TNH HN CA MT S KIM LOI1. Khi nim v tnh hn ca kim loi v hp kim1.1. Khi nimTnh hn ch mc d hn hay kh hn i vi mt loi vt liu no . - Mangan (Mn): khi hm lng < 1% khng nh hng nhiu n tnh hn ca thp nhng khi hm lng Mn > 1% tnh hn km i v d b nt (tng tnh thm ti).- Silic (Si): khi hm lng < 0,3% khng nh hng nhiu n tnh hn ca thp nhng khi hm lng Si > 0,3% s gy kh khn cho qu trinh hn v to nn cc loi xit kh chy v tng tnh chy long.- Crm (Cr): nh hng xu n tnh hn ca thp v n lm tng s xy ha kim loi v kt hp vi cacbon to thnh cacbit (hp cht ha hc), nng cao cngkim loi vng chuyn tip t mi hn n kim loi c bn. II. CC PHNG PHP HN KIM LOICu to m hn TIGChc nng ca m hn TIG l dn dng in v kh tr vo vng hn. Cc m hn TIG bng tay v m hn TIG t ng c cu to tng t nhau, m hn TIG bng tay c cn cm vi cc nt iu khin, cn m hn t ng khng c cn, c thit k kp cht vo gi hn.

Cu to:1. Cap: Chui hn TIG chng thot kh bo v v c nh kim hn.2. Collet: Kp kim cu to bng ng, gi in cc khp theo c, khi vn cht chui hn s c nh kp kim, gip gi cht in cc.3. Gas orifice: ng dn kh cho php thot kh ra ngoi.4. Gas nozzle: Chp kh nh hng dng kh ln vng hn phn thnh hai loi ty theo cng hn mt loi cu to bng s cho vic hn TIG cng nh, mt loi cu to bng ng c lm mt bng nc khi thc hin hn TIG vi cng cao dng ln.5. Hoses: Cc ng cht do kt ni vi tay cm sng hn cung cp kh, nc, v cha cp in ni vi m sng hn.Chun b v s dng kim hn TIGChun b kim hn TIGTy tng loi in cc, c im mi hn m chun b in cc khc nhau. Trc khi hn mi u kim in cc c chun b thnh 3 dng: mi cu, mi nhn hoc mi t. Mi cu thng s dng vi loi in cc vonfram nguyn cht ( kin ngh s dng vi dng xoay chiu dng sng hnh Sin hoc xung vung tiu chun. Vi dng mi cu h quang thng khng n nh.Vi u mi nhn, hoc t ( s dng vi in cc thun vonfram, ceri, lanthana v thori ) nn c s dng vi dng AC inverter hoc DC. mi in cc vonfram nn s dng a mi chuyn dng ( trnh nhim bn in cc ) c ch to t borazon hoc kim cng. Ch nu mi in cc thori cn phi m bo cc bin php ht bi, qun l bi mi an ton.Cn phi mi in cc trn mi c ht mn v mi theo hng trc. c nh vy gim nh hng ca in cc nn vng hn cng nh to s n nh cho h quang.

Chiu cao mi tt nht l t 1.5 n 3 ln ng knh in cc.

Khi hn vi dng hn cng nh vi vt liu cng mng th phi mi in cc cng nhn. in cc nhn cho php hn chnh xc , h quang tp trung gim vng nh hng nhit trnh gy hin tng cong vnh mi hn c bit khi hn trn nhm. Ch khng nn s dng in cc nhn vi dng hn cao, khi s dng vi dng hn cao u mi in cc nhanh chng b mn v lm nhim bn vng hn.Khi hn vi dng hn cao hn nn lm t mi in cc, lm iu ny chng ta cng mi nhn in cc nh trn sau mi t mi in cc n ng knh khong 0.2 n 0.7mm. u in cc t s bo v in cc khi b ph hy vi dng in c mt qu cao.Cc ch khi s dng:* Cn chn dng in thch hp ( kiu v cng ) i vi kch c in cc c s dng. Cng c th p dng cch hn ny cho cc mi hn kiu b g (Edge) hoc cc mi hn gc ngoi.La chn kim hn TIGVonfram l kim loi chnh ch to in cc kim hn TIG. Vonfram c la chn nh cng cng nh kh nng chu c nhit cao do dng in h quang gy ra tc ng ln in cc. Vonfram c nhit nng chy (3.410 C) cao hn tt c cc kim loi khc ( khng phi hp kim ) ch sau cacbon nu tnh tt c cc nguyn t ha hc.Cc in cc khng tiu hao dng trong hn TIG c kch c ng knh cng nh di khc nhau chng cu to t Vonfram nguyn cht, hoc hp kim vonfram vi cc nguyn t t him, hoc oxit ca chng. La chn in cc cho qu trnh hn TIG ph thuc vo vt liu vt hn, dy mi hn, s dng dng in xoay chiu hay mt chiu. Bi vit ny hy vng s gip bn la chn c ng nht loi kim hn ph hp vi mnh.

T tri qua phi: Cerium, 0.9->1.2%ThO2 Thorium, Lanthanum, Pure Vonfram, 1.8->2.2% ThO2 Thorium, Zirconium1. Kim hn thun VonframThnh phn kim hn cha n 99.5% vonfram. Kim hn ny b hao mn nhanh so vi tt c cc loi kim hn hp kim khc tuy nhin n c gi thnh r hn. Kim hn nhanh b mn khi b nung nng, cung cp dng h quang n nh khi s dng dng in xoay chiu c c tnh ng cn bng hoc hnh sin. N c bit tt vi hn vi vt liu nhm v magie. Tuy nhin n khng thng c s dng vi dng hn mt chiu.2. Kim hn Vonfram vi 2% ThoriKim hn vonfram c cha thori oxit cha ti thiu 97.3% vonfram v t 1.7 n 2.2% thori. Tuy nhin chng c bit ph hp vi vic hn s dng dng mt chiu in cc thun trn cc vt liu thp carbon hoc thp khng g, nickel hoc cc vt hn titan.Trong qu trnh sn xut in cc Thori c phn tn u trn ton b kim hn, iu ny cho php in cc duy tr c u nhn in cc hn, iu ny l l tng cho hn cc vt hn mng. Tuy nhin chng ta cn ch Thori l phng x do , bn phi lun lun tun th theo cc khuyn co ca nh sn xut trong qu trnh s dng.3. Kim hn l hp kim vi CeriKim hn tig c th l hp kim ca Vonfram vi Ceri trong Vonfram chim ti thiu 97.3% v 1.8 n 2.2 % Ceri. in cc ny hot ng tt nht vi cc dng hn mt chiu ti ch hn thp. N cng c cc c tnh nh in cc Thoriated m trong mt s trng hp n c th thay th in cc ny m khng phi thay i chng trnh hn.in cc hp kim Lanthanated l l tng nu bn mun ti u kh nng hn ca bn. Trong vng mi hn xy ra nhiu qutrnh nh xy ho, kh xy, hon nguyn v hp kim ho mi hn, qu trnh tox v tinh luyn ,... Cc qu trnh phn no tng t nh nhng qu trnh luynkim nn ngi ta gi qu trnh ny l qu trnh luyn kim khi hn nhng xy ratrong mt th tch nh v thi gian ngn.a. nh hng ca xyxy c trong cc mi trng xung quanh nh khng kh, hi nc, Co2,H2O, v trong cc it kim loi, trong lp x khi hn,...xy c tc dng mnh vi cc nguyn t : Fe, Mn, Si, C, ... kt qu s lm thay i thnh phn v tnh cht ca kim loi mi hn.V d :Fe + O ----> FeOFe + O2 ----> 2FeOMt phn cc xit st nh trn s i vo x, mt phn s trn ln vi kim loimi hn do khng thot ra ngoi kp. Mi hn c ln x s lm cho c tnh gimmnh.Trong mi trng xung quanh cng cn c nhiu cht kh c nh hng n cht lng mi hn nh hydro., Nit, lu hunh, pht pho,...Hydro: c trong hi nc, trong cc loi kh bo v hoc do b phn hu cc cht trong qu trnh hn s ho tan vo mi hn v gy nn r kh. i vi thp v hp kim nhm, hydro l nguyn nhn ch yu gy nn r kh.Lu hunh l cht gy nn nt nng cho mi hnPht pho gy nn nt ngui cho mi hnTrong vng mi hn xy ra qu trnh kh xy. Kim loi y l hn hp cc nguyn t ca kim loi c bn v kimloi vt liu hn. Vng hn c chia ra 2 vng chnh: vng u v vng ui vnghn.Qu trnh kt tinh ca mi hn- Mi hn kt tinh trong iu kin phn u vng hn lun b nung nng bi ngunnhit hn cn vng ui th c ngui dn.- Kim loi vng hn lun chuyn ng;- Th tch vng hn nh khong 0,2-0,4 cm3.- Thi gian kim loi mi hn tn ti trng thi lng nh,;- Tc lm ngui ln- Vng tm mi hn c nhit cao d lm cho kim loi b qu nhit.2.3. T CHC KIM LOI MI HN V VNG CN MI HNSau khi ng c, kim loi mi hn s c thnh phn khc so vi kim loi cbn. Di tc dng ca nhit t chc kim loi mi hn cng c chia thnhnhiu vng khc nhau.T chc kim loi mi hn ph thuc phng php hn, kim loi vt hn, vch hn. T chc kim loi vng mi hn v gn mi hn c chia ra 7 vngkhc nhau : Vng mi hn, vng vin chy, vng nh hng nhit gm c cc vng: vng qu nhit, vng thng ho, vng kt tinh li khng hon ton vng kt tinhli, vng dn xanh.Vng mi hn (1) :C thnh phn kim loi hn hp giua vt hn, thuc hn v que hn. Tchc c dng ko di v tm mi hn (theo hng kt tinh)Vng gn vin chy ct chc ht nh mn do tc tn nhit nhanh; vung trung tm c ln nhiu tp chtdo kt tinh sau cng.Vng vin chy (2) :Vng ny kim loi nng chy khng hon ton. Thnh phn kim loi mihn c ln cc nguyn t ca que hn v thuc hn. Do c s tc dng qua li giapha long v pha c nn trong mi hn c th ln cc tp cht. Ht tinh th vngny nh, c c tnh tt. Vng ny tn ti 2 pha lng c chhiu rng vng ny nhkhong 0,1- 0,3 mm rt kh phn bit chng nn gi chung l vng vin chy.Vng nh hng nhit :L vng c nhit thp hn nhit nng chy nhng c t chc v tnhcht thay i di tc dng ca nhit . Chiu rng vng ny ph thuc chiu dyvt hn, ngun nhit, ch hn, phng php hn,... (xem bng 1.1)

Khi nim v vng hn v mi hn10.2.1.1 Vng hnVng hn c th chia lm hai phn:- phn u A: Ch yu xy ra cc qu trnh nng chy ca kim loi c bn v kim loi b sung;- phn ui B: din ra qu trnh kt tinh v hnh thnh mi hn.Khi hn nng chy, di tc dng ca ngun nhit hn, mt phn kim loi c bn ti v tr trn mp hn b nng chy kt hp vi kim loi b sung t vt liu hn (que hn, dy hn, thuc hn...) to ra mt khu vc kim loi lng thng gi l vng hn.Trong vng hn, kim loi lng lun trng thi ng kim loi lng phn u b y li v pha ui mt cch tun hon di tc dng ca p sut dng kh ln b mt kim loi vng hn. V vy, b mt mi hn sau khi hnh thnh khng phng v c dng sng hnh vy c xp chng. Hnh 10.3

Hnh 10.3 Vng hn 10.2.1.2 Mi hnKhi ngun nhit chuyn ng dc theo mp hn, vng hn chuyn ng theo li phn kim loi lng c kt tinh to thnh lin kt kim loi pha sau n, gi l mi hn.Theo hnh dng mt ct ngang, ngi ta phn bit cc mi hn nng chy thnh hai loi: mi hn gip mi, mi hn ch T v mi hn gc (hnh 10.4)Cc mi hn nng chy c th gm mt lp hay nhiu lp, lin tc hay gin on, mt pha hay hai pha.

Qu trnh luyn kim khi hn nng chyTrong vng hn, nhng giai on nht nh c th xy ra cc qu trnh l ho sau yS tng tc gia kim loi lng v x hnCng vi s nng chy ca kim loi c bn v vt liu hn b sung (que hn, thuc hn...), thng to ra mt pha lng gi l x hn.Trong x hn c cha cc oxit mang tnh axit (SiO2), TiO2, P2O5) hoc baz (CaO, MnO. FeO, BaO...). X to ra lp v mng trn vng hn, c tc dng bo v kim loi lng khi tc dng xu ca mi trng khng kh.

Tc ng bo v ca mi trng kh v xMi trng khng kh xung quanh h quang v vng hn gm nhiu loi kh, trong oxy v nit c nh hng rt xu n cht lng mi hn. Oxy (O2) xm nhp vo vng hn s to nn cc oxit (FeO, CuO, Al2O3...) nm quanh tinh gii ht hoc ho tan dng hn hp c hc.Nit (N2) to thnh cc nitrit lm gim mnh do v tng kh nng gin ngui ca kim loi mi hn.Thuc bc que hn, li thuc ca dy hn, bt v thuc hn khi chy s to ra mi trng x v kh bo v. Khi hn bng in cc trn (v d in cc volfram, dy hn c....), cn ch ng a cc loi kh nh argon (Ar), heli (He), cacbonic (CO2)... vo vng hn y khng kh ra khi vng hn.Qu trnh oxy ho - kh v hp kim kho kim loi mi hn+ S oxy ho: c th do mi trng kh xung quanh kim loi nng chy c cha nhiu hi nc, kh m (cc yu t ny i vo vng hn thng qua que hn, thuc hn, kh chy....), c th do x hn (cha nhiu FeO, CaCO3...) hoc cng c th do s tn ti ca nhng lp g cha khng kh m trn b mt hn. h thp hm lng ca O2 trong kim loi p, ngi ta phi tin hnh cc bin php kh oxy khi hn nng chy. Thng dng nht l bin php kh oxy bng x hn v kh oxy bng cc cht kh mnh- Kh oxy bng x hn:

- Kh oxy bng cht kh: S dng cc nguyn t hp kim c i lc mnh vi oxit nh Al, Ti, Mn, Si... kh oxy+ Hp kim ho kim loi mi hn: Nhm b li cc nguyn t hp kim ca vt liu c bn mt do qu trnh chy hay bc hi; hoc l hp kim ho kim loi mi hn bng cc nguyn t hp kim khc khng c trong thnh phn ca kim loi c bnThng thng, cc nguyn t hp kim nh Cr, Mo, W, V, Ti.... c a vo mi hn thng qua dy hn, thuc bc que hn v thuc hn, trong vic hp kim ho mi hn bng dy hn c hiu qu cao nht.Qu trnh ho tan kh - r kh trong mi hnKhi hn lun xy ra s ho tan cc loi kh vo mi hn, khng nhng to thnh cc oxit, nitrit,... c hi, m cn lm xut hin cc r kh. l s xut hin cc l trng v bt kh, l kt qu ca s thot kh khng trit khi kim loi lng vng hn, vt liu hn (dy hn, que hn, thuc hn...) b m, b mt chi tit cha c lm sch trc khi hn, mc kh oxy cha trit ...R kh c th xut hin trong kim loi mi hn cng nh ngay trn b mt mi hn, gy nn hin tng tp trung ng sut, lm tng cng, gin v gim tnh do ca kim loi vng hn.S kt tinh v hnh thnh kim loi mi hn- Khi phn u ca vng hn ang din ra s nung nng th phn ui li xy ra qu trnh kt tinh, kim loi lng trong vng hn di chuyn mnh t phn u sang phn ui ca vng hn. Trong qu trnh kt tinh, cc tp cht x v bt kh b y v ni ln trn. Nu b kt li v mt l do no th chng s thnh cc khuyt tt trong mi hn.T chc kim loi ca mi hnNhit ca ngun nhit hn lm kim loi que hn v mt phn kim loi vng hn b nng chy to thnh vng hn chy lng ng thi tc dng ln vng xung quanh n lm thay i t chc do lm thay i c tnh ca n. Vng hn ny c gi l vng nh hng nhit.1) Vng vng hnVng hn c th tch rt nh c bao bc bng kim loi c bn trng thi rn xung quanh nn ngui nhanh. Cc ht tinh th thng c dng hnh kim v dng nhnh cy phc tp, pht trin theo phng thng gc vi cc mt ng nhit. Cng vo pha tm mi hn, ht tinh th cng ln v c xu th chuyn t dng hnh nhnh cy sang dng hnh cu, v tm vng hn ngui chm nht (hnh 10.5 ) Trong vng hn cn ln c tp cht v bt kh. Hnh 10.5 T chc kim loi vng hn2) Vng nh hng nhit gm cc vng: Hnh 10.6- Vng qu nhit : L vng gip ranh gia vng hn v kim loi c bn, c nhit xp x nhit nng chy, thng xy ra qu trnh kt tinh li. Do hin tng qu nhit, nn ht tinh th c kch thc ln, dai v chm v do thp d nt nng v nt ngui. y l vng yu nht ca lin kt hn.- Vng thng ho : Khu vc kim loi b nung nng t nhit 900 - 11000C. T chc gm nhng ht ferit nh v peclit, c c tnh tng hp tng i cao.- Vng kt tinh li khng hon ton : y nhit khong 720 - 900OC. Kim loi c s kt tinh li tng phn, lm xut hin cc tinh th mi. T chc gm cc ht ferit th v ostenit nh, c tnh ca vng ny km hn.- Vng kt tinh li (cn gi l vng ho gi): Nhit khong 500 - 700oC, xy ra qu trnh kt tinh li, pht sinh v pht trin cc tinh th mi.

Hnh 10.6 Vng nh hng nhit- Vng gin xanh: nhit khong 100 - 5000C, khng c s thay i r rt v t chc kim loi, nhng do nh hng ca nhit hn nn thng tn ti mt trng thi ng sut d, do v dai v p gim, bn tng.Nh vy, s thay i t chc ca vng nh hng nhit u lm gim c tnh tng hp ca lin kt hn. C gng hn ch kch thc ca vng nh hng nhit, vng nh hng nhit cng nh khi:- Cng sut ca h quang hoc ngn la kh cng nh;- Tng vn c hn (gi nguyn cng sut nhit);- Vt liu c bn ca nhit dung cng cao v gin nhit cng thp.

Hng dn hn nhm bng thit b hn MIGCc hng dn sau y da trn kinh nghim v thc tin c c kt t vic la chn thit b hn, chun b vt liu c bn, p dng k thut thch hp, v kim tra trc quan kt cu hn m bo mi hn cht lng cao vi quy trnh hn MIG v TIG khi hn hp kim nhm. Ngay c vi ngi c kinh nghim hn thp vn c th gp kh khn khi hn hp kim nhm. Tnh dn nhit cao v im nng chy thp ca hp kim nhm c th dn ti hin tng chy thu (burnthrough) vt liu nu th hn khng thc hin ng quy trnh. Trong quy trnh hn MIG, vic cp dy hn nhm cng c nhng kh khn nht nh v dy nhm mm hn dy hn thp, c n hi thp d dn ti ri dy cun dy hn. khc phc nhng vn ny, th hn phi tun th nhng hng dn sau y:Chun b vt hn: hn nhm, th hn phi lm sch b mt vt hn cn thn. nh sch lp oxit nhm b mt v cc cht bn c th t du, m. Oxit nhm trn b mt ca vt hn nng chy ti nhit 3,700 F trong khi vt liu nhm ca chi tit hn c nhit nng chy di 1,200 F . V vy, lm sch lp oxit trn b mt vt hn s hn ch s thu su ca kim loi in vo vt hn. lm sch lp oxit nhm, s dng bn chi bng thp khng g nh sch hoc dng dung mi v cc phng php n mn. Khi dng bn chi, nn chi theo mt hng. Nn chi nh v u khng lm cho b mt th rp x x qu c th tng thm nguy c ngm oxit trn b mt vt hn. Ngoi ra, lm sch b mt vt hn bng nhm khng c dng bn chi s dng cho vic lm sch vt hn bng thp hoc thp khng g. Khi dng cc gii php lm sch bng ha hc phi m bo lm sch dung mi n mn trn b mt chi tit trc khi hn. gim thiu nguy c hydrocarbon t du m hoc dung mi t nguyn cng ct xm nhp vo mi hn, phi lm sch chng bng cht ty. Kim tra chc chn rng cht ty khng cha thnh phn hydrocarbon.Gia nhit: :Gia nhit vt hn trnh nt mi hn. Nhit nung nng vt hn khng vt qu 230F. Nn dng nhit k ch ng duy tr nhit trnh qu nhit. Th hn cng cn nung nng trc chi tit hn dy khi hn vi chi tit mng. Dng k thut y m hn: Vi nhm, hn vi thao tc y m hn thay v ko m tc dng lm sch tt hn, gim thiu nhim bn mi hn v tng kh nng bo v ca kh.Tc di chuyn:Hn nhm cn c thc hin "nng v nhanh". Khng nh thp, tnh dn nhit cao ca nhm i hi phi t in p hn, dng hn ln hn, v tc di chuyn m hn cng ln hn. Nu tc di chuyn m chm, c th dn ti chy thu mi hn, c bit l khi hn chi tit mng.Kh bo v:kh Argon, vi tc dng lm sch v c tnh thm nhp tt, l loi kh c chn s dng ph bin nht cho hn nhm. Hn cc hp kim nhm 5XXX-series, hn hp kh bo v kt hp argon vi heli - ti a 75% heli - s gim thiu s hnh thnh oxit magi.Dy hn: La chn dy hn c nhit nng chy tng t vt liu c bn . Th hn cng hn ch khong nng chy ca kim loi th cng d hn. hn chi tit mng, s dng dy 0.8mm kt hp vi quy trnh hn xung ti tc thp - 100 n 300 inch/pht - l ti u.Hnh thnh mi hn dng li: Khi hn nhm, nt mi hn thng hay xy ra. Nt do mc dn n nhit cao ca nhm v s co ngt xy ra khi ngui mi hn. Nguy c nt l rt ln vi mi hn lm v b mt ca mi hn co ngt v rch khi ngui. Do , th hn nn thao tc hn hnh thnh mi hn dng li. Bi v khi mi hn ngui dn, dng li ca mi hn s cn bng lc co ngt.La chn ngun hn:Khi chn thit b hn cho ng dng hn nhm trong kh bo v, iu u tin l la chn phng php dch chuyn h quang phun hoc xung. My hn c ch dng hn khng i (cc) v in p hn khng i (cv) c dng cho hn h quang phun. Vi chi tit nhm dy, i hi dng hn mc hn 350A, ch cc cho kt qu tt nht.Hn xung thng c thc hin vi my hn inverter. Cc my hn i mi tch hp quy trnh hn xung da trn ng knh v loi dy hn. Khi hn MIG xung, cc git nh kim loi t dy hn dch chuyn ti vt hn trong mi chu k xung ca dng hn. Quy trnh hn xung to dch chuyn git kim loi mt cch ch ng, t bn te v tc hn nhanh hn so vi hn dch chuyn phun. 2.4 KIM TRA BNG TIA PHNG X (RNGHEN V GAMMA)Tia X v tia Gamma l sng in t c bc sng rt ngn, tn s dao ng v nng lng rt cao c th i xuyn qua khi kim loi dy.
