My Stroke of Luck

stroke:

①A stroke of luck, a stroke of genius, etc. is something, usually a good thing, that happens or occurs to you quickly, suddenly, and unexpectedly.

② A stroke of sudden illness like a heart attack, but which can cause brain damage or paralysis in part of your body.
