quantitativa) de seqüências de DNA características de Organismos Geneticamente Modificados (OGMs) utilizando a técnica da Reação da
Polimerase em Cadeia (PCR ou PCR em Tempo Real). O resultado percentual representa a relação entre o número de genomas modificados
em relação ao número total de genomas da espécie. LOD: Limite de detecção do método é de 0,01% determinado com material proveniente de
DNA de farinha pura e não processada. LOQ: Limite de Quantificação específica para cada amostra.
