1. Valve remote Control System a) Control consol or Automation system panel(KSB Seil part) Integrity check of the Mimic Panel, Calibration of Bar Graph, switch check, indicator lamp check, feedback check etc.

1. Valve remote Control System b) Interface Panel Integrity check of the Barrier Panel , check of RI convertors, Power supplier etc.

Check of the setting pressures at HPU manifold (Start Pump, Stop Pump, Standby etc) Cabinet integrity check (relays, alarms etc) Accumulator integrity check (bladder, pressure etc)

2. Actuators side a) Actuator Inspection on the condition and maintenance of the more critical valves actuators (e.g. Master, Overboard etch). Replacement of Seals (Wear seals, U-Seal, O-Rings etc). Adjustment of “Stroke” if necessary. b) Switch box integrity check. Adjustment of switch & potentiometer
