Ordering Information Orders & Delivery: Orders must be placed by 9:30 am the day before delivery. Our order minimum is six unit items or $80.00 for delivery in the DFW metroplex. Deliveries are made WednesdayFriday. The Bakeshop is closed on Sunday and Monday. Pick up orders have no minimum. Payment Methods: We accept cash, money orders, all major credit cards, and Paypal. Business checks are accepted. Return checks are charged $25.00. Payment is due at the time the order is delivered. Ready to Sell: (Option 1) Products are sold in foodsafe, airtight containers to ensure freshness and maximize display area. Labels present easytoread texts of flavor and ingredient contents, and our distribution information. (Option 2) Products are sold as a whole unit in professional packaging ready for retail holiday display, dinein dessert, or catering options. Pricing & Profit: Suggested retail price for PIE $3.59 + Tax (8.25%) = $3.89 x 7 slices = $27.23 $13.00 = $14.23/7 = $2.03 per slice YOUR ROI HAS INSTANTLY DOUBLED Tastings/Consultations: We schedule consultations to discuss samples and menu options at your place of business or at our Bakeshop. There is no fee for the sample box. Our sample box includes our top selling products. Additional items can be included upon request. Tastings Cancellations: We bake desserts and prepare sample meals just for your tasting appointment and your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation for your appointment. We kindly ask that if you are going to cancel, please give us a minimum of three (3) calendar days notice. If you do not show up for your tasting or do not cancel three calendar days prior to your tasting appointment, your credit card will be charged $50 for the tasting samples that were baked especially for you and the hour of time that we reserved for you. Storage: Refrigeration recommended for up to 10 days or freeze for 912 months in an airtight container or cellophane wrapping. Satisfaction Guaranteed: Our baked goods are handmade. Although we do not offer refunds for orders, if the order is not right, notify us within 24 hours, so we can make it right. Safe & Qualified: Uncle Willie’s Pies is a state licensed food manufacturer with a state and city inspected and approved commercial kitchen and food manager, with liability insurance.
