Tribunal for Crimes ofChurch and State (ITCCS)with headquarters in Brussels,concerning the investigation ofthe processes on the human sac-rifices made against authoritiesof the Church and the State. The investigation began with theawareness of the disappearanceof about 50,000 Indian chil-dren in more than 80 Canadianschools where they have hiddenthe remains of the children buried in more than 32 massgraves. Since 2011, more than 60 people have testified before theInternational Court of Justice of the Common Law

(ICLCJ), which is the judicialarm of the court ITCCS. From the documents providedby the online ITCCS, we men-tion some facts that gives anidea of the vastness of this sa-tanic organization that operatesnot only in Canada but also inmany other nations.

Leaving the judges and thecourts to the task of carryingout their duties and fulfillingtheir responsibilities, it is in-stead our intention to try toshed some light on the SatanicInternational Organizationcharacterized by the Cult ofHuman Sacrifice of Childrenand which takes its name as theNinth Circle.

«Two girls said they had been raped by Card. JorgeBergoglio, while taking part in a ritual of human sacri-fice. Eight eyewitnesses, with evidence presented to ICLCJ ofBrussels, confirmed these statements.

According to the statements of the witnesses, these ritualsof child sacrifice, carried out by members of the SatanicNinth Circle, occurred in the spring of the years 2009 and2010 in rural areas of Holland and Belgium.

From documents out of theVatican archives, and deliveredby a prominent Vatican offi-cial, a former employee of theVatican Curia, the Court of Jus-tice, it appears that Card.Jorge Bergoglio has been in-volved in Satanic rituals ofchild sacrifice, at a time whenhe was a priest and bishop inArgentina. Because of this delicate anddark matter there is littleinformation, and some

more partial and contradictory,therefore it is appropriate to con-sider only documents that are reli-able from true witnesses or thatmaterial which is known for theundisputed seriousness of the au-thor or the work is above all suspi-cion. The documents that we use to sheda little light on the reality of theNinth Circle are:

1. The book “The Chosen of theDragon” by Clotilde Bersone;

2. “The Inferno” of DanteAlighieri’s “Divine Comedy”;

3. “The Apocalypse of St. John.”

While the last two works do notneed presentation, the book ofClotilde Bersone, unknown to thegeneral public, requires some clar-ification. The book, “The Chosen of theDragon,” is a testament to theunique, because it comes from awoman who reached the summit of the Ninth Circle:The Inspired, who is possessed and the spokesman ofthe Dragon (Lucifer). But in the end, she was converted,became a nun, wrote her “Memoirs” from the years livedat the Supreme Lodge of Illuminati in Paris, and accept-ed martyrdom for her conversion, when she was abductedfrom the convent gate, taken to the Lodge in Paris, whereshe was crucified.From her “Memoirs,” a French novel was made: “L’Elue

du Dragon,” then translated intoItalian by Msgr. AugustoMoglioni. The imprimatur of theItalian edition was given verbally,but not in writing, by the Bishopof Pescara to Msgr. Brandano,Abbot of Pescara, because hewanted to avoid that by affixingthe signature it could be acceptedas an ecclesiastical work and forthem ... invented.

In a letter to the translator, theMost Reverend Prof. AmedeoC.M. of this work wrote: «What about the version of “TheChosen of the Dragon”? I knowof several publications on Freema-sonry, but none will have the ef-fect as this colorful snapshot of thetruth. Although contained in a novel, itallows one to recognize all the re-pugnant stench of a garbagedump; while describing every de-pravity of the human senses fromtop to bottom, almost to the pointof absurdity. One cannot think

there is the least exaggeration, or conjecture, due to thewriter’s sincere tone and the reality of Freemasonry’s anti-human diabolical inspiration. Not even the prudent reserveof the novel manages to decrease the persuasion that it istruly an historical memoir. May this masterpiece pre-sented by you, open the eyes of many souls ...».

On December 18, 1874, Clotilde Bersone was in Istanbul,at the Grand Lodge of the Illuminati of the East, where

her father, a member of the sect, in-formed her that this Lodge along withsix other Grand Lodges, had theoverall direction of all common Ma-sonry and other secret societies. It was in this lodge that Bersone hadthe first encounter with the Dragon, abeast of white marble resting on apedestal in a threatening attitude. Ascepter and a broken crown under itshind legs; it had seven heads, with analmost human face, some looked like alion, the other had horns. «It’s the Dragon – said her father –Here they call it the Hydra, the Hydraof the Kabbalah and the Illuminati.” Clotilde wanted to touch it, but her fa-ther stammered, «I am certain... Theyhave told me ... You will be the Sover-eign Elect, or Clotilde, the Queen ofthe Illuminati.» Beyond the monster, on the wall,Clotilde saw a giant painting that cov-ered the back two-thirds of the wall.«It was the portrait of GiuseppeMazzini, the supreme head of the An-cient Carbonari, then of the Councilof Perfect Masters from which hadoriginated this new sect to SuperiorIlluminati who presided, in turn, onall Masons of the lower grades. Mazzi-ni, stood, while leaning on a dragonlike the one in the room. He washolding a royal crown, from which heappeared to be ripping the gems off-one by one, with a cruel and sarcasticgrin. At his feet, skulls still bearing amiter or tiara were strewn on theground. ... behind Mazzini stood awoman, smooth and white, with onehand giving Mazzini a cup filled tothe brim with blood, and the otherwas holding a world globe, a snakecoiled around her feet. Mazzini wore a magnificent costume,then, that I have seen to be that of theGrand Orient of the Grand Lodgesof the Illuminati ...»The father livid, stammering, said:«Yes, we had two nymphs ... they died... The Grand Orients are waiting forthe third, the one that will not die andwho will speak on behalf of theDragon.»From the first pages of the book, it getsto the heart of the Ninth Circle: TheDragon (Lucifer), his Nymph (In-spired) and the Grand Orient. Then you see appear in the Superior

Council and among the Superior Ini-tiates among whom there are alwaysThree “Enlightened” ones, to whomare delivered all the ideas that Lucifer,on several occasions, has inspired theInitiates. None of these ideas, nonecould be taken into account, if there isno such triple consent. The ideas, accepted by the Three “En-lightened”, are written in the greatregister of the Chapter Room. Among these Three “Enlightened”there is only one who is the keeper ofthe mystical secrets and occupies thehighest esoteric place of the NinthCircle. About this particular enlightened one,“the keeper of the mystical secrets”and “occult expert”, it is interesting toquote a fact. Before her decline, Clotilde decided toplead personally to the Dragon to be il-luminated. «After an evocation of al-most three-quarters of an hour, I wassurprised to see a whole new manifes-tation of the Spirit. First of all, themany eyes of the marble Dragon camealive and threw off sparks, while therest of the body remained motionlessand without metamorphosis. Then suddenly, I saw the Spirit, nolonger alone, but divided into threeforms, identical to each other andseparated, as the three personifica-tions of the same substance, a mon-strous image of the Unity and Trini-ty of God! The Dragon, the Beastand the other Beast in his image, allthree beings but only one.»

Here is Bersone’s conclusion to theproject proposed to her by the Dragon,«Made strong by that proposed projectand by the favorable interpretationthat Thiénet (the first “Enlightened”and “keeper of the mystical secrets”)gave me on that bizarre form of ap-pearances of the Spirit, I agreed tosupport the project of the Dragon.»Evidently, the Inspired of the Dragon,at that time, did not know the “mysti-cal secret” of the Blasphemous andSatanic Triple Masonic Trinity.

We report now on the important testi-mony of Bersone on the hierarchicalstructure of the Supreme Grand Lodgeof Illuminati in Paris, at whose summitlies the Ninth Circle.

Giuseppe Mazzini.

Mazzini, Grand Orient of the Supreme Lodge of Il-luminati in Paris, he was the Chief of Political Ac-tion of Universal Freemasonry from 1836 to1872, the year of his death. He was the right arm ofthe Supreme Pontiff of Universal Freemasonryor the Supreme Head of the Bavarian Illuminati. As we will see later, in the position of Grand Ori-ent, Mazzini held the highest position of the NinthCircle, in direct contact with Lucifer.

James Abram Garfield.

On the death of Mazzini, Garfield took his placeas the Grand Orient of the Supreme Lodge of Il-luminati in Paris. Clotilde Bersone was his mis-tress from 1877 to 1880. In 1881, Garfield be-came President of the United States, with thesupport of the Illuminati in Paris who wanted toget rid of him. An insolent letter from him mock-ing his successor at the Lodge of Paris, was thecause of his assassination. Grevy, the new GrandOrient of Paris, decreed his death. Two shots and adeath that occurred for wound infection.


In fact, among the Illuminati of anyGrand Lodge there are nine Choirs orCircles, divided into three degrees:

1) The Adepts, divided into Four Cir-cles according to their aptitudes: in re-ality,they do not know any secrets, ex-cept for a kind of enigmatic formulary, ofwhich they don’t even grasp the mean-ing. Ahmed Pasha had the gallantry to passme off with a jump above this level,without tests and without wasting time.Therefore I know less of this degree be-cause of my lack of experience. The si-lence is imposed on these first recruitsonly on their adherence to the Lodge,on the location of the Lodge and on thesessions that are held: and this undermore severe penalties. For them, whathas more importance are the watch-words and the Masonic signs of recog-nition, intended merely to prevent theintrusion of outsiders in the Lodge.Their mandatory fee is 400 francs ayear, to begin with, and that fee is in-creased to 100 francs for each promo-tion in a new Circle.

2) The Fifth Circle includes the Novi-tiates, or Candidates proposed for Affil-iation by the Dignitaries, after seriousstudy of their character and their incli-nations. Of this circle, I had been al-ready been considered for upon my ar-rival.

It is the Sixth Circle of the Inferior Af-filiates, and the Seventh Circle of theSuperior Affiliates, which includes alloffices of little importance.

3) In the Eighth Circle there are theInitiates and Dignitaries, beginningfrom the Second Grand Orient, theExecutor of the High Works, the Jus-tices of the Ordinary Causes, theGrand Master, the Chancellor, theSecretary and all members of theGrand Council.

In the Ninth Circle, finally, are includedthe Grand Orient and the Superior Ini-tiates, among whom there are alwaysthe Three Enlightened [Ones], towhom all the inspired ideas are deliv-ered. None of these ideas could be tak-en into account, if there is no such tripleconsent. Finally in the Ninth Circlethere is the Inspired [One], when theDragon likes to elect one.

To the whole of the Nine Circles, in theceremony, each new Initiate must besubmitted, but only as an Affiliate raisedinto office; and, at this ceremony, theSecond Grand Orient takes the place ofthe First Grand Orient, so that his sov-ereign personality escapes the majorityof the assistants. The other six Superior Initiates are ontheir seats around the SemicircularTable.» (pp. 190-193).

We may ask: When was the first Grand Lodge hierarchicallystructured into nine Circles founded? Clotilde Bersone provides uswith valuable information which, at the Supreme Lodge of Illuminatiin Paris, she read in the book “Prophecies” of which, there were onlyseven copies in the seven Grand Lodges of the Illuminatiin the world. She writes: «Above the page containing the “Prophecies” properly socalled, there was an inverted triangle and a crude drawing represent-ing the chaos ... According to this book, the first Masonic GrandLodge was founded at the last part of the tenth century... The Spirit, who is supposed to have spoken in the year 999, beginswith a kind of biblical story, in reverse, of Genesis: “I was and Ireigned above the expanse; one day for me came the darkness, and Ihave suffered. So, among the friendly geniuses, there arose a voicethat said, “To the person to whom wrong has been done, greetings”... from fire came the light, hovering on earth, that generated his chil-dren. So, before the beginning of the year one thousand, some spiritshad finally arrived on earth that were enlightened, who had for theirMother, the true Light and for Fire, God. Men trembled, they could not discern anything what was botheringthem. They felt, without knowing it, that a new world was born in themidst of the world, and they believed that the ancient world was to

end. As if all were going to die, everyone was preparing to dispose oftheir property.»The oracle resumes: «I came among you, or Sons of the Lodges, asthe Pelican to his young, after having pierced my breast and fedyou with the blood of my sufferings, the tears of my exile. And I’mnot going to be raised and put on a throne, but ask for life throughthe blood of the Lamb.This is followed by oracles concerning the advent of Freemasonry, ...and the end of time, the entire empire of the Sect ... then the emer-gence of a new world, populated by means of the metempsychosis, thefaithful of the Holy Spirit brought by their merits to a higher state, freefrom all suffering.»

Interestingly, the date of the year 999, and the number 9 of last Circleof the hierarchical structure of the Grand Lodge reveal the ultimategoal of Lucifer and Freemasonry.Recalling that n. 9 hides n. 18, and 18 also symbolizes the Mark ofthe Beast 666, we have that 999 = 3 times 666 symbolizes the Decla-ration of War against God, while the n. 9 = 18 = 666, the symbol ofthe Antichrist, symbolizes the elimination of the Redemption ofChrist’s Sacrifice on the Cross from the face of the earth.

edition of “L’Elue duDragon” begins with

these words: «This novel is taken, almost pageby page, from the unpublished“Memoirs” of Clotilde Bersone,who was in Paris, from 1877-1880. She was the lover of A.J.Garfield, elected President of theUnited States, in 1880 and assas-sinated in 1881 (...)In a library of a religious institu-tion, there is a double authenticmanuscript of these “Memoirs,”with the date of 1885; and these“Memoirs” were known to becomplete and accompanied bycritical notes of rare competenceby R.P.X.Why was this book given thesubtitle of “novel”?Because, historically, they couldnot assume the responsibility ofthe serious charges, true or false,that the author, in her confession,lashes out against - not only thehigh staff of the Third French Republic, but also againstsome the most renowned leaders of the opposition. (...) But how could this have been avoided, with certain knowncharacters, who represented the State in this kind of opencriminal trial, which is not against this or that particularman, but against a whole regime?

One should not want to takethese “Memoirs” as yesterday’slegend, but rather, one shouldtake them as today’s history!The main impression that wewant to emphasize from all ofthese pages is that, in fact, since1871, in France, the power hasbeen in the hands of an occultpower, and the Grand Lodgeand the Grand Orient are butits instruments.In a word, Satan is the true po-litical master of France. Onbehalf of Lucifer, InternationalMasonry is the real “Chosen ofthe Dragon”: this is the mean-ing, the purpose, the scope ofthis work.We are not in a period of democ-racy, but in a period of “de-monocrazia” (Devil-democra-cy) as Monsignor Gouthe-Soulard said.”

The last words of Clotilde Bersone’s “Memoirs” are: «There’s enough [said] because the secret of these Gen-tlemen is foiled and this is well worth the penalty ofdeath. And I will offer my life to God, because He willdeign to inspire Christians capable of taking advantageof this warning and break this tyranny.»


And we accept these invitations.We will take these “Memoirs,” or rather this “open crim-inal trial” not against such or such a man of the Church inparticular, but against a “regime” that governs theChurch today, aware of the fact that the control is in thehands of a hidden power whose real boss is Lucifer,which we know to have been enthroned in the PaulineChapel, on June 29, 1963, under the reign of Paul VI. We will take these “Memoirs” not like yesterday’s leg-end, but as “Today’s History”, aware of the fact that the

power of Lucifer does not merely act as a master in Franceand in other Nations, but that Lucifer in person is still in-side the Church and decides who should be electedPope, and sets the conditions for the eligible candi-dates.

We beseech God, as Clotilde Bersone did, offering hermartyrdom, because “He will deign to inspire Christianscapable of taking advantage of these ‘Memoirs’ andbreak this tyranny.”

With the testimo-ny of ClotildeBersone on the

hierarchical structure of theGrand Lodge of the Illuminati,at whose summit dominates theNinth Circle, we believe thatthe most natural and safe, wayto understand the nature of thissatanic circle, is to graduallysmell the stench of this dis-gusting garbage dump andgradually discover the humandepravity that, from the lowestlevel to the highest, rises up tothe point of absurdity and theimaginable.The book of Bersone, will guideus in this journey of satanic cor-ruption.

After having had the first con-tact with the statue of the Hydraof the Kabbalah, and after see-ing the huge portrait of Mazziniwith the cup filled with blood,in the Grand Lodge of the Illu-minati of Constantinople, Clotilde Bersone was invited tolunch by the Grand Orient, Ahmed Pasha.

«We were only six guests, and there was a lunch ofgood society, except that there was a little excess inthe various wines. At six in the morning we werestill drinking, despite all the prescriptions of the Ko-ran ... Ahmed Pasha was totally drunk, and little bylittle the party turned into an orgy. Unspeakableproposals were made and I could clearly distinguish,in a room next door, preparations for a brothel.»

During another visit to the Lodge in Constantinople,Clotilde, along with her father, managed to get into a se-cret place: the torture chamber.

«Through a labyrinth ofcorridors and secondarystaircases, we came to alow vaulted dungeon. Heopened the door withoutforeseeing the horror ofthe spectacle. We found ourselves with-in a crypt, full of instru-ments of torture. (...) lyingon the ground, I saw hu-man body parts, bloodyor even stripped to thebone: hands, feet, arms,heads and from thatslaughterhouse exhaledan abominable stench ofcarnage. In that horridscenario, I saw two dum-mies, standing, facingeach other, with tunicsstained with blood. One of them, on hishead, wore a crown, theother a tiara. Besidethem, a stiletto, some dag-gers with clotted blood. Itall testified that these

murderous weapons had not just struck wicker cagesor bladders [balloons] filled with red paint, but liv-ing and human flesh; and that cup which theNymphs offered, in those cursed places, to the greatsaviors of the people, it was not a metaphor, it wasa reality, a cup of blood that is still warm fromthe murdered victims.»

In June 1875, Clotilde arrived in Paris, the seat of theSupreme Lodge of the Illuminati; the Lodge which dom-inated the other six Grand Lodges of the world. In Paris,she encountered Abram Garfield. In 1881, he would be-come President of the United States. He was 44 years oldand was the Grand Orient of Lodge of the Illuminati ofFrance, under the pretext of travel, for investigations.


Recognized as eligible for affiliation, after having her re-nounce her baptism and swear eternal allegiance to theLodge, the climax of the affiliation rite begins.

«The Grand Master then made me get up and passbefore them, one by one, and they all rejected me,with words of contempt and hatred, as if their feel-ings toward me had changed, as if they judged meunable to overcome the test.Then, Garfield grabbed my arm, opened one of myveins and let my blood drip, filling one-third of theglass, then bandaged the wound. On Good Friday, Clotilde, went to the Lodge and partici-pated in the celebration of Holy Week.

To overcome the coldness of Clotilde, the weapon of jeal-ousy was used. Garfield proved to be head over heels inlove with a ballerina of the Opera, called Mina, and thisended up arousing in Clotilde hatred and jealousy moreand more fierce, until she decide to turn directly to theDragon.

To enter the Round Temple, Clotilde needed the key thatGarfield used to have in his pocket. She invited him over,she got him drunk and took possession of the key and hur-ried to enter the Lodge.

After her “preparation,” Clotilde had to undergo the initia-tion tests. After passing the test of being locked up for sev-en days in a dark cell, with only bread and water, the initi-ation rite took place and culminated with the followingceremony.

The first painting by Rubens represents the god performingthe act of devouring his son with greater coldness and cal-culation - the body of his son devoured is shown as that of adefenseless child - and the painting of Goya (the god Saturn)is shown as a man taken by madness.Many interpretations have been attributed to these two paint-ings, for example: the conflict between young and old ages, thetime as the devourer of all things, Spain that devours its bestsons in wars and revolutions, that after the restoration of Ferdi-nand VII and his return on the throne of Spain he establishedthe restoration of absolutism and repression of any ferment ofliberal inspiration, the human condition in modern times ... But today, in the light of reality of the Satanic Sacrificial Cultof the Ninth Circle, and similarly Dante’s Hell, we mightrecognize another strange coincidence: the man (of the NinthCircle) driven by madness that consumes human bodiesand the god (Lucifer) who devours his children (made of hisimage and likeness) with greater coldness and calculation.Did, perhaps, Rubens and Goya know the terrible secret ofthe Ninth Circle as Dante Alighieri seems to have known?
