backpackers. English is very important when communicating with them.

• A:One day, we had an American tourist who saw the incorrect price on the Internet. Then, he came here and argued with us. We dealt with the problem by giving him a preferential price.

I think this report make me feel I really be a professional reporter by interview and ask some question to this boss. I also learn what is the tourist and tourist English. Hoping I can contact this part in the future.

黃馨霈 :

For this introduction, I understand the tourist attraction which many foreigners would visit. Many companies also have to own English ability to communicate with foreign visitor. So I think we should let the business combine English that can makes more high benefits.
