MetodologiaQuesto è il dodicesimo anno dell’indagine Transatlantic Trends dell’opinione pubblica Europea e Americana. L’inchiesta è stata realizzata da TNS Opinion in 13 paesi: Francia, Italia, Germania, Olanda, Polonia, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Romania, Slovacchia, Spagna, Stati Uniti, Svezia e Turchia. L’indagine è stata condotta telefonicamente (via Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews – CATI) in tutti i paesi, eccetto Polonia, Romania, Slovacchia e Turchia, dove, a causa della minore penetrazione telefonica, sono state usate interviste faccia-a-faccia.

In tutti I paesi, un campione casuale di circa 1.000 persone, di età eguale o superiore ai 18 anni, sono state intervistate, nel periodo tra il 3 ed il 27 Giugno, 2013. In Turchia, l’indagine è stata sospesa per una settimana e le interviste completate entro il 2 Luglio 2013.

Per risultati basati sul campione nazione in ciascuno dei 13 paesi esaminati, si può avere una fiducia del 95% nel sostenere che il massimo margine di errore è di +/ - 3%.
