I made a Chinese traditional food to my friend, and this is my friend Naiwen. This called potato beef goulash.

Here is my Receipt potato beef goulash
Cooking Time: 2 hoursIngredients Quantity Methodoil 2 tsp clean beef thoroughly, and place them into

into medium dice 1 LbShallot, small dice 1 each Heat a medium pot and add water that
cover 2/3 of the pot. Add beef, shallot and ginger, cover the pot, and heat it to boil, then turn down to low flame. Cook until beef is tender, then add the potato, overall time needs 2 hours
Ginger, small dice 1/2 each
Potato, peeled and cut into large dice 2 each
vinegar 1 tsp
Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt with potato
Soy sauce 3 tsp.Salt 2 tsp
Chinese pepper and spices As needed
.when it is done, serve with Chinese pepper and spices
