    Concept of Execution

    It is a method of implementing the training

    outcomes into the work place. Execution of

    training program gives the training manager

    an opportunity to achieve training objectives.

    It helps the trainees to gain some knowledge

    on the areas they lack, so execution phase is the

    most important part of T&D process. If the

    recipient is placed at the proper place of work,

    execution of training possibly will be

    successful.
