• 1 、 Discuss• 2 、 Questionnaire design• 3 、 Handing out questionnaire• 4 、 Collect questionnaire• 5 、 Data analysis• 6 、 Report writing
Quota sampling:
• The investigation object: We choose 120 students from SCNU, 30 from each grade, 50% male and 50% female.
• questionnaire: 115
• The effective questionnaire: 104 . And we choose 100 to analysis.

According to the bar graph, over 80% of the investigation object think that the pay level they will satisfied when they graduated is 2000RMB to 5000RMB. Both boys and girls are reaching this percentage. But compare to girls, more boys want to choose a job with the salary more than 5000RMB. The same is no one is satisfied with the pay less than 2000RMB.

• From the bar graph,we can easily see that both the students from city and country are not willing to find a job with salary less than 2000RMB.Maybe all students in our school think that they are undergraduates in the “211school”,which contribute to this result.But on the other hand,the number of students from city choosing the job with the salary more than 10000RMB and 5000RMB to 10000RMB is more than the students from country.However,the number of students from country choosing salary 2000RMB to5000RMB is more than the number of that from city.

• From the line graph, we can easily know that the two broken lines tend to overlap. Most of the investigation object think that incentive pay can help them have more extra income. But a little different is more girls choose this option than boys. Maybe the reason lead to this result is the life stress.

• According to the line graph,we can find that the trends of city and country are similar.But there is difference between them.Such as,the amount of student from city think that" incentive pay can increase extra income and enhance my enthusiasm for the work "is more than the student from country.However the result of selecting incentive pay can indicates that the leader is happy to share the fruits of development and reflect their own values is just in the opposite.

• Look at the picture, it is easy for us to know that no matter students from city or country all doesn’t think fringe benefits can help them have more time to play during work.What’s more,most students from city consider that fringe benefits can not only improve their income,but also combine exertion and rest and help them have more time to play during work.And the percentage of students considering fringe benefits can improve their income and combine exertion and rest from country is higher than students from city.

• According to the garph, we can find that the most students think that the high-quality training programs may help them to get a continuously improvement of their competitiveness. And about 20% students think the high-quality training programs may help them to get a continuously improvement of their income. And the result shows that girls caresmore about their competitiveness.

• About 50% students consider that promotion opportunities may help them to get a continuously improvement of their income no matter they are boys or girls. And some of them think that promotion opportunities will effectively upgrade their capabilities and help them to realize their life value better.

• With the bar graph,we can analyse that there are some students from city thinking promotion opportunities can greatly extend their influence but none of students from country.And students from country think most that it can help them get a continuously improvement of income.On the contrary,students from city think it will effectively upgrade their capabilities.What’s more,there is a same amount that students think it can help them realize their life value better between from city and from country.

From the graph, we can find that boys and girls are quite different in the reason why they think highly of job security. Most boys think that job security will make them spend their time positively , but most girls think that job security will make them feel at ease and happy.

• Through the picture, it’s obvious that the number of students from city thinking highly of job security as it can "make them spend their time positively and help them to realize their life value better" is more than students from country.But the number of students from city thinking job security can greatly assist them to withstand the outer competition and make them feel at ease and happy is less than students from country.On the whole,a large number of students thinking highly of job security make them spend their time positively .
