Development Plan – PHASE I

Phase 1 – Research and Development

• Signature of Retainer: which describes the professional activities, operational planning and asset procurement

• Duration: 60 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays)

• Investment: $75,000 – 47% of which will be used for expenses during the exercising of the agreement’s professional activities and the other 53% will be divided equally as honorariums for the two team members.
