Simplification of complex 3D scaffold structures is designed by professional design group to estimate, plan, track, and visualize complex scaffolding structures. Scaffold engineers and structural designers, you'll never be required to think about the sustainability of your scaffolds. •We do structural analysis and calculate costs estimations. •We create technical drawings and 3D assembling schemes with views and sections for work safety. Complex structures can be drawn in 3D scheme. •We determine stock management both in the warehouse and at the building site •We prepare presentations, commercial offers, videos and rendering if it is needed. •We design the Scaffolds according to special requirements and standards. If there is not any local standard, European standards; EN 12811 -1 -2-3 and EN 12810 -1 are used for designing.

The main parts of the scaffolding structure are the panel, the starting foot, the adjustment pin, the horizontal and cross-link, the walking platform, the stairs in the structure, the railing and the wall connection elements. The general principle of the system is that each floor has a horizontal connection at 50 and 100cm and also having the connection between the floors with secure walking platform. The adjustment pin is used for leveling. It has been designed with a high-standard safety properties that ensures the maximum safety of workers during the construction of high-rise exterior facades.

The scaffolding system consists of side railings, heels, starting foot and lower setting mills from horizontal and cross joints produced by pipes of 34 * 2.5mm TSE certificate which connect them with 48 * 3mm TSE certified pipes, steel beams and stair platforms.

The adjustment pins is used to set up the levelling of scaffolding system. The installation of the scaffolding takes place with the establishment of scaffolding panels and steel beams.

Facade Scaffolding Systems (with safety solutions)

H Type Facade Scaffolding Systems The installation of the H-type scaffolding system is very easy and fast. It consists of standard elements. The system is constructed using modules consisting of 1 H foot, 1 flat bar and 2 cross bars and covering 5m2 area. The system is produced by using the created modules. In the formed modules; levelling adjustment pins, steel walking platforms, staircases or flat climbing stairs and pipe clamping wall support elements are used.

The H-type scaffolding system consists of horizontal and cross-joints produced from pipelines made of a standard 42 * 2.5m TSE certificate and 27 / 2.5mm TSE certified pipes to link them together. Adjustment pins are used for levelling the scaffolding system. The scaffolding system is fixed to the façade of the building with connection parts. Production of scaffolding system is performed by automatic gas welding machine and completed with 2 layers of rapid paint.

Flanged / Piled Scaffolding system is used as a system for facade or formwork works. It consists of vertical and horizontal elements. The connection points consist of flanges and wedges. The adjustment pins are used for setting up and levelling the scaffolding system.

Flanged scaffolding system consists of 48 * 3.0mm TSE certified pipes and 48 * 3.0mm TSE certified horizontal joints that connect them together. Production of scaffolding system is produced with automatic gas welding machine and completed with 2 layers of rapid paint. Cold or hot galvanizing can also be applied depending upon the request.

Ringlock Scaffloding Systems

Cup-Lock Scaffolding Systems Cup-lock Scaffolding System consists of base feet, horizontal connection and working platform. Access to the working area is provided by a staircase on the scaffolding platform or by a suspended staircase (sail staircase). Adjustment pins are used for setting up and levelling the scaffolding system. The scaffolding system is fixed to the façade of the building with connection parts. This system can also be used as a construction scaffolding under formwork.

The cup lock scaffold system consists of 48 * 3.0mm TSE certified pipes and 48 * 3.0mm TSE certified horizontal connections that connect them to each other. Production of scaffolding system is performed by automatic gas welding machine and completed with 2 layers of rapid paint. Cold or hot galvanizing can also be applied depending upon the request.

EXTERIOR FACADE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS

The mobile wheel scaffolding system consists of cross-connections and working platforms that connect them together from panels produced from 42 * 2.5mm TSE certified standard pipes. Access to the working platform is provided by suspended type staircases. Production of scaffolding system is performed by automatic gas welding machine and completed with 2 layers of rapid paint. Cold or hot galvanizing can also be applied depending upon the request.

Mobile Wheel Scaffolding Systems EXTERIOR FACADE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS

The hulled tower-type carrier systems are very practical to install without any apparatus (wedge, pin, cup) and therefore without any hammering. Since the tower system provides a horizontal connection every 50cm according to its structural design, there is no need to use any access staircase during installation. The hulled tower scaffolding system is installed with independent towers. If the towers should be re-located by tower cranes, specific cross members are also provided.

H Type Formwork Scaffolding System

Table Type Formwork Scaffolding System Table type scaffold system is the load carrying scaffolding system. It is used under slab and beam formwork systems for high and heavy concrete works such as mechanical installations, business center, bridge etc. constructions and produced according to heavy and light type accordingly.

The scaffolding system is composed of 48 * 3.0mm TSE certified pipes and 48 * 3.0mm TSE certified horizontal connections. Production of scaffolding system is performed by automatic gas welding machine and completed with 2 layers of rapid paint. Cold or hot galvanizing can also be applied depending upon the request.

The telescopic stands (pole) are manufactured according to several sections and different working heights. It has many advantages such as working capacity, lifetime, easy-to-use etc. It is quite economical with usability many times.
