Welcome back to a New Year of classes from Taui Network Europe for your spiritual development, health & wellbeing. Thank you for supporting us over the last year. Our plan
for 2015 is to continue to make the teachings of our spiritual teacher, the Shekhem Ur Shekhem Ra Un Nefer Amen I, more widely available here in the UK.
Our focus, as ever, is the health and success of the African community, hence our staunch commitment to providing public classes for the last twenty years. We have a new class on offer in London, Men Ab Meditation together with one of our most popular – Tree of Life Qi Gong. Also, our independent school, Kamitic Preparatory Institute, continues to grow as we nurture the young minds of our beloved children. Introducing Men Ab Meditation, a class based on Kamitic (Ancient Egyptian) meditation system that activates and optimizes the higher parts of the brain. Tree of Life Qi Gong Mondays 7.30 – 9.30pm (£5) Learn the principles and practice of Qi Gong and heal the body and mind through balancing the five organ energy systems. Improve resistance, vitality and longevity through this ancient system of postures, breathing and healing sounds. This informative and practical class is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.
Do not eat heavily before. Wear loose clothing & soft soled shoes & bring a notebook & pen.
