For those of you who are new to Symphony – our entire line of Premium Signature Papers is proudly made in the USA in our state

of the art paper manufacturing plant, using recycled and biodegradable fi bers, certifi ed laboratory tested seeds and plant mate-

rial directly from nature without cutting down trees in the process. Our whole line of Brilliant Papers is uniquely manufactured

from recycled cotton T-shirts! The response to our beautiful papers continues to inspire the magic of life to grow.

We have served thousands of customers in the last 2 decades, from small businesses to multi-national corporations, and have

succeeded in securing A+ ratings for many consecutive years in all of our industry organizations. We have won numerous awards

Please note: As we use dried natural flower petals, recycled money, pine needles and items from nature to decorate the paper, at times

they become unavailable and other natural inclusions will be substituted.

We purchase our seeds from a US based environmental seed supplier with top quality purity and testing methods. Most seed

batches we purchase have 70-90% germination rate. 100% germination rate is not expected, as little as 70% germination rate could

occur. Test results on seeds are available upon request.

Wildfl ower Mix (W) includes, but is not limited to: Baby’s Breath, Sweet Alyssum,

Aster, Calendula, Black Eyed Susan, (can vary).

Herbal Mix (W) includes: Basil, Parsley, and Thyme.

Artwork and Specifications

Art is accepted in EPS format for Adobe Illustrator or

Photoshop. When using a vector program please convert

your fonts to outlines. Low resolution jpgs are not accept-

able, all jpgs must be 300 dpi or higher. If image is scanne d

or created with a digital camera, RGB files must be converted

to CMYK. Changes or corrections to your artwork or custom

artwork will be billed at $75 per hour with notification prior

to beginning. Full bleed add .10 (A) regular paper. Art email

Production Time

Standard production time is 5-12 days from receipt of proof

approval. Other factors include quantity, stock and order

volume, as most items are handmade. Please call for current

production times.

Proofs

Proof approval is required on all orders. Proofs will be

emailed in PDF or jpg format depending on file size. Two

email proofs are included, three or more will incur a $20

charge per proof. Proofs can be approved by email or fax.

Samples

Free samples are available upon request (limited quanti-

ties). Excessive samples will be charged as an order. Please

provide a FedEx or UPS number for expedited samples. Send

sample requests to [email protected].

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available one week or less for $50 minimum,

plus any other charges we may incur, such as expediting

dies, etc.

International Shipments

Customer must provide UPS or FedEx number for all interna-

tional shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire

if customs allows seed paper to enter the country.

Pricing

Prices published in this catalog are subject to change. All

pricing is code (A) unless otherwise noted. Set ups are code (G).

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. If the

order has been printed, customer will be responsible for

charges incurred.

Returns

Open and inspect your shipment as soon as it is received.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after receipt of order.

Drop Shipments

Customers with multiple drop-shipments will be charged $5

for each additional ship-to address plus appropriate ship-

ping charges.

Overrun/Underrun

For stock orders exact quantities are shipped, for orders with

die cutting & letterpressing or custom orders there is a 10%

over/underrun policy.

Printable Seed Paper

Because of the material, there are limitations to the print-

ability of our seeded paper. Minimum ink coverage is

recommended. For larger quantity orders, expect longer

production times.

Letterpress Printing

Letterpressed printing is a term for the “relief” printing of text

and images using a press with a “type-high bed” in which

a reversed, raised surface is inked and then pressed into a

sheet of paper in order to obtain a positive right reading

image.

Pre-Production Samples

Pre-production samples are $35 - $75. If a custom die is

needed, pre-payment for the die is required.
