Important Points

The capacity of each venue is determined according to the Fire Services Act. Please refrain from reserving a venue if the expected participants exceeds the stated capacity.

Publications and other materials for scientific conferences only are excluded from surcharge. However, we ask you to refrain from large-scale price card and other campaigns.

①Construction and removal of exhibits is to be carried out within the venue hours of use.②The conference rooms, Big/Small/Exhibition Hall venues must be returned to their original state, after any construction

and subsequent removal, by the promoter within the reserved time. Also furnishings and fixtures within each room can be used only within that room. Use in corridor or other rooms is not permitted.③Matsuya Salon perform all preparation in 2F rooms, excluding materials brought in by the user.

Hours of use start from 9AM. Application can be made for early arrival up to 8AM, however even in this case ancillary equipment is available for use from 9AM. The entrance for early arrival is the "Staff Only" entrance near the north-side guardhouse. Otherwise entrance times conform to hours of use start from 8:30AM.

Venues other than the Big Hall and Small Hall cannot be used for musical and other events that emit loud sound.However, consult Matsuya Salon for use of the 2F Event Hall.

①Food and drink cannot be brought into the Big Hall or Small Hall.②Consumption of food and beverages, including alcohol, are permitted in 2F rooms (Zuiun, Heian, Fukujyu, Tougen,

Matsu, Sakura, Fuji). However, bringing food and drink is not permitted. Orders are accepted at Matsuya Salon.③The admission and consumption of food and drink, excluding alcohol, is permitted in conference rooms, Big Hall lobby and

Small Hall foyer. However, you must take all trash with you when you leave.Contact us if trash service is required,Burnable: ￥500, Non-burnable: ￥600 (up to 70 liters or 20kg).

Display on 1F is not permitted in areas other than beside the escalators. Please assign staff to set up the display.On other floors, do not place signs in common areas, such as corridors, that may cause obstructions. (especially fire exit doors).You may be asked to remove all signs that are deemed to be in common areas (or if there are complaints).* There are 5 dedicated signs each for the Big Hall and Small Hall, and 10 guidance signs (A3 landscape size) available for shared use at 5F Reception at no charge. Contact Reception for use of shared signs.

Please arrange delivery to the reserved venue (room) on the day of use. Also, organize staff to accept deliveries.If delivering goods prior to the day of use, state the organization, day of use, and name of venue (room), and address it to 5F Management Office.Note we cannot take receipt of goods if not notified beforehand of the quantity and delivery date. Also, we cannot take responsibility for any valuables.
