Love us or loathe us, men are everywhere. Wehave the habit of popping up, oftenunexpectedly, in your beds, wombs, wars, worstnightmares and fondest memories. We come forbetter, or for worse, in guises as disparate asdrag artiste, soldier, priest and lover, yetapparently we all hail from Mars! No wonder being a man is problematic; it’sdangerous, pressured, ridiculous, often funnyand sometimes tragic, but it’s also capable ofbeing something beautiful.

Muscle is a richly textured, emotional rollercoasterof theatre, dance, music, film and animationinspired by extraordinary interviews with Welshmen and performed by an eclectic all male castwho also play the characters from Venus.
