It is now MANDATORY for all teams travelling under the auspices of Fields of Life to use Fields of Life insurance. This insurance is with AIG Group and will ensure that each team member is completely covered. However heavy manual labour is not covered, but will look at our options.

There will be an online risk assessment every team member will have to undergo before departure.

Have you made your appointment yet? Make it ASAP.

If you get the combined Hep A & Hep B it is free.

If going to Lisburn Travel Clinic, mention you are going on a Fields of Life team and they may save you money on the Consultation fee

Remember to get your medical & vaccinations form signed.

If you have an Irish Passport do not need a visa for Uganda. Your passport will be stamped on entry to the country.

What we need for the visa applications:

- A completed application form (you will get this at a future team meeting)- 1 passport sized photograph (in colour)- Your passport must be valid at least 6 months from the proposed date of entry.

We will need to collect all British passports at a future team meeting. We will remind you closer to the time.
