The Essence of the Chinese Medicine

• When Qi flows freely, one is healthy.

• When Qi is Not flowing well (blocked, imbalanced, diverted or deficient), one gets sick (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually).

Some interesting ideas

• The more advanced a healing method (as practiced by Masters) the simpler it is to learn, without needs of year after year of Qigong, Yoga etc exercises – it seems to be.

• The more sick a person, the more that patient can heal a less sick person and the former get healed too.

• You are ultimately the healer of your sickness, not by others.

• When healing can be conducted to thousands in one session …

• When healing can be carried out without restriction in time and space.

Western Medicine & Chinese Medicine• At cellular level, Western Medicine

focuses on the “matter” its chemistry, biology and physics. But Chinese Medicine pays greater attention to the “space and energy”, the space between the cells and organs, the intangible.

• When sickness is explained as virus or bacteria attack, focus is on tackling the virus / bacteria as enemy – research in more chemical medicine.

• However, when the focus is on “space and energy” things become simpler – the enemy needs not be the outside the body.

Transformation between Matter and Energy in the Space

• E=MC sq• Cells are constantly vibrating,

contracting and expanding -> changes between matter and energy takes place.

• When cell contracts, matter is released and transforms to energy.

• When cell expands, energy is taken in and changes to matter

Transformation between Matter and Energy in the Space• If cells contract too much, too much

energy is released to the space, causing in-balance.

• Likewise if cells do not expand enough, more energy is trapped also.

• Also, over vibrating cells cause inflammation, pain, tumors, cysts, AIDS, cancer, stroke, hemorrhage, heart attack, un-usual growth and emotional in-balance (anger, depression, anxiety, worry, grief and fear) – 85% to 90% of all illness.

Transformation between Matter and Energy in the Space

• If cells expand too much, much energy is taken from the space and that energy is converted to matter inside the cells, with deficiency in energy in the space.

• Pollution, emotions can cause cells to vibrate too slowly. Under-vibrating cells don’t radiate enough energy.

• Causing Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s, under-activity of organs, reduced immune functions, edema, weakness – 10% to 15% of all illness.

Out of Balance betweenMatter and Energy

• When out of balance, Qi does not flow well due to – Blockage, or– Depletion of Energy

• Like a river when blocked:– Water does not flow smoothly,– Built-up of water pressure upstream

• Or river gets dried up (leakages), no more water flow or Qi flow.

• Note: Most Energy Healing methods do not make distinction between excessive Qi (Energy) to be drained and deficiency in Qi (Energy)!. They simply just “pump” more Qi through!


• There are many approaches to get the Qi to flow, to unblock, un-trap, or restore depleted energy :– Qigong with graceful movement– Yoga with stillness and motion– Meditation – calm the mind, relax

body cells– Acupuncture to remove blockages– Energy Healing to direct energy

flow– Herbs to interact with the “matter”

• Negative Energy (stuck energy) creates pain / problem to parts of the body, e.g. Heart, Liver.

The Law of Conservation of Energy

• Energy Cannot be created nor destroyed

• Energy is transformed from one form to another. From Positive to Negative. And Negative to Positive too.

• The Principle of Yin-Yang.

• E.g. Human waste (urine, stool, ..negative energy) when deposited to soil, it becomes fertilizer (useful, and positive energy)

• Hence Negative Energy needs to be deposited in a “correct” location and Nature has a process to tranform it.

• Different healing techniques have different proposed locations

– Chinese Qigong –> to Lower Abdomen, Dan Tian, or the weaker parts of the body that needs energy.

– UHBE –> to the earth
