How do I log in and register as a Practitioner on LiveWello?Go to https://livewello.com/practitioner to Add yourself/Register as a Practitioner first.If you already have an account, just click the “Add to List” icon on the left of your Dashboard uponlogin. Use your professional email address to set up your account. Whenever you log into livewello.comuse that same email address. You will be able to access the Files of any Patients that have added youto their Health Village.

What is an Add­Me Link?

It is a 1­Click link that your Patients use to add you to their Health Village.Any patient who goes to view the Practitioner Database, can also access your Add­Me link which islocated on your Practitioner Profile.

This what the Practitioner Add­Me Link looks like. Send it to all your Patients.To get yours: Log in, Click on Account, Your Name, then the Add Me Link.

Is there a way to view all my patient's results and health information in one spot as apractitioner?

Yes. After Registering at livewello.com/practitioner send your Patients your Add­Me Link and remindthem to make sure they give you permission to VIEW and EDIT all their Documents, Medications,Supplements, Allergies, Therapies, Health Village Contacts, etc.

Whenever you log in and mouse over the profile selector, you will now be able to see all your patients'names drop down. Clicking on each name takes you to their Dashboard which will pull up all their labs,results, meds, supplements, journals etc.

How can I log in, and access my patient's files ?Following the instructions above, you will be able to do this.Once your Patient adds you to their Health Village, you can then log into livewello.com using the sameemail & password you used to register as a Practitioner at livewello.com/practitionerFollowing the above instructions will allow you to log in on the Practitioner side and access yourPatient's Files

How do I know if I have been added to my Patient's Health Village?If your Patient has added you to their health village, their name(s) should pop up whenever you log in andmouse over the profile selector.ALWAYS use the same profile/ email you used to create your Practitioner account to log intolivewello.com to view your Patients Labs and Health info.

REMEMBER: Email your Add­Me Link with ALL your existing Patients/Clients so it is easier for them toadd you to their health village.

I went to the livewello.com/practitioner page, but it just goes to my regular log in, which has noPatient data. Why is that?This is because you did NOT log in using the Practitioner email/ Practitioner profile you used to Addyourself to the Livewello Practitioner Database. It is also the Add­Me link you shared with your Patients.Doing this will avoid this issue. If there is still no data, remind your Patients to Add you to their HealthVillage by clicking on the Add­Me link you shared with them
