Mengetahui perbandingan biaya tenaga kerja
pada jadwal awal dan pada jadwal yang telah
dipercepat.
Batasan Masalah
Pembahasan hanya pada pengerjaan instalasi
machinery and electrical outfitting pada LCU
300 DWT.
Hull construction dan hull outfitting dianggap
sudah terinstalasi.
Tidak ada keterlambatan supply material.
Pengerjaan instalasi untuk machinery
outfitting hanya pada pipings arrangement, seat
of pumps, sea chest & over board discharge
valve, air conditioning arrangement, ventilation
arrangement, machinery floor arrangement,
bottom plug arrangement, seat of generators,
seat of compressors, seat of oil recovery
equipment
Pekerjaan instalasi untuk electrical
outfitting hanya pada instalasi power
system, power sources and conversion,
Power distribution, Electrical power
consuming system and equipment,

KESIMPULAN
Pengaruh percepatan waktu proyek terhadap
network diagram adalah berubahnya kebutuhan
biaya langsung karena bertambahnya kebutuhan
JO untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan lebih awal.
Untuk itu diadakanlah kerja lembur yang tentu
saja membutuhkan biaya tambahan untuk
mengupah pegawai.
Dengan adanya pemampatan waktu pembangunan
selama 10 hari akan terjadi penambahan biaya
tenaga kerja sebesar :
= biaya sesudah pemampatan - biaya sebelum
pemampatan
= Rp 162.335.255 - Rp 130.115.000 -
= Rp 32.220.225 ,-
Terciptanya jaringan kerja
pekerjaan instalasi machinery dan
electrical outfitting pada
pembangunan Landing Craft Utility
(LCU) 300 DWT
proses pemampatan dilakukan
dengan menghilangkan nilai total
float yang berharga negative
dengan cara mendistribusikannya
pada kegiatan – kegiatan lain
secara proporsional.
Pemampatan dalam suatu
pekerjaan atau proyek tidak harus
selalu dilakukan jika tidak
menyalahi kontrak megingat
perubahan pertambahan biaya
langsung yang cenderung mahal.
Pemempatan hanya dilakukan
apabila dikhawatirkan waktu
selesainya pekerjaan akan
terlambat diakibatkan oleh suatu
hal,
