TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This package rate only applicable for group size minimum 40 person (negotiable)

Rates are based on per person basis

This package is only valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

All rates stated above are subject to changes without prior notice.

All rates stated do not include charges of tube rental, locker rental, and merchandise shop.

Any additional member on the date of function they must pay at normal rate.

Confirmation of reservation must be made at minimum 3 weeks (21 days).

Deposit of 50% to be paid upon confirmation of reservation.

30% from the deposit will be imposed if there is any cancellation.

Request to cancel 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the event date, 50% of cancellation charges wil be

imposed from the total amount of the deposit.

Request to cancel 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event date, full payment of cancellation charges will

be imposed from the total amount of the deposit.

Full payment must be made at least 7 working days before function date

Package/s can be customized according to consumer needs.

No refund or rebate is provided for any unutilized component of the package

All payment should be made to Melaka Wonderland Sdn Bhd via direct bank in facility at:

Melaka Wonderland Theme Park will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein

directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statutes of the Malaysian

Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Melaka Wonderland Theme

Park.

For those members belonging to the group and failing to turn up on their function date, the entrance ticket will be considered sold and not refundable.

Food & Beverages / outside food are not allowed: Drinking / Mineral water are only allowed to be brought in. Your bag will be checked first at checkpoint counter (entrance) before scanning your wristband.

For those group function member please select a representative to exit for once only. Time limit within 15 minutes.

Please make full payment 7 working days before arrival. Please indicate company name, arrival date on page 3 (agreed & accepted by) together with the bank-slip and fax to us for verification.

Kindly amend any additional member before making full payment. If you have any additional member/s on the date of function they will be required to pay at normal rate

Buses will be required to park outside of Melaka Wonderland at the Bus bay area. (Kindly inform your bus driver)
