompanyhassentitsemployeestoattendtheseminarrelatingtotheanti-corruptionsetbyanyinstitute.Inthisregard,theCompanyhasarrangeditsemployees,whoworkforthedepartmentrelatingtoauditandmonitoranyriskcausedfromthecorruption,toattendvariouscourseswhichrelatetothesaidauditingandriskmonitoringorganizedbytheThaiInstituteofBankingandFinanceAssociation,theThaiBankersAssociationand/ortheFraudManagementClub.

บรษทไดเขารวมลงนามแสดงเจตนารมณในโครงการแนวรวมปฏบตของภาคเอกชนไทยในการ ตอตานทจรต(PrivateSectorCollectiveActionCoalitionAgainstCorruption)และไดรบมตรบรองใหเปนสมาชกแนวรวมปฏบตของภาคเอกชนไทยในการตอตานทจรตแลวในการประชมของคณะกรรมการแนวรวมปฏบตของภาคเอกชนไทยในการตอตานทจรตประจ�าไตรมาสท4/2558เมอวนท22มกราคม2559และไดรบการรบรองการตออายสมาชกโดยมตทประชมคณะกรรมการCACประจ�าไตรมาส4/2561เมอวนท4กมภาพนธ2562เปนระยะเวลา3ปนบตงแตวนท4กมภาพนธ2562ถงวนท3กมภาพนธ2565ทงนบรษทไดรบการประเมนผลAnti-corruptionprogressindicatorอยในระดบ“ไดรบการรบรองCAC”เนองจากบรษทมการแสดงใหเหนถงการน�าไปปฏบตโดยมการสอบทานความครบถวนเพยงพอของกระบวนการทงหมดจากคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบและไดรบการรบรองเปนสมาชกในทสด

TheCompanyhasclearlyannounceditsideologyandfinallybeencertifiedasamemberofPrivateSectorCollectiveActionCoalitionagainstCorruption(CAC)intheBoardMeetingofCACatQuarter4/2015onJanuary22,2016.ThemeetingoftheThaiPrivateSectorCollectiveActionCoalitionagainstCorruptionCouncilofthe4thquarter/2018heldonFebruary4,2019resolvedtoapprovetheCompany’smembershiprenewalforcontinuingamemberoftheThaiPrivateSectorCollectiveActionCoalitionagainstCorruptionCouncilforaperiodof3yearsasfromFebruary4,2019toFebruary3,2022.Inthisregard,theCompanyalsoobtainedtheassessmentofthe Anti-CorruptionProgressIndicatorattheCACaccreditedlevelduetothefactthattheCompanyhasproveditscompliancewithCACwherebytheAuditCommitteehasauditedthesufficiencyandcompletionofalltheprocessbeforeannouncement.

TheCompanysetsasystemtocoupwiththeCustomer’scomplaintclassifiedbyatypeoffundmanagementforappropriationofeachgroupofcustomers,namelymutualfunds,privatefundsandprovidentfunds.TheCompanyhasthestepsinrelationtoareceiptofcomplaintandmanagingprocessforsolvingproblemsasfollows:

Toreceiveacustomer’scomplaint,thecustomersareabletocomplaintotheCompanyinawrittenformthroughvariouschannels,suchas,sendingdirectlytotheCompanyorviatheCompany’ssellingagentsandcustodians.Andincaseofthecustomer’sverbalcomplaint,theofficerwhoreceivedthecomplaintshallrecordthesaidverbalinawrittenformandarrangeittobesignedbythecomplainedcustomerbeforeproposingtotheContactCenterUnit,whichisthemainin-chargeunitforcopingwiththecustomer’scomplaint,tosolvetheat-issuedproblemfurther.

WhentheCompanyhas investigatedonthecomplaintandprocessed tosettlesuch problems,theCompanywillnotifythecustomerinwritingwithin7daysasfromthedatewhichthesolutionhasbeenfinalized.

Whenthesolutionhasbeenfinalized,theContactCenterUnitwillgatheralldocumentsrelevanttothecomplaintat-issuedandwillproposetotheComplianceDepartmenttosummarizeallcomplaintsreceivedineveryquarter,whichwillalsobesubmittedtotheOfficeoftheSecuritiesandExchangeCommissionwithin15daysasfromtheendofeachquarter.

นอกจากการปฏบตงานภายในองคกรแลว บรษทยงไดน�าแนวนโยบายดงกลาวไปบรรจในแผนการพฒนาการใหบรการแกลกคาในระยะยาวดวย บรษทไดรเรมชองทางการกระจายขอมลขาวสารไปสลกคาชองใหมโดยผานแอพพลเคชนLINE เพอความรวดเรวในการกระจายขาวสารและเปนชองทางเสรมอก ชองทางหนงเพอเตรยมความพรอมในการด�าเนนการตามแผนสงเสรมในขนตอนตอไปในอนาคต


Paperless and E-document Policy

TheCompanyhasencouragedadocumentsaving ine-document formby improving fundamentalcomputerprogramwithinorganization,particularlyrequiredunits,graduallyinordertofacilitateworkingoperationwithoutwastingpaperprinting.Also,theCompanyhasimplementedanewmanagementoftheofficeequipmentusage,especiallytheprinter,whichisanecessaryandinevitabledeviceoftheorganization.Since2016,theCompanyhaschosenaprinterwithscanningoptionandshiftedfrompurchasingtoleasingacomputerandprinterwithmaintenanceservice.Thisimplementationisnotonlyresultinginenergy-usedsavingandpaper-usedsaving,butalsosavinganoverallexpensesoftheCompanybyapproximatelyBath1millionperyear.
