1 Words: tall,short, thin heavy,serious,funny, outgoing, quiet.2 比较级句型结构 :

3 形容词比较级的变化规则A+ 谓语动词 +adj. 比较级 + than+ B

构成的规则变化 :

1) 单音节词和少数双音节词一般在词尾后加 -er 如：

cold – colder nice — nicer

2) 重读闭音节词末尾只有一个辅音字母时 , 先双写这个辅音字母 , 再加 -er 。如 : big – bigger thin – thinner

3) 以“辅音字母 + y” 结尾的双音节词，先改 y 为 i, 再加 -er 。如： easy – easier happy – happier4) 多音节词和部分双音节词在词前加 more 或 most 。如： delicious – more delicious interesting – more interesting

比较级规则变化口诀：

比较级，要变化，一般词尾加er 。 (long-longerer)词尾若有哑音 e, 直接加 r 就可以。(nice-nicer)重读闭音节，单辅音字母要双写。(hot-hotterter)辅音字母若加 y, 记得把 y 变为i 。 (happy-happierier)
