2.4 Heat treatment equipments

• The company owns 13 sets of national advanced car-bottom furnaces (size:

3m×25m,6m×15m, 7m×10m), 13 sets of vertical furnaces (size: Φ3.2×19m、Φ

2.6×30m), 1 set of cover-furnace size 3.0×20m，1 set of Twice Frequency

Induction Quenching Machine,1 set of spray quenching machine, and 1 set of

25MN NC-Straighter which is independently developed and world advanced. Head

crane: 5 sets ( 300t、200t、50t、30t、20t ). Annual output 115,000 tons.
