汤姆在学校度过 3 年的时间。句型： spend + 时间 / 钱 +with sb.
He spent most of his time with his wife.
他大部分时间都和妻子在一起。
spend 其他使用结构：1. spend + 时间 / 钱 + (in) doing sth.
They spent three month touring Europe.
