耶稣说：「你们是世上的盐，盐若失了味，怎能叫他再咸呢？以后无用，不过丢在外面，被人践踏了。你们是世上的光。城造在山上是不能隐藏的。人点灯，不放在斗底下，是放在灯台上，就照亮一家的人。你们的光也当这样照在人前，叫他们看见你们的好行为，便将荣耀归给你们在天上的父。」

"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”

盐 Salt

• 耶稣把他的门徒比作盐Jesus equates his disciples as salt.

盐的表像 : ( 一 ) 强力的质素The Feature of Salt: (1) Strong Attribute

3. 在愈黑的时候是需要的Very much needed during darkness

耶稣叫咱人，做真光的灯耶稣叫咱人，做真光的灯，亲像一枝烛光，夜间照光明，此世间是黑暗，宛亲像黑墨，咱着照伊光，一人一偶。耶稣叫咱人，各处着做灯，人有罪恶忧闷，多多心无明，看世间皆黑暗，宛亲像黑墨，咱着照伊光，一人一偶。
