INTRODUCCIÓN
Este es nuestro modelo básico DECT. El manual está diseñado para familiarizarse con este teléfono. Para
obtener el máximo uso de su teléfono, sugerimos leer este manual de manejo cuidadosamente antes de
usarlo. Nota importante: Se ruega cargar la bacteria por lo menos 12 horas antes de usarlo.

INDICADOR LCD/MAPA LCD/ DESCRIPCIÓN DE TECLADO
Indicador LCD Indicadores LCD en 3 líneas, la 1ª y la 2ª línea para íconos, la 3ª línea con 12 números de 14 segmentos. El mapa LCD se describe a continuación:

INSTALACIÓN
1. Enchufar el conector principal al pie de la base del aparato
2. Enchufar el adaptador principal a los enchufes principales con el interruptor de conectar puesto en off.
3. Encender el enchufe.
4. Poner las pilas en el auricular.
5. Para encender el auricular, presione y mantenga la tecla .
NOTA Si usted mismo no modifica la clave, todas las claves de este manual aparecen como 0000
Menú de Ajustes
Estando inactivo, presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar en el menú de ajustes
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar los detalles y luego presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
Presione para cortar el ajuste, o presione para volver al menú anterior. Los detalles de cada
ítem se muestran a continuación.
Nota: El sistema se interrumpirá si se deja más de 30 segundos sin presionar las teclas.

Función 1 del Menú del auricular: DIRECTORIO
Cada auricular individual tiene su propio directorio, independiente de otro auricular, con un máximo de 50
entradas, cada nombre con un máximo de 12 caracteres, cada número con un máximo de 20 dígitos y una
melodía seleccionada entre 1 y 10.
Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el DIRECTORIO. Luego presione la tecla MENÚ
para confirmar.
LISTA
LISTA de ajuste LCD. La función permite al usuario revisar las listas del registro del directorio usando las
teclas ∧ o ∨. Además, también se puede hacer una llamada desde el directorio.
ENTRADA NUEVA
Presiones las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ENTRADA NUEVA. Esta función permite al usuario agregar
una entrada al directorio.
1. Si el directorio está lleno, se le mostrará al usuario un mensaje apropiado, como se indica en la
MEMORIA ESTÁ LLENA. Si una entrada libre en el directorio está disponible, el cursor para el nombre
titila.
2. Ingrese el nombre usando las teclas numéricas con el siguiente método:

3. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
4. Si comete un error, presione la tecla R/C para corregirlo.
5. Ingrese el número y presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
6. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar la melodía que se va a almacenar y presione la tecla MENÚ
para confirmar.
EDITAR REGISTRO
Presionar las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el item EDITAR REGISTRO. Esta función le permite al usuario
modificar el registro del directorio.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ para ingresar. Se mostrará el primer registro en el directorio.
2. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el registro para cambiar designado. Una vez que el
registro ha sido seleccionado, el usuario tendrá la opción de ingresar cada nombre/número y cambiar la
melodía.
BORRADO DE REGISTRO
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar BORRADO DE REGISTRO. Esta función le permite al
usuario borrar una entrada al directorio.
BORRAR TODO
Presionar las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar BORRAR TODO. Esta función permite al usuario borrar todas
las entradas al directorio.
ESTADO MEM
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar MEM STATUS. Si muestra 10/50, significa que se pueden
almacenar un total de 50 registros en el directorio y 10 registros ya han sido registrados en el mismo.
Función 2 del Menú del auricular: CARTILLA DE LLAMADA
Se puede ingresar la CARTILLA DE LLAMADA presionando la tecla MENÚ. Y hay tres ítems en este menú:
PERDIDAS, RECIBIDAS y DISCADAS.
Cuando el indicador LCD muestra CARTILLA DE LLAMADA
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar las listas de llamadas perdidas, recibidas o discadas.
2. El LCD mostrará el último registro. (Si no hay entradas disponibles en la lista, el LCD mostrará VACÍO).
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ver otro registro.
Cuando se muestra el registro, presione la tecla MENÚ, use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para elegir entre ADD TO PB
(Agregar al Directorio) BORRAR y BORRAR TODO? Luego presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
ADD TO PB: esta función permite al usuario agregar una entrada desde la lista de llamadas al directorio.
BORRAR: Esta función permite al usuario borrar la entrada seleccionada normal desde la lista de llamadas.
BORRAR TODO: esta función permite al usuario borrar todos los números.
Función 3 del Menú del auricular: AJUSTES BASE
El usuario puede cambiar el ajuste de base al item ajustes de base. Presione la tecla MENÚ y use las

teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar este item. Luego puede hacer lo siguiente:
BORRAR EL AURICULAR
Esta función permite al usuario borrar un registro del auricular desde la base.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, la primera que aparece es BORRAR HS.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar, el usuario estará pronto para ingresar el código de PIN.
3. Ingrese el código de pin de 4 dígitos correcto usando la tecla dígito.
4. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para deslizar la lista de nombres del auricular hacia arriba y hacia abajo.
5. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar. El auricular borrado será borrado de la lista del auricular
registrado en la base, y el auricular se comportará según la condición de fuera de rango.
Nota: Presione y mantenga la tecla durante 6s, luego presione la tecla 7 veces ligeramente.
Luego el auricular será borrado de la base correctamente.
MODO DE DISCADO
El usuario puede seleccionar cambiar el modo con el cual la base discará..
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, para luego usar las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el MODO DE DISCADO.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar, y el indicador mostrará el TONO.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el discado de TONO o PULSO.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
TIEMPO DEL FLASH
El usuario puede seleccionar cambiar el tiempo del flash (100ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000ms).
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el TIEMPO DEL FLASH.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para ingresar.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el tiempo deseado del flash entre 100ms, 300ms, 600ms y
1000 ms.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
MODIFICAR EL PIN
Esta función permite al usuario cambiar el número de pin de la base active corriente.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
2. Luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar MODIFICAR EL PIN.
3. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar y el indicador mostrará PIN?.
4. Primero al usuario se le solicitará ingresar el código del PIN existente para la base usando las teclas
numéricas, luego presione MENÚ para confirmar.
5. Si el código anterior es válido, al usuario se le solicitará ingresar rápidamente el nuevo código de PIN (4
dígitos), presione MENÚ para confirmar.
6. Una vez ingresado el nuevo código de PIN., al usuario se le solicitará que repita el ingreso del nuevo
código de PIN.
7. Presione MENÚ para confirmar. El código se almacenará en la base y se escuchará un tono.
BASE POR DEFECTO
Esta función permite al usuario restaurar el ajuste de la base al ajuste de fábrica.

1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el DEFECTO BS.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
3. Al usuario se le solicitará ingresar el CÓDIGO DEL PIN, el indicador mostrará PIN?, luego presione las
teclas numéricas para ingresar el código.
4. Si el código del PIN es válido, todos los ajustes de la base volverán a los ajustes de fábrica.
Función 4 del Menú del auricular: AJUSTES HS
El usuario podrá cambiar el número de los ajustes del auricular a su propia preferencia personal. Usar las
teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar los AJUSTES HS. Luego puede hacer lo siguiente:
ALARMA
El usuario puede ajustar la alarma en el auricular y ajustarla.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, el primer sub-menú es la ALARMA.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ON (PRENDIDO) u OFF (APAGADO), y presione MENU
para confirmar. Seleccionar la ALARMA en OFF apagará la alarma, y el usuario vuelve al menú
“ALARMA”. Seleccionando la opción ALARMA en ON prenderá la alarma, luego al usuario se le
solicitará ajustar el tiempo de la alarma.
4. Después de seleccionar ON, presione la tecla MENÚ para comenzar el tiempo de ajuste de la alarma,
12-00 indicadores con “12” destellando.
5. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ingresar el tiempo de alarma (incluyendo AM/PM)
6. Presione la tecla MENÚ, al usuario se le presentará una opción adicional para seleccionar SNOOZE ON
o SNOOZE OFF para permitir o no la función snooze en la alarma.
7. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección. Y el ícono de la alarma se verá en al visor LCD.
Poner en marcha la alarma:
En el modo inactivo, la alarma sonará a la hora fijada por el usuario con un timbre muy agudo.
Alarma intermitente:
Durante la alarma, presione cualquier tecla excepto la tecla , y comenzará a sonar después de 6
minutos. Cuando entra una llamada, la alarma también se detendrá, pero luego el auricular comenzará a
sonar después de 6 minutos.
Apagar la alarma:
Presione la tecla para entrar en el ajuste de apagar y prender la alarma, o entrar en el modo de
ajuste de la alarma. Para apagar o prenderla, seleccione OFF.
AJUSTE DEL TIMBRADO
El usuario puede cambiar el sonido del timbre del auricular para llamadas internas o externas. Hay 10
melodías de timbre y se pueden fijar 5 niveles de volumen diferentes.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el AJUSTE DEL TIMBRE.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el ajuste del RING INT y el RING EXT.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.

5. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el ajuste de la MELODÍA y el VOLUMEN.
Si selecciona MELODÍA,
1) Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
2) Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar la melodía deseada. Con la selección se puede
escuchar el sonido de la melodía correspondiente.
3) Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Si selecciona VOLUMEN,
1) Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
2) Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el volumen de timbre deseado de 1- 5. Se puede
escuchar el volumen de sonido correspondiente. Si desea cambiarlo a off, seleccione OFF.
3) Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Notas:
1. Si se selecciona el timbre en OFF para el RING INT, al transferir la llamada a esta unidad, el timbre no
sonará;
2. Si se selecciona el timbre en OFF para el RING EXT, habrá un ícono de timbre apagado en el visor
LCD y cuando haya una llamada entrante, el auricular no sonará.
Tecla de corte rápido: presione y mantenga la tecla para cambiar el timbre externo on/off del auricular
al recibir una llamada.
AJUSTE DEL TONO
El usuario puede cambiar los tonos del auricular.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el AJUSTE DE TONO.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el TONO DE TECLA y PILA BAJA, AJUSTE DE RANGO
DE ALARMA.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
5. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el ON o el OFF para habilitar/deshabilitar respectivamente
el sonido de un bip.
6. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Notas: después de este ajuste,
1. Sonará un bip para la tecla de tono cuando la tecla se presione en el auricular.
2. Un bip por pila baja, la pila está baja.
3. Sonará un bip para el rango de la alarma cuando el auricular esté fuera del alcance de la base.
IDIOMA
El auricular podrá tener hasta 16 idiomas predefinidos.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el IDIOMA.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar. El primero que aparece es ESPAÑOL.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el idioma desde ENGLISH (inglés), DEUTSCH (alemán),
FRANÇAIS (francés), ITALIANO (italiano), ESPAÑOL (español), PORTUGUÉS (Portugués), PYCCKNÑ

(ruso), TÜRKÇE (turco), EΛΛHNIKA (griego), YKPAIHCЬKNÑ (ucraniano), POLSKI (polaco), MAGYAR
(húngaro), SVENSKA (sueco), NEDERLANDS (holandés), DANSK (danés) y NORSK (noruego). Cada
idioma mostrará su propia traducción natal.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
NOMBRE DEL AURICULAR
La operación permitirá al usuario cambiar el nombre del auricular.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar “NOMBRE HS”,
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ, cuando se selecciona la función el visor mostrará la etiqueta del auricular
correspondiente.
3. Ingrese la etiqueta del auricular, ponga el nombre del auricular.
4. Si comete un error, presione la tecla R/C para corregirlo.
5. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO
El auricular se puede ajustar para contestar una llamada entrante en forma automática cuando está en la
horquilla. El usuario puede seleccionar habilitar/deshabilitar esta característica de contestador automático.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use la tecla ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ON u OFF.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección. Salir de este sub-menú devolverá al usuario al
CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO.
RESTRICCIÓN DE LLAMADAS
El auricular se puede ajustar para deshabilitar todas las llamadas salientes externas o llamadas salientes
especiales. El usuario puede seleccionar habilitar/deshabilitar esta característica. Tomar nota que las
llamadas internas al intercomunicador o en conferencia estarán todavía disponibles.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar BARRING (RESTRICCIÓN),
2. Presionando la tecla MENÚ el usuario podrá entrar con rapidez el código del PIN, código de entrada de
4 dígitos (0000 por defecto).
3. Presionar la tecla MENÚ para confirmar, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ON u OFF,
presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
4. Si se selecciona ON, el visor mostrará NÚMERO 1, presione ∧ o ∨ para elegir NÚMERO i(i=1~4).
5. Luego presione MENÚ para confirmar, use la tecla numérica para ingresar el número (máximo 4 dígitos)
que se desea restringir (Por ejemplo: si se usa el número de restricción 1234, luego los números que
comienzan con 1234 no podrán discar hacia el exterior, y el visor LCD mostrará LLAMADA RESTRINGIDA)
6. Presione MENÚ para confirmar. Repetir los pasos arriba mencionados para ajustar el resto de los 3
grupos.
FECHA Y HORA
El usuario puede fijar la fecha y la hora en el auricular seleccionando las siguientes opciones:

1. Presione la tecla MENÚ para ajustar la fecha y la hora.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar la FECHA Y HORA.
3. Presione la tecla MENÚ y los últimos dos dígitos del año.
4. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ingresar el año, mes, hora y fecha.
5. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar el ajuste y vuelva a la FECHA Y HORA del menú.
Nota: La fecha y la hora se ajustarán automáticamente cuando se reciba el primer mensaje en el
identificador ID.
CONTRASTE
El usuario podrá ajustar el contraste en el visor LCD seleccionando las siguientes opciones:
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ para ajustar el contraste en el visor LCD.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el CONTRASTE,
3. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar, luego presione las teclas∧ o ∨ para seleccionar los niveles
de 1-8.
SELECCIONAR LA BASE
Esta función permite al usuario registrar el auricular a la base existente (con registro de otros auriculares).
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para elegir SELECT BASE.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ y el visor LCD muestra BASE 1 +.
3. Presione ∧ o ∨t para seleccionar la base (BASE 1~4) o AUTO.
4. Presione MENÚ para comenzar la búsqueda. Si se escucha el sonido “di-du”, significa que el registro
resultó exitoso.
AURICULAR POR DEFECTO
Esta función permite al usuario restaurar el ajuste de fábrica del auricular.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el HS DEFAULT.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
3. El usuario estará listo para ingresar el CÓDIGO DEL PIN, el visor mostrará PIN?, luego presione las
teclas numéricas para ingresar el código.
4. Si el código del PIN es válido para todas las bases volverá al ajuste de fábrica.
Función 5 del menú del auricular: REGISTRO
Se puede unir un máximo de 5 auriculares a la misma base de la siguiente manera:

En el modo en espera, presione la tecla MENÚ, use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar REGISTRO.
1. Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar la BASE desde BASE1,
BASE2, BASE3 o BASE 4.
2. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar. El visor LCD mostrará PIN? Luego ingrese el código del pin
(0000 por defecto). Si ingresa un número equivocado, presione R/C para borrar).
3. Al terminar presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar. El visor LCD indicará SEARCHING (BUSCANDO),
luego presione y mantenga la tecla hasta que escuche el sonido DI-DU- DU-. El auricular y la
base se han registrado correctamente.

Notas:
1. Si el auricular y la base no se registran correctamente, el auricular volverá al modo en espera.
2. Se pueden repetir los pasos arriba mencionados para registrar otro auricular para la misma base. Si el
auricular se registró en forma correcta, el visor del auricular mostrará HS2 o HS3 en el LCD de acuerdo
con la secuencia del registro.

OPERACIÓN
Auricular y modo manos libres
Presione la tecla una vez para obtener un tono de discado, disque su número. Cuando escuche que la
persona llamada contesta el teléfono, puede iniciar su conversación.
Durante la conversación, presione la tecla para transferir el modo de conversación entre el auricular y
las manos libres.
Manos libres y control del volumen del auricular
Durante el modo auricular, presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ajustar el volumen del auricular. Hay 5 niveles
para seleccionar.
Durante el modo manos libres, presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ajustar el volumen del locutor. Hay 6 niveles
para seleccionar.
Enmudecer el teléfono del locutor
Durante una llamada, presione la tecla MENÚ una vez para enmudecer la boquilla y MUTE aparecerá en el
visor LCD. Presione la tecla MENÚ de nuevo para volver a la llamada y MUTE desaparecerá.
Identificador de llamadas ID – tipo I y II
TIPO I
Después que haya aplicado el servicio del identificador de llamadas ID, se puede ver el número de teléfono
de la persona que llama durante un timbrado entrante.
TIPO II
Durante la conversación, se puede ver el número de teléfono de la llamada entrante de la segunda persona.
Esta función se puede pedir cuando el usuario haya solicitado el servicio de Telecom.
Contador de tiempo automático
El contador comenzará automáticamente a los 6 segundos de enganchada la línea telefónica.
Flash
Cuando se disque un número y la línea esté ocupada, presione las teclas R/C y RD/P para discar de nuevo.
Pausa
Presionando la tecla RD/P se insertará una pausa de 3.6 segundos en una secuencia de discado.
Pre-discado
La unidad tiene una función de pre-discado al entrar e ingresar el número antes de discarlo.
El siguiente procedimiento describe cómo usar esta función:
1. En el modo inactivo, ingrese el número al que desea llamar. Al entrarlo puede presionar la tecla R/C para
corregir el número.

2. Presione la tecla . La unidad discará el número que aparece en el visor LCD.
Función de rediscado
1. Presione la tecla .
2. Presione la tecla RD/P. El último número discado se discará de nuevo.
Nota: el largo máximo del nombre y el número son 12 caracteres y 20 dígitos respectivamente.
Adaptar nombre
Si se ha ingresado el mensaje entrante con un nombre diferente, la próxima vez mostrará el nombre
modificado con el mismo número entrante.
Revisar/borrar/devolver números entrantes
Revisar
En el modo en espera, presione la tecla ∧ una vez y luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para desplazar y revisar
los números entrantes.
Borrar
Cuando el número deseado aparece en el visor LCD, presione la tecla R/C una vez para borrarlo.
Devolver llamada
Cuando aparece el número deseado, presionar la tecla para discar el número.
Revisar/borrar/devolver números salientes

Con el auricular inactivo, presione la tecla ∨ una vez y luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para desplazar y
revisar los números entrantes.
Borrar
Cuando el número deseado aparece en el visor LCD, presione la tecla R/C una vez para borrarlo.

Cuando aparece el número deseado, presione la tecla para discar el número.
Ingresar y copiar los mensajes entrantes en el directorio
El usuario puede almacenar el número entrante al directorio basándose en los siguientes procedimientos:
1. Presione la tecla ∧ una vez. El visor LCD mostrará el último registro recibido.
2. Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el mensaje designado.
3. Presione la tecla MENÚ para seleccionar “ADD TO PB”.
4. Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar el ingreso del mensaje entrante.
5. El usuario puede borrar el caracter presionando la tecla R/C.
6. Si no hay cambios, presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar y el registro se copiará desde la lista de
llamadas entrantes al directorio.
Ver y discar números de teléfono desde el directorio
Hay 50 memorias en el directorio; cada memoria puede almacenar 12 caracteres y 20 dígitos.
1. Con el auricular inactivo, presione la tecla .
2. Luego presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para revisar el número.
3. Cuando aparece el número deseado en el visor LCD, presione la tecla para que el número se

Memoria llena
Hay 50 memorias en el directorio.
El visor LCD mostrará memoria llena cuando todas las memorias han sido ocupadas en el directorio. El
usuario deberá borrar algunos mensajes que están almacenados en el directorio.
Intercomunicador
La característica del intercomunicador se active presionando la tecla INT.
1. En modo inactivo, presione la tecla INT una vez.
2. El usuario estará listo para seleccionar el número del auricular interno con el que desea conectarse.
3. El auricular de destino sonará. Presione la tecla para entrar en el modo de conversación. Para
finalizar el modo intercomunicador, el auricular se puede colgar la llamada presionando la tecla .
Transferir llamada
Durante una llamada, se la puede transferir a otro auricular.
1. Durante una llamada Telefónica, presione la tecla INT una vez. Estará listo para seleccionar el número
del auricular interno con el que desea conectarse.
2. El auricular de destino sonará con la melodía definida para una llamada interna.
3. Presione la tecla del otro auricular para aceptar la llamada.
Los dos auriculares internos se conectarán. Para completar la transferencia de la llamada, el auricular
inicial deberá colocarse en la horquilla y la llamada externa se conectará ahora al segundo auricular.
Llamada conferencia
1. Cuando entra una llamada, presione (HS1) la tecla .
2. Luego presione (HS1) la tecla INT una vez. Estará listo para seleccionar el número del auricular interno
con el cual desea conectarse.
3. El auricular de destino sonará.
4. Presione (HS2) la tecla para aceptar la llamada.
5. Presione (HS1) luego de la tecla y luego pueden hablar todos juntos.
6. Presione para cortar la conferencia y los otros involucrados pueden también continuar con la
comunicación.
Bloquear/desbloquear el teclado Para bloquear el teclado Presione y mantenga la tecla durante aproximadamente 2 segundos.
Escuchará un tono de bip. Mientras el teclado esté bloqueado, cualquier tecla que presione no es válida.
Para desbloquear el teclado
Presione y mantenga la tecla por aproximadamente 2 segundos.

LCD display The LCD displays in 3 lines, 1st and 2nd lines for ICON, 3rd line 12 numbers with 14-segment. The LCD map is shown below:

INSTALLATION
1. Plug the main power lead into the bottom of the base unit.
2. Plug the main adapter into mains socket with the switch on the socket set to off.
3. Switch on main power at the socket.
4. Fit the batteries in the handset.
5. Powering up the handset, press and hold key.
NOTE If you do not modify the password yourself, all the passwords in this manual are default as 0000.
Menu Settings
During idle state, press the MENU key to enter the menu setting.
Press or key to select items and then press MENU key to enter. Press to quit the setting state, or
press to back to the previous menu. Details of each item are shown in next parts.

Handset Menu function1: PHONE BOOK
Each individual Handset has its own phonebook, independent of each other handset, with a maximum of 50
entries, each name a maximum of 12 characters, each number a maximum of 20 digits and a melody
selected between 1 and 10.
Press MENU key. Use or key to select PHONE BOOK. Then press MENU key to confirm.
LIST
LCD display LIST. The function allows the user to review the phone book record lists by using the or key,
besides, you can also make a call from phonebook.
NEW ENTRY
Press or key to select NEW ENTRY item. This function allows the user to add an entry to the phone
book.
1. If the phonebook is full, an appropriate message will be presented to the user as shown MEM IS FULL.
If a free phonebook entry is available, the cursor for the name flashes.
2. Enter the name using the numerical keys with input method as follow:

EDIT RECORD
Press or key to select EDIT RECORD item. This function allows the user to modify a phonebook record.
1. Press MENU key to enter, the first record in the phone book will be displayed.
2. Press or key to select the designated record to change. Once a record has been selected, the user
will have the option to edit each of the name/number and change melody.
DEL RECORD
Press or key to select DEL RECORD item. This function allows the user to delete a phonebook entry.
DELETE ALL
Press or key to select DELETE ALL item. This function allows the user to delete all phonebook entries.
MEM STATUS
Press or key to select MEM STATUS item. If show 10/50, it means total 50 records can be stored in the
phonebook and 10 records has been stored in it already.
Handset Menu function 2: CALL LOG
You can enter CALL LOG by pressing MENU key. And there are three items in this menu, MISSED,
RECEIVED and DIALED.
When LCD display CALL LOG
1. Press MENU key to enter missed call lists, received call lists or dialed call lists.
2. The LCD will show the last record. (If no entries are available in the list, the LCD will be shown EMPTY).
3. Press or key to view other record.
When the record is show, press MENU key, use or key to choose among ADD TO PB?
DELETE? DELETE ALL? Then press MENU key to confirm
ADD TO PB: this function allows the user to add an entry from the caller list to the phone book.
DELETE : this function allows the user to delete the currently selected entry from caller list
DELETE ALL : this function allows the user to delete all numbers
Handset Menu function 3: BS SETTINGS
The user is able to change the base setting in base settings item, press MENU key and use or key to
select this item. Then you can do below:
DELETE HANDSET
This function allows the user to delete a handset registration from the base.
1. Press MENU key, the first show is DELETE HS.
2. Press MENU key to enter, the user will be prompted to enter the PIN code.
3. Input the correct 4-digit pin code using digit key.
4. Press or key to scroll the handset names list up and down.
5. Press MENU key to confirm. The delete handset will be deleted from the list on registered handset on
the base, and the handset will behave according to the out of range condition.

Note: Press and keep key for 6 s, then press key 7 times swiftly. Then logout the base successful.
DIAL MODE
The user can select to change the mode in which the base will dial.
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select DIAL MODE item.
2. Press MENU key to enter, and the display shows TONE.
3. Press or key to select the TONE or PULSE dial mode.
4. Press MENU key to confirm your selection.
FLASH TIME
The user can select to change the flash time (100ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000ms).
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select FLASH TIME item.
2. Press MENU key to enter.
3. Press or key to select the desired flash time among 100ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000 ms.
4. Press MENU key to confirm your selection.
MODIFY PIN
This function allows the user to change the pin number of the currently active base.
1. Press MENU key to confirm.
2. Then using or key to select MODIFY PIN item.
3. Press MENU key to confirm, and the display shows PIN?.
4. The user will first be requested to entry the existing PIN code for the base by using numerical keys,
then press MENU to confirm.
5. If the old code is validated, the user will be prompted to enter a new PIN code (4 digits), press MENU to
confirm.
6. Once a new PIN code has been entered, the user will be requested to repeat to input the new PIN code.
7. Press MENU to confirm, the code will be stored to the base and a tone sounded.
BASE DEFAULT
This function allows the user to restore the base setting to the factory default.
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select BS DEFAULT item.
2. Press MENU key to confirm.
3. The user will be prompted to enter the PIN CODE, the display shows PIN?, then press numerical keys
to input code.
4. If the PIN code is validated all base settings will be returned to the factory default.
Handset Menu function 4: HS SETTINGS
The user is able to change a number of the settings for the handset to their own individual preferences.
Using or key to select HS SETTINGS. Then you can do below:
ALARM
The user is able to set the alarm on the handset and adjust the alarm settings.
1. Press MENU key, the first sub-menu is ALARM item.
2. Press MENU key to confirm.

3. Press or key to select ON or OFF, and press MENU to confirm .Selection of ALARM OFF will turn
the alarm off, and the user is dropped back to the “ALARM” menu. Selection of ALARM ON option will
turn the alarm on, then the user will be requested to set the alarm time.
4. After select ON, press MENU key to start the time settings of alarm, 12-00 displayed with “12” flashing,
5. Press or key to edit the alarm time (including AM/PM)
6. Press MENU key, the user will be presented with a further option to select to SNOOZE ON or SNOOZE
OFF to enable or disable the snooze function on the alarm.
7. Press MENU key to confirm your selection. And the alarm icon will show on LCD.
Startup alarm:
In idle state, the alarm will ring at very sharp hour you have set.
Intermit alarm:
During the alarming, press any key except key, and will begin to ring after 6 minutes. When a call
comes, the alarm will be stop too, but then handset will begin to ring after 6 minutes.
Close alarm:
Press key to close alarm or enter alarm setting state, select OFF.
RING SETUP
The user is able to change the handset ringing on internal calls and External calls. There are 10 ringer
melodies and 5 different volume levels can be set.
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select “RING SETUP” item.
2. Press MENU key to enter.
3. Press or key to select the INT RING and EXT RING setup.
4. Press MENU key to confirm.
5. Press or key to select the MELODY and VOLUME setup.
If select MELODY,
1) Press MENU key to confirm.
2) Press or key to select desired melody, the corresponding melody sound can be heard with
the selection.
3) Press MENU key to confirm your selection.
If select VOLUME,
1) Press MENU key to confirm.
2) Press or key to select desired ringer volume 1- 5, the corresponding volume sound can be
heard. if you want to switch off select OFF.
3) Press MENU key to confirm your selection.
Notes:
1. If you select ring OFF for INT RING, when transfer call to this unit, it will not ring;
2. If you select ring OFF for EXT RING, there will be a ringing off icon display on LCD and when there
is an incoming call, the handset will not ring.
Shortcut key: press and hold key to switch the handset external call ring on/off.

TONE SETUP
The user is able to change the handset tone settings.
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select TONE SETUP item.
2. Press MENU key to enter.
3. Press or key to select the KEY TONE and BATTERY LOW, RANGE ALARM setup.
4. Press MENU key to confirm.
5. Press or key to select the ON or OFF to enable/disable the sounding of a beep respectively.
6. Press MENU key to confirm your selection.
Notes: after this setting,
1. a beep for key tone will sound when a key is pressed on the handset.
2. a beep for battery low then the battery is low.
3. a beep for range alarm will sound when the handset is out of ringed of the base
LANGUAGE
The handset will support up to 16 pre-defined languages.
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select LANGUAGE item.
2. Press MENU key to enter. First display is ESPAÑOL.
3. Press or key to select the language from ENGLISH (English), DEUTSCH (German), FRANÇAIS
(French), ITALIANO (Italian), ESPAÑOL (Spanish), PORTUGUES (Portuguese), PYCCKNÑ (Russian),
TÜRKÇE (Turkish), EΛΛHNIKA (Greek), YKPAIHCЬKNÑ (Ukrainian), POLSKI (Polish), MAGYAR

4. Press MENU key to confirm your selection.
HANDSET NAME
The operation will allow the user to change the handset name
1. Press MENU key. Using or key to select “HS NAME”,
2. Press MENU key, when the function is selected, the screen will display the current handset label.
3. Enter the handset label, input the handset name.
4. If you make a mistake, press R/C key to correct.
5. Press MENU key to confirm.
AUTO ANSWER
The Handset can be set to answer an incoming call automatically when it is on the cradle. The user is able
to select to enable/disable this auto answer feature.
1. Press MENU key. Using or key to select AUTO ANSWER,

4. Press MENU key to confirm your selection. Exit from this sub-menu will return the user to the AUTO
ANSWER
BARRING

The Handset can be set to disable all external outgoing calls or special outgoing call. The user is able to
select to enable/disable this feature. Note that internal calls to intercom or conference will still be available.
1. Press MENU key. Using or key to select BARRING,
2. Press MENU key the user will be prompted to enter the PIN code, input 4-digit code (defaulted as 0000).
3. Press MENU key to confirm, then using or key to select ON or OFF, press MENU key to confirm.
4. If select ON, the display shows NUMBER 1, press or to choose NUMBER i(i=1~4).
5. Then press MENU to confirm, using the numerical key to input number (maximum 4 digits) which you
want to barring. (For example: if you set barring number is 1234, then the numbers begin with 1234 will
be not allowed to be dialed out, and LCD display CALLS BARRED.)
6. Press MENU to confirm. Repeat the above steps to set the rest of 3 groups.
DATE & TIME
The user is able to set the date and time on the handset, by selecting the following option.
1. Press MENU key to enter date and time settings.
2. Press MENU key. Using or key to select DATE&TIME,
3. Press MENU key and the last two digits of the year flashes.
4. Edit the year, month, time and date by pressing or key.
5. Press MENU key to confirm the setting, and return to the DATE & TIME menu.
Note: The date and time will be automatically set when the first caller ID message is received.
CONTRAST
The user is able to set the contrast of the LCD display, by selecting the following options.
1. Press MENU key to enter LCD display contrast settings.
2. Press MENU key. Using or key to select CONTRAST,
3. Press MENU key to confirm, then press or key to select from 1-8 levels.
SELECT BASE
This function allows the user to register the handset to existing base (with other handset registration)
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to choose SELECT BASE.
2. Press MENU key and the LCD displays BASE 1 + .
3. Press or to select base (BASE 1~4) or AUTO.
4. Press MENU to begin searching, if you hear a sound of “di-du”, means register successful.
HANDSET DEFAULT :
This function allows the user to restore the handset setting to the factory default.
1. Press MENU key, then using or key to select HS DEFAULT item.
2. Press MENU key to confirm.
3. The user will be prompted to enter the PIN CODE, the display shows PIN?, then press numerical keys
to input code.
4. If the PIN code is validated all base settings will be returned to the factory default.
Handset Menu function 5: REGISTRATION
Maximum 5 handsets can be linked to the same base unit by the follow ways,

Maximum 4 bases can be linked to the same handset by the follow ways:
1. In standby mode, press MENU key, then using or key to select REGISTERATION item.
2. Press MENU key to enter. Press or key to select BASE from BASE1, BASE2, BASE3 or BASE 4.
3. Press MENU key to confirm, LCD displays PIN? Then enter the pin code (defaulted as 0000, if input
wrong number, press R/C to delete).
4. When finished press MENU key to confirm. LCD display SEARCHING, then press and hold key
until you has get DI-DU- DU- sound. The handset and base have registration successfully.
Notes:
1. If the handset and base is fail to registration successfully, the handset will return to the standby mode.
2. You can repeat the above steps to register another handset for the same base, and the successfully
registered handset will displays HS2 or HS3 on the LCD according to the registration sequence.
3. Press key to page the handset when difficult to look for.
OPERATION
Handset and hands-free mode
Press key once to obtain a dial tone, dial your number, when you hear the called party answers the
phone, you can begin your conversation.
During the conversation, press key to transfer the conversation mode between handset and hands-free.
Hands-free and handset volume control
During handset mode, press or key to adjust the handset volume. There are 5 levels for selection.
During hands-free mode, press or key to adjust the speaker volume. There are 6 levels for selection.
Mute the speakerphone
During a call, press MENU key once to mute the mouthpiece and MUTE will show on LCD. Press MENU
key again to get back to the call and the MUTE will disappear.
Caller ID – type I & II
TYPE I
After you have applied the caller ID service, you can see the caller phone number during an incoming ring.
TYPE II
During the conversation, the phone number of the incoming call of the second caller can be seen in the unit.
This function can be worked when the user applied the Telecom service.
Auto timer
The timer will start automatically after 6s of the telephone line is engaged.
Flash
When dial a number and the line is busy, press R/C and RD/P key to dial it out again.
Pause
Press RD/P key will insert a time delay of 3.6 seconds in a dialing sequence.
Pre-dialing
The unit has pre-dialing function, when you may enter and edit the number before dial it out.
The following procedure describes how to use this function:

1. In idle mode, enter the number you want to dial. During entering, you can press R/C key to correct the
number.
2. Press key, the unit will dial out the number show on the LCD.
Redial function
1. Press key,
2. Press RD/P key, the last dialed number will be dialed again
Note: the maximum length of name & number are 12 characters & 20 digits respectively.
Name matching
If you have edited the incoming message with different name, next time with the same incoming number will
display the modify name.
Review /delete /call back incoming numbers
Review
In standby mode, press key once and then use or key to scroll and review the incoming numbers
Delete
When the desired number displayed on LCD, press R/C key one time to delete it.
Call back
When the desired number is shown, press key to dial out the number.
Review /delete /call back outgoing numbers
Review
In on hook state, press key once and then use or key to scroll and review the incoming numbers
Delete
When the desired number displayed on LCD, press R/C key one time to delete it.
Call back
When the desired number is shown, press key to dial out the number.
Edit & copy incoming messages to phonebook
The user can store the incoming number to the phone book based on the following procedures:
1. Press key once, LCD will show the last received record.
2. Press or key to select the designated message.
3. Press MENU key to select “ADD TO PB”.
4. Press MENU key to confirm to edit the incoming message.
5. The user can delete the character by pressing R/C key.
6. If there is no change, press MENU key to confirm and the record will be copied from caller list to phone
book.
View & dial out phone numbers from phonebook
There are 50 phonebook memories; each memory can store 12 characters and 20 digits.
1. In on-hook state, press key.
2. Then press or key to review the number.
3. When the desired number is shown on LCD and press the key to dial out the number automatically.

Memory full
There are 50 phone book memories.
The LCD will show memory full when all memories have been occupied in the phone book, the user should
delete some messages which are stored in the phonebook.
Intercom
The intercom feature is activated by pressing the INT key.
1. In idle mode, press INT key once.
2. The user will be prompted to select the number of the internal handset with which you wish to connect.
3. The destination handset will ring. Press the key to enter conversation mode. To end intercom mode,
either handset can hang up the call by press key.
Call transfer
During a call, it’s to transfer the call to another handset.
1. During a phone call, press INT key once, you will be prompted to select the number of the internal
handset with which they wish to connect.
2. The destination handset will ring. With the melody defined for an internal call.
3. Press the key of the other handset to accept the call.
The two internal handsets will be connected. To complete the transfer of the call, the initiating handset
should be placed on the cradle and the external call will now be connected to the second handset.
Party conference call
1. When a call comes, Press (HS1) key
2. Then press (HS1) INT key once, you will be prompted to select the number of the internal handset with
which you wish to connect.
3. The destination handset will ring.
4. Press (HS2) the key to accept call.
5. Press (HS1) then the key then you can talk all together.
6. Press to quit the party conference, and other parties can also continue to communication.
To Lock/Unlock the keypad To lock the keypad Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds.
You will hear a beep tone, while the keypad is locked, any key you press is invalid.
To unlock the keypad
Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds.
You will hear a beep tone, the handset will be unlocked and it will go back to idle mode.
Trouble shooting
Ring volume too low
Check if the ringing volume is set improper, reset it.
Receive only
Check if P/T mode is properly set.

Check if you have set the barring number, if you want dial out this number, reset the barring number.
The base can not page the handset
Repeat the registration operations to register the base and handset again.
If the base has registration 5 handset, you can delete one handset and registration the handset which
you need.
Most of the functions failed
Check if the batteries are strong enough, charge the batteries.
If batteries are OK, remove the battery, unplug the lines and reinstall after 10 minutes.

Microsonic y siempre que este producto hubiere sido adquirido en la República Oriental del Uruguay.
• Si durante el periodo de garantía este producto ofreciera inconvenientes o desperfectos o su
funcionamiento fuese defectuoso, el usuario podrá dirigirse a ACLAN S.A. (Service oficial de los
productos Microsonic) con domicilio en Constitución 2070 Tel:24017821 o 24087851, Montevideo.
• El servicio de garantía incluye las revisiones, reparaciones y/o sustituciones que a juicio de ACLAN
S.A. fueren necesarias para el normal funcionamiento del producto.
• El traslado del producto a ser reparado o revisado será por cuenta del Usuario.
• Aclan S.A. no está obligado en ningún caso al cambio de la unidad completa (excepto lo establecido
en la ley 17189)
• Alcance de la garantía Se previene que el normal funcionamiento del producto requiere que su
manejo o empleo se ajuste a las indicaciones de su uso contenidas en el manual de usuario y que se
utilicen accesorios y piezas legítimas de Microsonic.
• La presente Garantía quedará sin efecto en caso de: 1 - accidente, 2 - mantenimiento inadecuado
por el usuario, 3 - instalación y/o funcionamiento en lugar distinto al medio de funcionamiento específico,
4 - instalación en lugar físico u operativamente inadecuado, 5- fallas o inconvenientes del producto
causados por un servicio prestado por una firma no autorizada por ACLAN S.A., 6 - desperfecto,
inconvenientes mal funcionamiento derivado de un manejo o uso que no se ajuste a tales condiciones o
que se utilicen otros accesorios y piezas que no sean legitimas de Microsonic.
