    Team Member ProgramTeam Member Program

    1. Attendance to one conference (Local orregional)

    2. Practical XP: At least 8h per week

    3. Skills Training Attendance: At least 2h per week

    4. Performance Assessment result: 90%

    5. Skills Assessment (Beginning, in the middle andfinishing the TM experience): Show an increase Qualitative evaluation

    The LC should provide:

    1. Specific JD for each TM program participant

    2. A proper Induction

    3. Register him/her on myaiesec.net and makehim/her part of a team

    4. Design and execute a Local Education Cyclefocus on hard skills development for people

    joining TM experience.

    MinimumsMinimums

    It is one of the most crucial ways in which a member can start on his/her pathtowards leadership development. In this phase the member will be introduced toa practical team experience, gain access to a global network and engage inpractical hard skills development.

    This program is recommended for people

    between 1st and 7th semester.

    This XP have a duration between 2 and 6 monthsaccording to the activities he/she is developingon areas, events or projects.

    4. Performance Assessment result: 90%

    5. Team members Performance Assessment result:80%

    6. Leadership Development Assessment (Beginning, inthe middle and finishing the TL experience): Show anincrease Qualitative evaluation

    7. Team members development: Show an increase

    The LC should provide:

    1. Specific MoF for each TL program participant

    2. A proper Induction

    3. Register him/her on myaiesec.net, make him/herteam leader and give him/her at least 3 team

    members

    4. Design a Local Leadership Development Program

    for people joining TL experience.

    MinimumsMinimums

    This experience will culminate in a members personal and professionaldevelopment through the concept of team building and management. Membersget to experience leading other members and guiding them in their work, thus

    becoming a crucial part of their development.

    This program is recommended for people from 4th

    semester onwards.

    This XP have a duration between 2 and 6 monthsaccording to the activities he/she is developing onareas, events or projects.
