基地位于南京某大学内,校园内山水环抱,风景优美,紧邻中央森林公园,基地西侧有河流贯穿而过,为建筑增添邻一丝灵气。

本方案为游泳馆建筑,座落在南京高校校园内,基地西邻校园主干道,北面与图书馆隔湖相望,南面为

篮球场,东面为山地森林,场地周边水系环绕,背山面水,风景秀丽。方案灵感来源于北宋张择端所画

《清明上河图》中的贯木拱桥,并列的拱之间用木梁贯穿,减少用料的同时也使造型更加丰富;本方案

在贯木拱的基础上有所提升,将中间的贯木用空心钢管代替,其中布置各种管线,避免了建筑内部管线

的杂乱,可以最完美的将结构形式呈现给使用者。主体结构间的次梁用曲梁连接,覆盖层用索膜结构,

以期增加室内采光;外部造型从侧面看好似一座大拱桥,人在桥下戏水,畅游山水间 ......

PTFE 玻璃纤维膜

屋顶采用 PTFE 膜,具有独特的光学性能,白天入射光线成为自然温射光,防止眩目,无阴影,光线均匀分布;几乎没有紫外线透过,防止了内部装饰材料和设备的褪色;夜间高反射性能使得房间具有卓越的照明效果,减少电能消耗,而且可衬托出夜 空中建筑物的辉煌;

重木结构

游泳馆主要结构形式采用木结构,由天然材料所组成,取材容易,加工便捷。

一、 结构介绍

1. 贯木拱结构

此游泳馆木屋盖结构主跨40米有余,

为了实现如此大跨度,并考虑到节能省材, 贯木

以及木构件加工、运输、安装的便捷性, 梁系二

采用了独特的贯木拱结构。该结构可以 梁系一

巧妙的通过小构件相互搭接实现相当大

的跨度。

如图2.1所示,为本作品屋盖结构 图2.1 一榀贯木拱结构体系

采用的一榀贯木拱体系,分别由梁系一、

梁系二、贯木三种构件搭接而成。

如图2.2所示,清明上河图中高潮部分飞虹桥系叠梁拱结构,

叠梁拱桥创始于公元1032~1033年,是中国特有的木拱结构,

在国外古今桥梁史上是完全没有的。叠梁拱发明了用大木纵横

相贯、交错搭置的结构形式,(因此又被称为贯木拱)创造了

以较短的木材构筑较大跨径的构造技术。

本作品将这种桥梁中常用的构造做法运用于建筑中,汲取了

桥梁易跨越大跨度优势的同时,亦是创新的为建筑界添加了

2. 索膜结构

为了呼应主结构贯木拱轻盈的建筑形态, 脊索 谷索

屋面结构采用了索膜结构,张拉出波浪形状

的轻质屋面(如图2.3所示)。

此工程中采用的索为φ30,1670MPa的全封闭高钒索,表面覆膜采用t=0.5mm的PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)膜。

膜与索的连接有单边连接(边索)和双边连接(脊索和谷索)。连接方法是将钢索穿入膜材热合的套索中,或采

用铝合金或不锈钢夹板和螺栓来连接膜材与钢索。双边连接需要在其上面增加一层防水覆盖膜。

索与索的连接可采用如图2.4 d、e所示连接节点,多向索之间进行连接时,应保证各钢索轴线汇交于一点,以免

本设计以Autodesk Revit和Cad Work两款软件为主要平台,架设起与其他软件间的桥梁,实现了一模多用、信息互传、实时联动的木结构BIM设计方法,以下分别

介绍整个BIM工作过程中详细的应用方法。

1. Autodesk Revit Rhinoceros(BIM核心模型建立)

设计伊始,在Autodesk Revit中建立BIM核心模型,由于Autodesk Revit对于NURBS曲面模型造型能力有限,因此我们采用在这方面表现更出色的Rhinoceros软件进

行曲面建模。首先在Autodesk Revit中建立主要结构模型,然后将其导入Rhinoceros中,在Rhinoceros中,捕捉导入模型的控制点,进行索膜结构屋顶的曲面模型建立,

完成此过程之后,再将其导入合并至Revit主模型中,至此,完成整个BIM核心模型的建立,具体过程见图2.5。

2. Autodesk Revit 3ds Max(可视化应用)

在Autodesk Revit中完成BIM核心模型的建立后,可将其导入3ds Max,进行可视化应用。Autodesk Revit本身可以做可视化操作,但是由于本设计模型携带信息量

巨大,在Autodesk Revit中做可视化难免出现卡顿,甚至会报错,因此我们将模型导入至3ds Max中,导入的模型保留了Revit原有的材质、相机、灯光等信息,在此基

础上,我们只需对其进行微调,便可以做效果图渲染,视频输出等可视化操作。

3. Autodesk Revit Autodesk CAD(图纸输出)

在Autodesk Revit中完善的BIM核心模型包含整个建筑的所有信息,因此可以根据需要输出各类2D图纸到通用平面设计软件Autodesk CAD中,从而方便建筑参与各

方的交流与信息传递。

4. Autodesk Revit Midas Gen(结构设计)

在Autodesk Revit中隔离出结构构件,并以线单元的形式导出至三维dwg文件,在Autodesk CAD中根据结构模型的初设截面类型调整图层,进而输出.dxf转换文件,

然后分图层导入Midas Gen中进行结构有限元分析。根据分析得到的结果,再对构件截面、结构布置进行优化,优化后的数据最后应反馈回Revit模型中,从而实现结构

设计流程。

5. Autodesk Revit Cad Work(节点深化设计)

将Autodesk Revit中的结构模型通过.IFC(携带更多信息,方便编辑)或.SAT(曲面精度更高,有利于联机加工)文件输入至Cad Work中,在Cad Work中进行节点

深化设计,设计出的节点不仅具有可视化性质,而且携带的信息方便其输出各类图纸。在Cad Work中设计的节点三维模型亦可反向输入Autodesk Revit模型中,进一步

更新BIM核心模型。

6. Cad Work Abaqus Midas Gen(节点有限元分析)

在Cad Work中设计出节点三维模型(包含销轴类紧固件),将其输出至Abaqus中结合Midas Gen中的计算内力结果进行有限元分析,计算每个节点是否符合受力要

求,若不符合,则返回修改,若符合要求,则进一步计算半刚性节点的刚度系数,根据得到的刚度系数调整Midas Gen模型中相关构件的梁端约束,使得计算结果更加逼

近实际设计情况。

7. Cad Work Autodesk CAD(拆分图纸输出)

在Cad Work中建立了完整的节点模型之后,该模型就已经具备联机加工的能力了,但是实际过程中不可避免的会采用传统人工加工的方式,这时候就需要导出精细

的拆分图纸,在Cad Work中,可以选择自动或手动的方式输出节点、构件、整体结构等图纸。

8. Cad Work List(备料单输出)

在Cad Work中建立了完整的节点模型之后,随即可一键生成机器加工数据,在联机加工前,需要输出木料的备料单进行人工备料。Cad Work可以根据加工数据自动

计算每根构件的备料尺寸以及数量。以上过程仅仅适用于直线构件备料,若工程采用曲线形构件,一般不采用软件自动备料数据,Cad Work中有一个层板(lamella)模

块,在该模块下,可以通过构件的表面形状、选用层板厚度、同一规格数量等控制参数生成具体的层板备料单,进而层压为曲线形构件。

如图2.11和2.12所示,直线型构件木料单中木材使用率为95.32%,而曲线形构件木料单中木材使用率只有

32.98%,因此,曲线形构件采用lamella(如左图)的计算方法非常必要。

9. Cad Work CNC(联机加工)

Cad Work是一款专业的木结构设计软件,而木结构区别于其他结构形式最大的特色之一便是联机数控加工,可通过切、铣、刨、锯、钻等工序生产出设计师设计的

几乎所有几何形体的木构件,采用联机加工极大的提高了工厂生产的效率和精度,在节约生产时间的同时,隐形的节省了现场安装的时间成本。
