Accredited by the OISC, Fusco Browne helps its clients obtain the visas that they need, under the Points Based System in the country. This also includes the Tier 2 Visa for which the applicant needs to score 70 points (60 points to apply for Tier 2 Intra company transfer). The applicant must also meet certain other Immigration Requirements.

The points under the Points Based System are awarded for English language, the yearly salary and allowances of applicant, the amount for maintenance and the certificate of sponsorship. An application may be made from outside the UK or in the UK if at present the applicant has leave in a category that allows them to ‘switch.’

As the sponsor, employer must give a certificate of sponsorship that will mention the applicant’s salary and other details of employment.
