The Trabectome system consists of a disposable handpiece with irrigation and aspiration functions as well as an electrocautery unit at its tip.

Method1. 1.7mm temporal clear corneal incision2. Inflate anterior chamber with viscoelastic3. Insert tip into Schlemm’s canal4. Ablate nasal trabecular meshwork5. Reverse ablation
