At 7pm (doors open at 6:30pm) on September 26th, the GPRA will host its annual General Membership Meeting at 195 N. Tranquil Path. The meeting objectives include introducing the Board of Directors and Club Leaders, a review of 2016 GPRA events and accomplishments and a discussion of directions for 2017. Constable Ryan Gable, Commissioner James Noack, MUD 1 President Bob Leilich and a representative from The Woodlands Township plan to attend to field questions from Members. All Members are encouraged to join us. Your feedback is critically important for the continued success of the GPRA. Also in September we’ll have a GPRA Happy Hour, Wine Club, Friends in the Park and the Family Fall Festival/National Night Out/Chili Cookoff! Security Program Updates

With school now in session, please keep in mind thenumerous school buses that drive through ourneighborhood. The high school bus is in our neighborhoodbefore the sun comes up around 6:15am. The elementarybus starts around 7:15am and the intermediate/junior highbus starts its route around 8:00am. In the afternoon, thebuses can be seen in our neighborhood from 2:00pm until5:30pm. Please watch for children as you travel theneighborhood. Also keep in mind that all streets are 20mph except Grogan’s Point Road, which is only 30 mph. In response to complaints of speeding and incompletestopping from Grogan’s Point residents, the SecurityCommittee has requested extra patrols before and after

Residents of Grogan’s Point sure know how to takesummer vacations and thanks to our Security Program theworries associated with being away are lessened. We’vekept our officers busy this summer with over 1,500vacation watch checks occurring from May throughAugust alone!
