BEYOND THEINDIFFERENCE

The main aim of the projectis to expand the horizons oforphan, refugee kids andkids with disabilities, whoseworld is usually limited bythe walls of the orphanage orshelter. During their stay inKyiv, volunteers will have anopportunity to make asignificant contribution tothe little individuals’ livesand show them world’scultural variety. Togetherwith teaching kids somebasics of the Englishlanguage, interns will presenttheir culture and traditions oftheir society.

ECO WORLD

EcoWorld is a social volunteerinternship program aimed tospread awareness of ecologicalproblems and provide Englishpractice for youth of 11-16 yearsand develop leadership. The taskis to show how people around theworld solve these problems andwhat children can do right nowin Ukraine. Improve knowledge ofEnglish by means of bringing aninternational culture and differentterms in a learning process.Prepare and take part indiscussion and speaking clubs,English classes (if needed), events,learning circles, other activities tospread ecological awareness.

EXPLORE KYIV

The project is aimed to discoverand to promote the real culture,traditions and values of Ukraineand to share it through socialmedia.

The main aim is to spread thepositive image of Ukraine amonginternational society. Every internwill have his/her own blog wherehe/she will write about Ukrainianculture, traditions, food; takephotos/videos about architectureand landscapes.

Interns also will take part in a lotof activities, cultural events andwill visit museums and galleriesetc.).

LANGUAGESCHOOL

This is a project aimed toimplement an effective program oflessons and teach English andSpanish/French languages tostudents of the age 17-24 throughdifferent methodologies andactivities.Apart from that project will help toimprove the general level ofEnglish andSpanish/French languages byraising cultural awareness andunderstanding of the culturaldiversity.Beyond teaching, interns will haveopportunities to present theirculture and traditions of theirsociety to Ukrainians.

4HEALTH

Project is about to provideEnglish practice and developleadership skillsamong Ukrainian children inschools in Kyiv.The task is to create and preparepresentations, preparenecessary information for eachtopic (about first aid, narcotic drugabuse and harmful use of alcohol,abortions, unplanned pregnancy,venereal disease ets).Volunteers will have a uniquechance to show theselittle individuals’ a wide range ofthe world’s opportunities forchildren to grow and discover newhorizons of different cultures.

SPEAKGLOBAL

Project is aimed to expandborders of thinking and analyzeworldwide problems throughimproving English speaking,overcome language barrier andlearn something new.This is a project where internsand Ukrainian students candiscuss on international levelrelevant, importantglobal problems and try to findthe solution.Also volunteering will give thechance to share about the countryand culture, discuss and analyzeproblems of their countries andlook for solutions with Ukrainianyouth.
