구글은 ICT 산업의 가치사슬인 콘텐츠 - 플랫폼 - 네트워크 - 단말기를 모두 아우르는 초대형 정보통신 기업

구글은 안드로이드 생태계의 공고화 및 그 동안 협력관계에 있었던 제조사나 통신사업자들과 점진적으로 경쟁하는 구도 형성의 가능성 존재

우리의 대안

구글의 안드로이드 생태계를 최대한 활용하면서 다른 플랫폼과 협력 관계를 확대하거나 , 독자적인 플랫폼을 구축하는 방안

삼성전자가 자체 OS 인 ‘바다’를 부각시키고 , 정부에서도 주파수경매 수익의 절반을 소프트웨어 , 콘텐츠 등에 지원하는 방안을 검토

구글 중심의 ICT 생태계가 더욱 강화되고 있는 만큼 우리나라도 경쟁력 있는 플랫폼 개발과 생태계 구축에 적극 나서야 함 : 우수한 통신 인프라와 스마트폰 제조역량을 중심으로 다소 취약한 소프트웨어와 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 강화해 나가는 등 ICT 생태계의 경쟁력 강화가 시급 .
