Company Introduction

Founded in 1989, Teeyer Company (http://www.teeyer.com ) is leader in the design and

manufacturing of AAC (Autoclave Aerated concrete) brick machinery, and the most

valuable brand in AAC industry. Currently Teeyer Company not only supply the excellent

products and services in China market, but also export to India, Iran, Thailand, Indonesia,

North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Jordan, Albania, Bahrain, U.A.E., and many other

overseas customers. We not only supply the AAC brick machine, but also transfer

technology and recipe to our customer, and we help our customer training their

employee.

Jiangsu Teeyer Engineering Machinery CO., LTD. is a stock system company, which

mainly deals with machine manufacturing and processing and has more than twenty

years experiences in this field. Located in High Technology Development Zone of

Changzhou, the total land area is 191,300 square meters with building area 118,000

square meters. Among them, the Xinbei district part covers 100,000 square meters land

with building area 60,000 square meters; the Tianning district part covers 91,300 square

meters with building area 58,000 square meters. Now it has more than 560 employees,

including senior and middle engineers and technicians account for 20%, with strong

design, manufacturing and management ability.

Main products:

1. Construction material machinery: complete set of machinery for autoclave aerated

concrete brick production line.

2. Engineering machinery: offers accessory products for international and domestic

famous brands of construction machinery company, such as Komatsu, Japan;

excavator and loader from Hyundai, Korea; mechanical roller of Bomag, German;

Kalmar Port Machinery, Finland; the Manitowoc Company, USA; Atlas Mining

Machinery, Sweden, etc.

3. Metallurgy machinery: supplies metallurgical equipment manufacturing for Bao-Ling

Heavy & Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd, and David Brown, UK.

The complete set of machinery for autoclave-aerated concrete is by our company

developed in 1993. At the same time, we corporate with German famous companies,

absorbing international advanced technology thus formed the different series mature

products with our own brand and patent and complied with Chinese domestic conditions.

Supply the machinery to more than 300 customers, we has accumulate abundant

experiences for installation, adjustment and training on production line management; our

product and service can satisfy different customers and requirements with the most help.

The company values the requirement of technology and quality and adopts legal

measurement units. It is investing a lot of funds to make technical innovation and

equipped with various kinds of production, inspection and measurement devices thus to

make technological equipments a rising-up of quality. The company also focuses on

fundamental management, builds up the network of quality control, makes position

management on work field and applies ABC control over the logistics. The company has

internally carried out the computerized information management and the microcomputer


management over the production and technology, as well as CAD and CAPP

technologies in development of products and design. The company already completed

the upgrading of version of ISO9001 Quality Authentication in 2008.

At present, the complete set of cutting machinery for autoclave-aerated concrete is

sold all over the country. Our products occupies 70% market share in home market in the year from 2003-2010.

including AAC cutting machine, Storage tank, Pouring mixer, Ferry cart for puring, Mould,

Tilting hanger, separating machine and etc. We can supply complete set of autoclaved

aerated concrete equipments with 50 K—300 K m3 capacity annually. We provide

turnkey service to our customer, including plant design, equipments installation, technical

instruction, personal training, etc., and also can design and manufacture as per clients'

requirement.

What’s AAC

AAC(Autoclave Aerated Concrete) is a new type building material that the raw materials are siliceous materials(fly-ash, sand, slag), calcareous materials(lime, cement and gypsum), and Aluminium powder. AAC product has been widely used in industrial and civil construction. AAC product can be divided into AAC block and AAC panel.

AAC Production process

The producing of autoclave aerated concrete including: i) The preparing of the raw material ii) Batching, Mixing, and Pouring iii) Cutting and grouping iv) Autoclaving and finished products v) Side plate back, mould assembling and mould oiling

i) The preparing of the raw material a) Fly ash(sand), gypsum

The slurry is the admixture of fly ash (sand) and gypsum. Mixed fly ash (sand) and gypsum in certain proportion in the slurry mixer tank, and then add water into slurry; finally, we can get the appropriate concentration slurry, and then it will be pumped by slurry pump into slurry tanks for pouring.

b) Quicklime

Massive quicklime is transported and stacked in the lime material shelter. The lime block is broken by jaw crusher, and then the belt conveyor will deliver it into ball mill; the ball mill will grind the lime into powder. Finally, the lime powder will be elevated into lime powder silo for reservation.

c) Cement

Use of bulk cement. Bulk cement is transported to the plant site by truck and then pumped directly into cement silos for reservation.

d) Aluminium Powder

Aluminum powder or aluminum powder (paste) in barrels purchased from market are stored in aluminum powder warehouse. The worker will weigh it, and then put it into aluminum mixer, then make a 5% suspension for reservation.

e) Waste slurry for recycling use

Trims and scraps from cutting will fall into chute under the cutting machine. The water washes the scrap into the waste slurry tank. After mixing to a certain concentration, the waste slurry pump will pump it into the waste slurry tank.

ii) Batching, Mixing, Pouring and pre-curing Lime and cement was delivered into electronic powder scales by single screw pipe feeder.

Through cumulative measurement, the unloading devices will dump them into pouring mixer.

Though the slurry tank valve, the fly ash (sand) pulp went into slurry tank, and then pumped into ingredients ceiling for measurement by electronic scale; when the weight of slurry achieve the requirement; the automatic control system stop putting slurry down by turn off the tank valve. The measured slurry will be put into pouring mixer

Aluminium is measured by manual, and then put into aluminium mixer for making suspension which was once per mould. The beated suspension was put into pouring mixer directly.

The temperature of slurry should be reached the process requirement before pouring. If the temperature is not enough, it could be heat by steam. When pouring, ferry cart carry the

mould to the position under the pouring mixer, and then the pouring mixer put slurry into mould for pouring. After pouring, the mould with slurry will stay in the pre-curing room for 2-3 hours. During this period, the aluminium powder will react, and the hydrogen will be released under the action of Si and Ca material. The slurry will become the solid cake, and volume expand.

iii) Cutting and grouping After pre-curing and reach the cutting intensity (tested by special instrument or determined by production experience), the cake will be transported to cutting position through turning crane. The turning hoister will turn the mould in 90 degree and strip off the mould frame, and the cake will stand in the side plate. Finally, the longitudinal cutter and traverse cutter will cut the cake. After the cake was cut, the crane will transport it to the hardening carriage and group it in front of autoclave. iv) Hardening and leaving autoclave The low speed winch will load grouped cake to the autoclave for Hardening. The cake will be in isopiestic pressure environment about 7-10 hours, and the vapor pressure is 1.3Mpa (13bar). The temperature of the autoclave is about 190℃--205℃. Cured cake will be pulled out of autoclave by low speed winch, and the end product will be transported manually to truck or store at the storage yard. Then hardening carriage and side plate will be return for recycling. Then the worker will assemble the mould with mould frame and side plate, and clean and oil it for new round. v) The reclaim system of waste slurry After cutting, the wet waste slurry will fall into pond under the cutting machine. The water will wash it into waste slurry mixer. Then mixed each other until reach the concentration, it will be pump into the batching section for reservation. According to the requirement of pouring, the waste slurry will add the appropriate proportion of raw material, and then for recycling use.

Plant conditions and requirements of raw materials

a) Selection of plant location The plant should be near the river; in this way, you can full use of existing transpiration conditions; Reduce the project's investment in roads and piers.

b) The raw material of aerated concrete block Flyash: carbon content of less than 8 percent, SiO 2 content in fly ash more than 45%, Loss on Ignition ≤ 7%, radioactive should be in line with provisions of GB6763. 1. Cement: should meet the national standard is 325 or # 425 # ordinary portland cement or

Portland cement. 2. Quicklime: should meet JC/T621-1996《Portland building products with quicklime》standard. 3. Gypsum: CaSO4·2H2O>70%. 4. Aluminum powder(water dosage form): according to JC/T407-91 standard《aerated

concrete aluminum powder》

c) Mainly technological parameter i) Basic mix ratio
