上地流空手道拳優会 60周年国際大会 実施要項

1. 趣 旨

上地流空手道拳優会創立 60周年記念事業として国際セミナーと

組手（一本勝負）・形競技大会を開催するものである。

特に組手は、一本勝負こそが死生観を持った真剣勝負であり、武

道の原点と空手道の奥深い哲学を探求し、華麗なる立ち技の技術

力向上を目指すことを目的とする。

Anniversary International Tournament

Operation Manual

1. Objective: As a commemorative event for the 60th anniversary of the Uechi-ryu

Karate-do Kenyukai, we are organizing an international seminar, a kumite (ippon

shobu) and kata tournament. Especially for the kumite event, the goal is to be a serious

game with a view of life and death, with the aim of exploring the origin of martial arts

and the deep philosophy of Karate-do. Furthermore it aims at seeking the improvement

of brilliant skill and techniques.

7. Competition divisions: Male and female individual kata per age divisions, Male

individual kumite open weight division (only for the top 20 winners of Male kata division)

*Qualification: Kenyukai or Uechi-ryu members who are at least 18 years old.

9. 競技規定

（1）国際上地流空手道拳優会競技規定、審判規定及び同施行細則本大

会申し合わせ事項等

（2）組手競技個人戦

（ア）形競技上位入賞者のみ参加を認める。

（イ）顔面寸止め（突き）を原則とする。

（ウ）トーナメント方式で行う。3位決定戦は行わない。

（エ）競技時間は 2分間フルタイムとする。

（オ）勝負は一本（1つの技と 1つの有効、3つの有効）勝負とする。

※一本とは、上段蹴り、倒してからの突き、蹴り、ダウン（ス

リップを除く）、うずくまる（10カウント）、戦意喪失等

（3）安全具

セーフティーカップ及びマウスピース、拳サポーターを使用する。

10．表 彰 上位 3位まで表彰し、奨学金とメダルを贈呈する。

13．傷害措置

（1）選手は大会前に各自の責任に於いて健康管理し、体調を整えてお

9. Competition rules:

(1) International Uechi-ryu Karatedo Kenyukai Competition rules, Referee regulations and

detailed enforcement regulations

(2) Kumite individual competition

(a) Only winners of the kata competition are allowed to participate.

(b) No contact to the face is a general rule.

(c) The competition is a tournament style. No 3rd

place match.

(d) A match’s full time is 2 minutes.

(e) One Ippon brings victory (1 technique and 1 Yuko, 3 Yuko).

*One Ippon can be scored by a high kick, a sweep followed by a thrust, a kick, a down

(a slip doesn’t count), Uzukuruma-crouching (10 counts), loss of intention and so

forth.

(3) Safety equipment:

The use of groin cup, mouthpiece and fists’ supporters is mandatory.

10. Awards: Top 3 winners are awarded with a money prize and medal.

13. Injury measures:

(1) Before the tournament, athletes must personally manage their health and physical

14．選手控

選手は試合前、選手控え室へ集合し、係員の指示に従い試合場に入

場する。

14. Competitors’ preparation:

Before matches, competitors must gather in the competitors’ waiting room, and enter

the game arena according to the instructions of the staff.

■ Kumite competition explanatory images

As a general rule, no contact to the face.

Score:

● Ippon (3 points), (slip do not count)

High kick, middle kick, high kick, high or middle punch, knee kick

* A knock down with a middle punch or kick scores 3 points.

Knee kick (middle level) and low kick (inside & outside) bringing a loss of fighting spirit

* Following such technique, a non-controlled attack (fist or foot) will result in a penalty

(category 1).

● Waza-ari (2 points)

● Yuko (1 point). *Contact will result in a penalty (Category 1) depending of the degree.

High punch and strike (controlled). Contact, depending of the degree will bring Hansoku

(Foul play) or Sikkaku (Disqualification)

競技規定

（組手試合）

１条 顔面寸止め（突き）を原則とする。

２ 試合は一本（１つの技有り、2つの有効、３つの有効）勝負

とする。

（審判員及び監査役）

２条 試合運行、審判員の公正を図るため選任された監査役をおく。

（試合時間）

３条 試合時間は２分を原則とし、先取制を導入する。本試合で勝

敗が決しない場合は、審判の判断で優劣を決める

（勝負）

４条 勝負は先取制を採甲し「一本」或いは「判定」又は「反則」

「失格」によって決定する

２ 「一本」は一つの技有と一つの有効、３つの有効に相当する。

（一本及び技有り有効の基準）

５条 一本及び技有り有効は次の基準によって判定する。

２ 上段蹴り、足払いからの突き・蹴り、ダウン、唸る、うずく

まる（10 カウント）、戦意喪失は一本となる。技有りは中段

蹴り、捌いてからの突き、顔面突きはあくまでも寸止め有効

とする。一本は３ポイント、技有りは２ポイント、有効は１

ポイント。

３ 攻撃部位(ポイント対象)は、頭部、顔面、頸部、胸部、腹部、

背中、脇腹等である。

４ 下段蹴り、ローキックはポイントの対象にならないが、崩し

や痛め技として認める。

５ 前条の規定は、顔面突きのみの寸止めであり、それ以外はフ

Competition Rules

(Kumite match)

Article 1: As a principle, attacks to the face must be controlled.

(2) Match are held on Ippon-shobu (1 Waza-ari and 2 Yuko, 3 Yuko).

(Referee and Auditor)

Article 2: For fairness in the match operation and referees’ judging, an auditor will be

appointed.

(Match time)

Article 3: In principle, a match runs 2 minutes and the preemption system is applied. In the

event that winning or losing is not decided in a match, the referee panel makes

the decision on who wins.

(Victory or defeat)

Article 4: Victory or defeat is decided according to preemption or first attack resulting in

Ippon, Hantei (Judgment), Hansoku (Foul play) or Shikkaku.

(2) Ippon corresponds to 1 Waza-ari and 1 Yuko, or 3 Yuko.

(Criteria for Ippon, Waza-ari and Yuko)

Article 5: Ippon, Waza-ari and Yuko are determined according to the following criteria.

(2) Ippon consists of a high kick, sweep followed by a punch or kick, a down, a groan,

Uzukuruma-crouching (10 counts), loss of intention. Waza-ari consists of a middle

kick, handling followed by a thrust, punch to the face which must be controlled. Ippon

is 3 points, Waza-ari is 2 point, Yuko is 1 point.

(3) The attack areas (valid for points) are the head, face, neck, chest, abdomen, back,

flank, etc.

(4) Lower kicks and low-kicks are not subject to points, but they are allowed as

collapsing or damaging techniques.

(5) The rule for the preceding articles is that thrusts to the face must be controlled. For

６条 禁止される技及び言動は次の通りとする。

２ 明らかに負傷を引き起こすと思われる顔面への攻撃規制（コ

ントロール）のない突き技。

３ 無意味に掴んだり、組み付いたり、暴力的な体当たり。

４ 肘付き、貫手、頭突き等。

５ 罵倒、挑発的言動、無用な奇声、相手の人格を無視するよう

な言動や態度。

６ その他、審判の危険とみなした技。

（反則及び失格）

７条 禁止事項を犯そうとした時、又は犯した時は忠告・警告・

反則・失格の対象となるが、カテゴリー１は上段への突き

が当たった場合、３回で失格とする。カテゴリー２は場外、

無防備で加算し、３回で失格となる。

２ 「無防備忠告」は、安全無視に対して課せられる。

３ 「場外忠告」は試合場から出た場合に課せられる。

４ 「無防備」「場外」は加算３回で相手の勝ちとなる。

５ 「失格」は、空手道の威信や名誉を傷つける行為、審判規

定、規則に違反すると考えられる行為に対し失格が与えら

れ、失格は忠告、警告なしに直接課すことが出来る。

（失格の基準）

８条 失格の基準は、次の通りとする。

２ 禁止事項を犯した時、又は引き続き犯した時。

３ 試合の継続を拒否、又は放棄した者。

４ 医師により、試合継続を禁止された者。

５ 審判員の判定に従わず、選手が直接抗議した者。

６ 試合中に、主審の指示に従わない者。

(Prohibited items)

Article 6: The prohibited techniques and behavior are as follows.

(2) Uncontrolled attacks to the face that clearly aim at causing injury.

(3) Meaningless acts of grabbing, grappling and violent hurling.

(4) Elbow techniques, Nukite, head butt, etc.

(5) Cursing, provocative behavior, useless noises, words and attitudes that ignore the

opponent’s personality.

(6) Other act and technique deemed as endangering judgment.

(Hansoku - foul and Shikkaku - disqualification)

Article 7: When one intends to or commits a prohibited item, he is subject to Chukoku

(Warning), Keikoku (Strong warning), Hansoku (Foul play), Shikkaku

(Disqualification). Category 1 warnings are for thrust to the face, and 3 of such bring

disqualification. Category 2 are Jogai (off-limit) and Mubobi (lack of defense). They

add up. A sum of 3 penalties results in disqualification.

(2) Mubobi Chukoku: Imposed is case of safety ignorance.

(3) Jogai Chukoku: Imposed is case of stepping out the match area.

(4) Mubobi and Jogai add up and a sum of 3 leads to the opponent’s win.

(5) Shikkaku or disqualification is imposed in case of acts that hurt the prestige or honor

of Karatedo, or for acts considered to be in violation of the referee regulations and

rules. Disqualification can be imposed directly without Chukoku (Warning) and

Keikoku (Strong warning).

(Criteria for Shikkaku - disqualification)

Article 8: Criteria for disqualification are as followed.

(2) When one commits a prohibited item or repeatedly commit it.

(3) When one refuses to continue or abandon the bout.

(4) When one is prohibited from continuing by the doctor.

７ 指定時間内に、試合場に入場しない場合。

（無防備の基準）

９条 無防備の基準は、防備体制を整えず、試合者が故意に相手

を無視したり、警戒心を忘れ顔を背けたり残心が保たれな

いことを示す。

（場外の判定基準）

１０条 場外の基準は、次の通りである。

２ 競技者の片方の足が、場外線から出た場合。

３ 組技や投げ技など、両者がもつれた際に出た場合は「場外」

とならない。

（試合中負傷又は事故の生じた場合）

１１条 無防備な自損行為で、試合が出来ない時は失格とする。

２ 双方の責任で同時に負傷し、試合続行ができない時は得点

の多い者を勝ちとする。

３ 負傷の場合で、その大会ドクターより試合続行不可能と宣

告された場合、その時点の優劣の判定で決定する。

４ 反則負傷勝ちした者が再び試合を行う場合は、大会ドクタ

ーの診断を受けドクターの承認を必要とする。

（異議申し立て・その他）

１２条 誰も判定について、審判員に異議申し立てをすることは出

来ない。

２ 主審の判定など、規則に違反すると思われる場合、登録監

督が監査役に対して異議申し立てができる。

３ 本試合規定、規則により決定を下す事が出来ない疑義があ

る場合は、監査役及び審判長、大会会長を交えて協議し処

理する。

(5) When one doesn’t follow the referee’s decision and directly protests.

(6) When one doesn’t follow the referee’s instruction during a match.

(7) When one doesn’t enter the match area within the specified time.

(Criteria for Mubobi - lack of defense)

Article 9: Criteria for Mubobi are a lack of defense readiness, deliberate ignorance of the

opponent, lack of watchfulness, turning away the face, and lack of Zanshin or martial

alertness.

(Criteria for Jogai - off-limit)

Article 10: Criteria for Jogai are as followed.

(2) One foot of the competitor steps out the bout area line.

(3) When both competitors are grappling or throwing one another, stepping out of the

area is not considered as Jogai.

(In case of injury or accident during a match)

Article 11: In case a competitor cannot continue the match due to a self-inflicted injury

cause by a lack of defensiveness, he will be disqualified.

(2) In case both competitors are injured simultaneously and cannot continue the match,

the one with the highest score will win.

(3) In case of injury, if the tournament doctor declared the impossibility to continue a

match, referees will make their decision according to the dominance at that time.

(4) If one who won on an injury infringement participates in another match, he must be

examined by the tournament’s doctor and received his approval to continue.

(Objection and others)

Article 12: Regarding to decision, no one can appeal to referees.

(2) In regards to a judge’s decision or if it seems that rules have been violated,

registered coaches can appeal to auditors.

(3) If decision cannot be made according to the rules and regulations of the tournament,

auditor, judge and the tournament’s chairman will discuss to resolve the matter.

(2) フラッグ方式のトーナメント方法で赤、青の選手が同時に演

武する。

(3) 決勝戦のみ赤・青の順でここに演武する

(4) 決勝まですべて上地流の得意形（自由形）とするが、同じ形

を連続して行うことは出来ない。

(5) 審判員５名の赤・青旗の多数決により勝敗を決定する。

(6) ３位決定戦は行わない。

1. Kata individual bouts

(1) Basically held by age, male & female separated, Adult I (18~39), Adult II (40~59),

Senior (60+) divisions.

(2) In the flag scoring tournament, Red and Blue competitors perform simultaneously.

(3) In the finals, Red performs first followed by Blue.

(4) Up to the finals, all Tokui-gata (free kata) of Uechi-ryu are allowed, but the same

kata cannot be performed continuously.

(5) Victory or defeat is decided by the majority of red or blue flags of the five referees.

(6) There is no 3rd

place match.

２． 審判基準

(1) 主審、副審は上地流の伝統性を重視する。

(2) 上地流の特色（アテイファ、ムチミ）形の動き・流れ、順序、

技の正確性。

(3) 形の理解度、適度な緩急、呼吸、力、スピード、タイミング、

バランス、極め。

(4) 運足の一貫性と正確さ（姿勢・立ち方、礼儀など）

３．失格

(1) 申告形と異なる形を演武した場合

(2) 形名を呼称せず演武した場合

(3) 演武中、帯、紐、眼鏡が外れ落ちた場合

(4) 演武を放棄した場合

(5) その他審判員の指示に従わない場合

４．棄権

(1) 競技者名を２回呼び出しても競技場に現れなかった場合。

５．中断

(1) 競技者が演武中に異常を示した場合（気分不良、転倒）、主審

は演武を中断し、大会ドクターの処置を受けさせる。その後

続行及び判定は審判団の協議で判断する

(2) 本規定、競技規定に違反している場合

６．異議申し立て

(1) 審判団の判定に対し異議申し立てする事はできない。

(2) 登録監督のみが監査役に対し異議申し立てをすることができ

る。

2. Referee standards

(1) The chief referee and the referees put emphasize on the traditional nature of

Uechi-ryu.

(2) Uechi-ryu’s characteristics (Atifa, Muchimi), the rhythm and flow of the kata, the

order and accuracy of the techniques.

(3) The kata’s understanding, proper rhythm, breathing, power, speed, timing, lance,

and depth.

(4) Consistency and precision of movements (posture, standing, courtesy etc.)

3. Shikkaku

(1) When a kata different from the one declared is performed.

(2) When a kata is performed without its name being announced.

(3) When the belt, string or glasses fall during the performance.

(4) When abandoning performance.

(5) Other cases like not obeying instructions of the referees.

4. Abstention

(1) When a competitor doesn’t appear in the stadium after being called twice.

5. Interruption

(1) If the competitor shows an abnormality during the performance (bad feeling,

falling), the referee can interrupt the performance and ask for the tournament’s

doctor examination. After that, judgment is made by consultation with the referee

panel in regards to continuation and decision.

(2) In the case of violation of these provisions and the competition rules.

6. Objection

(1) Objection cannot be made to the referee panel.

(2) Only registered coaches can appeal to auditors.
