Activities Carried Out Dates of Activities East-West learning missions for junior professors and teaching assistants (17 T4 mobilities of 4 weeks). During their mobilities, the grantholders performed research activities in libraries, participated in courses and seminars, discussed educational methodologies, updated their bibliography as requested by the curricula of the Faculty of European Studies.

15 May 2000 – 1 March 2001

Explanation All the 17 T4 East-West mobilities of 4 weeks took place. Only 2 destinations were changed from what planned in the RBAP for 1999/2000, due to some unforseen problems:

1 T4 mobility from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (I 8) to Universita degli Studi di Pisa (I 6) 1 T4 mobility form Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster (D 3) to Universiteit Utrecht (NL 9)

These changes did not affect the initial objectives of the mobilities, as the grantholders’ fields of interest suited very well the profiles of the host universities.
