Hakkımızda / About Us

Firmamız 1995 yılından beri 2. el sektöründe faaliyet göstermektedir. Kartal’da 300 M2’lik bir alanda faaliyete başlayan firmamız günümüzde Şekerpınar'da 6.000 M2’lik bir alanda her geçen gün büyüme sağlayarak çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir / Since 1995 our company operates in recycling and shelf systems secondary sector. Firstly Our company started its employments in an area of 300 M2 in Kartal, nowadays we work in an area of 6.000 M2 in Şekerpınar and continues growing of each passing day

Başta 2. el depo raf sistemleri olmak üzere 2. el depolama ekipmanları ve istif makinaları alım satımında ülkemizin öncü ve lider kuruluşudur / Our company is the pioneer and leader company of the country which purchase and sales 2nd hand storage equipment and stacking machines

ZMF, 2. el raf sektörünü oluşturmadan önce ülkemizde 2. el raf sistemleri genellikle geri dönüşüme atık olarak verilmekteydi. Rafını satan firmalar düşük meblağlara ürünlerini verirken, alım yapacak diğer firmalar ise sıfır ürünlere yüksek ücretler öderdi. ZMF, bu raf sistemlerini atık fiyatının çok üzerinde alıp, hasarlı parçalar var ise müşterilerinin ihtiyacına yönelik revize ederek ülke ekonomisine büyük katkı sağlamıştır / Before ZMF creates the 2nd hand shelves sector, the 2nd hand shelves were generally waste recycling system in the country. Shelf companies that were selling their product with lower amounts, other copmanies were buying the new products by paying high amounts. ZMF has made a major contribution to the national economy by taking these waste systems by paying above the waste price and for the needs of customers, revising them if there are any damaged parts.

Mevcut raf sisteminin yaşı, ürünlerin temizliği, var ise hasar durumu, takım halde ve standart ölçülerde olup olmaması titizlikle incelenerek maksimum fiyatlandırma yapılır / The team carefully examines the age of the existing shelving systems, cleaning of the products, damage states, appropriate pricing and prepares the products with standard sizes

Fiyat teklifimizin onayı halinde, ödeme daha ürünler firmanın deposundan sevk edilmeden banka hesaplarına yatırılır / In the case of approval of our price proposal, before shipping the products from the company the payments will be already credited to their bank accounts

Satış ve Pazarlama Sürecimiz / Sales and Marketing Process

Öncelikle rafın 2. el olmasından dolayı boyası deforme, kullanışsız ve riskli olduğu anlamı çıkarılmamalıdır. Kaldı ki lojistik ve depolama sistemleri ile ülkemizin tam anlamıyla tanışması yaklaşık 15 yıllık bir geçmişe sahiptir. Doğal olarak raf sistemlerimiz genellikle yeni ve kullanılmaya elverişlidir. Depolarımızda minimum 1.500-2.000 ton ve yüzlerce çeşit ürün bulunmaktadır. Bu ürünlerin geneli depo yenileme ve depo transferlerinden dolayı temin ettiğimiz sıfır ayarında ürünlerdir. Doğru yerde doğru sistemin doğru ekipmanla kullanılması halinde raf sistemleri en az 20 yıl rahatlıkla kullanılabilir.

First of all, due to the fact that the shelf is 2nd hand and that the paint is deformed, it should not be taken as meaningless and risky. it has 15 years history behind in our country's logistics and storage systems. Naturally, our shelf systems are usually new and available to use. Our storage has minimum of 1,500-2,000 tons products and hundreds of other products. These products are primary storage products which we provide due to the generic storage renewal and storage transfers. Shelf systems can be used at least 20 years if they use the right system in the right place with the right equipments.

Satış ve Pazarlama Sürecimiz / Sales and Marketing Process

Bizim için her şeyden önemlisi müşterilerimizin isteğini, ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yönlendirerek doğru ölçülerle, doğru ürünleri almasını sağlamaktır. Raf ihtiyacıyla gelen müşterilerimizin geneli asıl ihtiyacını bilmemektedir. Bizler, onlara bir nevi satış ve pazarlamanın yanında danışmanlık hizmeti de sunmaktayız. Müşterilerimizin yüksekliği, alan ölçüleri, palet ölçüleri, palet ağırlıkları, kullandığı istif makinasının özellikleri, ihtiyaçlarını anlama noktasında bize yol gösterir.

For us, the most important thing is the customers requests, directing the needs with the correct measures and to get the right products. Generally our costumers exactly dont know the general essential needs of their requested shelves. So usually we guide them not only sales and marketing but also consultancy services as well. Our customers “height, area dimensions, pallet dimensions, pallet weight, properties of the stack of machines” helps us to understand their main needs.

Satış ve Pazarlama Sürecimiz / Sales and Marketing Process

Doğru raf sistemini doğru ölçülerde temin etmek güçlü bir atölye ve montaj hattı gerektirmektedir. Depo ölçüleriyle gelen müşterilerimizin ihtiyacına göre ayak yüksekliği, derinlik vb. gibi ölçüler atölyemizde statik değerlerinde, müşterilerimize uygun hale getirilmektedir. Raf sistemlerini oluşturan parça ve aksesuarlarının tamamının yedekleri sıfır olarak stoklarımızda mevcuttur. Sistemin herhangi bir parçasında hasar olması halinde yedeğiyle değiştirilerek müşterimize sorunsuz ulaşması sağlanmaktadır.

The correct size to ensure proper shelf system requires a strong workshop and assembly line. According to the needs of the customers who comes with storage measurements, such as feet height, depth and etc, our workshops prepare the measurements with static values. Replacement of all the parts and accessories that make the shelving system are available as primary products in our stocks. In case of damage to any part of the system it is ensured to our customers to reach and replace it with a spare.
