Jupiter and Saturn because they are both made up of helium and hydrogen, while Uranus is composed mostly of various ices like methane.
It’s believed that this planet has three different layers inside it. The rocky core in its center, the icy mantle that surrounds it, and the outer gas layer made of helium and hydrogen. The icy mantle is the largest layer of Uranus.
