DESCRIPTION

TREVISANALAT began its own activity in the dairy and cheese market in 1980, in the form of a company under a collective name. At the end of 1996, after conferment of the status of a branch of a company, the pre-existing Italian s.n.c., it became an Italian S.p.A., but keeping the same company team. About 15 years ago, the company chose to specialise solely in the production of Mozzarella cheeses with high quality standards, producing these solely and exclusively by Lactic Fermentation (without citric acid). This, together with continuous investments, and innovations both at structural and technological levels, allowed the company to be chosen as a trusted partner for the Private Labels, which are some of the most important brands both in the GDO and in the Italian and overseas cheese industry.
