disabled elderly applicant may be admitted. INCOME GUIDELINES • 1 person $21,900 - 2 persons $25,000 – 3 persons $28,150 – 4 persons

$31,250 – 5 persons $33,750 – 6 persons $36,250

Trevor Woodward Park has one, two and three bedroom units. Rent is calculated at 30% of gross income; medical expenses may be deductible. All residents pay for their own electric, phone, and cable; however, all residents receive a utility allowance for electric that they pay directly.
