ukrainian prosecution: self-willing, swindling, and insidiousness — kyiv variant
DESCRIPTION
The district prosecution of Kyiv city has unreservedly protecting the controlled business in their cheatings (see pages 1-3). Because a forged letter of the company was approved by the said prosecution office. The Kyiv city prosecution was supported the district one in their diligent serving of the relevant CEO/owner, simultaniously ignored my legal rights (pp. 5-7). In the same time, the deputy prosecutor of Kyiv region is succesfully considering the complaints for himself (pp. 8-10)! After my appeal to the Supreme Prosecution office and Parliament's commissions (see pages 4, 13) the said officials were developed a number of further laughable acquittals (pp. 11, 12, 14). As a result, the criminal case was began one year after my copmlaint (p. 15).TRANSCRIPT
