If you were waiting for a proper introduction, shame on us . On the following page is a picture of them (with names). Below we have a bit of information provided by some of (i.e., “the cool”) Girst years. We asked them to answer the following: 1. Your Name? 2. Where you from? 3. Undergraduate school name? 4. A hobby? Here’s what we found out: Stephanie Kernik; Minnesota; University of Minnesota, Morris; Playing piano pieces (especially Beethoven) while canoeing on lakes and rivers. That's the dream, anyway. Right now they are done separately. Tianyi Zhang from China. My previous university is Shanghai Jiaotong University in China. I like board games and play table tennis in leisure hours. Luke Wassink; Iowa City; University of Iowa; Painting Ling Du; China; Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China; A hobby: I have more than one :) Play badminton, games(like board games), table tennis, etc. Eric Burgess; Comstock, TX, population 200 (and a roughly equal number of goats); Undergrad at exotic U. of Iowa; Hobbies: Disc golf, eating food My name is Xiayi Wang, and you could also call me Sherry. I am from Chengdu,China. My undergraduate school is Sichuan University. I have a lot of hobbies, the most important one is eating and watching movies, what's more, I could play a little bit violin. Hi, I am Chenhong Zhu. I am sorry to reply late. Maybe I need to change my schedule to check my email. I am from China and got my bachelor degree at Xi'an Jiaotong University in Xi'an, China. It is a great place. And about hobbies, I like to watch movies and play badminton. Ok! Have a nice holiday! Paul Savala; Fresno, California; Cal State Fresno; I like rock climbing, playing racquetball, brewing, and any competitive sport or game. Colin Swaney; Iowa City; Kansas State University; Running, Guitar continued on page 3... It was Thanksgiving last week. This is a turkey.
